Walking distance of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living area is 120 m2 all in one floor. The garden is spacious and very private. Besides a large private pool, there is an outdoor kitchen with dining table and chairs. Inside a spacious living room with Satellite TV and Internet. The large separate kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, and all imaginable utensils for tasty home cooking. In the utility room has a washing machine. Mauvais séjour

La maison est spacieuse mais pas entretenue. Déjà l'annonce n'est pas conforme à ce qui vous attends.La propreté est inexistante....des cafards vous accompagnent tous les jours.La maison est tellement pas entretenue que nous avons eu un dégât des eaux !

Maravillosa estancia en Corralejo

Pasamos dos semanas increibles en Fuerteventura, un auténtico paraíso. La casa cumplió todas nuestras expectativas: amplia (3 habitaciones) con una zona exterior chill out que disfrutamos todos los días, teniendo en cuenta el maravillodo clima de la isla; con su piscina para las tardes que volviamos de la playa y la barbacoa para preparar una carne o algún pescado fresco comprado en alguno de los supers que están cerca de la casa

Die Villa ist ihren Preis nicht wert

Das Haus macht keinen guten Eindruck und ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wohnraum hat den Charme einer Bahnhofswartehalle, der Putz rieselt bereits von der Decke auf die Sofas. Das Wandboard im Flur hing nur noch an einer Schraube. Die gesamte Flurbeleuchtung ist nicht stärker als eine schwache Taschenlampe. Zwei der fünf Einbauleuchten in der Küche hingen aus der Fassung heraus. Die Griffe von zwei Kochtöpfen waren so lose, dass man Angst hat, dass sie abfallen, hoffentlich ist dann kein kochendes Wasser darin. Insgesamt fühlten sich alle Griffe in der Küche dreckig und klebrig an. Aus einer Matratze ragte eine spitze Feder raus. Bei kühleren Temperaturen oder Regen ist es nicht möglich im Haus zu essen oder zu sitzen, da es im ganzen Haus keinen Tisch und Stühle gibt. Das Außensofa ist völlig verdreckt. Der davor stehende Couchtisch, sowie der Ablagetisch der Außenküche gehören eher auf den Sperrmüll (für Ole war das rustikal). Der Wäscheständer ist ein verrostetes Drahtgestell und das Grillrost war ebenfalls völlig verrostet. Ole's Kommentar hierzu: du bist auf Fuerteventura. Eine Sonnenliege ist komplett längs gebrochen. Im gesamten Außenbereich gibt es keinen Sonnenschutz. Die offene Pergola ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Von den auf den Bildern des Inserates zu sehenden Bambusrollos ist nur noch ein kleines Reststück vorhanden. Der Pool ist ganz ok, allerdings sind die Stufen etwa doppelt so hoch wie eine normale Treppenstufe. Da es kein Geländer gibt, ist das Ein- und Aussteigen für ältere Menschen schwierig. Der Kiesstreifen vor der Außenmauer war völlig verunkrautet. Das wurde aber nach drei Tagen vom Poolreiniger entfernt.

Nice location, outside terras perfect, inside a little outdated.

The house has a very good location, the outside terras is spacious and the pool is perfect. The interior is a little bit outdated, but we didn't spend much time inside because of the good weather. Some small items need replacement, like the laundry rack and a new mattress in the bedroom opposite the kitchen would be nice. Overall we had a great stay, and with a few minor adjustments to the house would certainly return!

Had a great stay!

There were a few small issues with the property but the owner was fantastic to communicate with. The location is brilliant, easy to walk to shops & beach. Neighbourhood was quiet, which was lovely. All in all we really had a good stay.

Review

The property was very basic but on the whole was ok. Contacting the owner was not the easiest. The greatest problem was the property address. It was not given in full the taxis did not know where to go with the address given. Thank God for goggle maps. The property is well situated and all facilities are within walking distance. I would suggest the owner provide some covers for sub bathing loungers.

perfekte Urlaubsvilla

Ole ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der bei Nachrfagen oder Problemen sehr schnell hilft. (z.B. war bei Ankunft die Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Wir haben eine neue gekauft und Ole hat den Kaufpreis erstattet.) Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und verfügt über ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Die Grillecke ist praktisch eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Außenwasseranschluss, so dass der Rost schnell und gut gereinigt werden kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder bei Ole Urlaub machen.

Magníficas vacaciones

La Villa tiene un gran potencial y todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones ya sea en familia, amigos o pareja. Un gran punto a favor es la admisión de mascotas de cualquier tamaño, ya que íbamos buscando una estancia petfriendly y dimos en el clavo con esta elección. Algo negativo pero mejorable, es la seguridad con las ventanas, ya que todas no tienen pernos y el cambio de colchones tambien sería necesario. La piscina es ideal para el alojamiento, en una gran terraza con barbacoa incluida. Por todo lo demás hemos pasado unas maravillosas vacaciones. Nos quedamos con ganas de más y sin duda alguna volveremos a repetir con Ole. Gracias por todo.

Decepcionante

Sencillamente el mantenimiento de la villa es muy mejorable (no había cubiertos, vasos, tazas y platos para 6 inquilinos ni siquiera un juego de 4 iguales, sin mesa y sillas de comedor, colchones viejos con algún muelle suelto, los armarios sin cajoneras, muebles de madera desconchados, sin lavavajillas, sin secador de pelo, sin ventiladores en habitaciones, limpieza insuficiente, etc...) , hablamos con el propietario que estaba sorprendido por la falta de mantenimiento y respondió muy rápido aunque la mayoría de los problemas no tenían sencilla solución habló con los del mantenimiento para que al menos llevaran cubiertos y vasos, pero el estado general de la villa no era adecuado. Al final nos adaptamos a esta situación y disfrutamos de la isla que nunca nos defrauda (son ya 11 años veraneando en Fuerteventura), aunque en esta ocasión el alojamiento estuvo muy por debajo de la media habitual de este tipo de villas en la zona de Corralejo. Por ubicación y tamaño la villa tiene un potencial tremendo para ser un gran alojamiento pero está muy descuidada y el precio ofertado no está acorde con el estado de la villa. En definitiva decepcionante.

Vacaciones cómodas

Se trata de una casa cómoda y con buena ubicación 8supermercado, playas, centro, etc.). El mando del parking estaba estropeado pero entendemos que es algo que puede pasar que, además, es temporal y que podrá estar resuelto pronto. Propietario amable. Alojamiento recomendable.

Very relaxing place

The Villa is very well located, very near to the Dunas or Corralejo and the wonderful beaches. We also could go to the popcorn beach by a Quick walk and the strip of the town for night- walk and restaurants or icecream (!!!!l The Villa is very good , with all you need for nice and family holidays. We enjoy the couch in the garden for sweet Naps and long time reading protected from the wind (Fuerte Ventura !!!). Supermercado at 500 meters in a pleasant commercial center ( you have to go on the top to see Corralejo at 360 °). With a car, El cotillo and Caldeira Hondo and the "chipmunck !!". (Don't forget the treets !) Well lovely and very relaxing 2 weeks in Olé's villa.

Good location to enjoy Corralejo and the rest of the island

We spend one week in March 2019 (2 adults, 2 children) and loved our stay. Quiet neighborhood, parking just in front of the house in a secured street. The house is large enough and then kitchen well equiped to cook. The table is just for 4 people and it is only possible to eat outside. We found it strange at first, but the weather is always nice here. Swimming pool is great, and the penthouse allows to rest or eat in the shade and protected from the wind. We would recommend it to whom looks for a simple and convenient accomodation in the village.

Very disappointing

A party of 5 arrived late evening. There was a strange unpleasant smell in living room. When we opened the patio doors to air the room, the vertical blinds couldn't be opened and the slats fell off when we tried. One of the overhead lights in the living room hanging off. There was no info/ welcome pack. In the kitchen, there were only 2 chipped cups and 2 mugs and only 3 small glasses although lots of wine goblets. Toaster didn't work properly, frying pan unuseable, , broken cafetier and one spotlight not working. In master bedroom, there was a large chest drawers in the wardrobe which couldn't be used as there was a disgusting damp smell in the drawers. The second bedroom had a double bed NOT a king size as advertised and only one bedside chest of drawers and one bedside light. We found the second chest of drawers, water damaged, in the wardrobe, which will only cause more damp in wardrobe. Only one pillow per person, no spare and they were of very cheap poor quality. Twin bedded room only one bedside lamp. Outside there were only 2 sunbeds, for a villa sleeping 6 ?? Some outside lights not working and large crack on wall. To say we were very disappointed is an understatement. We E mailed the owner who apologised and replaced the items mentioned in the kitchen, also pillows and we got another 2 sunbeds. This should all have been checked by yourselves before you advertised the property. We are very angry that we had to bring this to the owners attention and it spoilt the start of our holiday It could be a very nice villa and is certainly in a good location, which is why we chose it as we have holidayed in Corralejjo quite a few times. But I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone, as it needs quite a bit of refurbishment for it to be worth the money we paid We look forward to your comments on this Mike Sisley

Great holiday come

The house is in good location, quiet area, about 15 min walk to the centre. It has everything you need, so many things in the kitchen. The best is the swimming pool. Ole was super helpfull and nice.

Lovely clean villa in quiet location close to shopping centre and beach and 15 mins to town centre

We have rented from Ole at his previous villa and would highly recommend him. His response time is quick to enquiries and very helpful. Paul and Patricia are always on hand if there is a problem. We returned from a week's holiday at this lovely clean villa on 19 September and are already preparing to book for next year. The villa is really a home from home and more. There is everything there that you need. The pool is fantastic! And the patio area is a sun trap. There is also a barbecue area which we never used as we like to dine out at the various restaurants which are close by and within walking distance. Great holiday all round and don't forget to water the palm tree 😄👍🏻
