Unique Spectacular Ibiza Luxury Bauhaus Style Studio SEAFRONT

A spectacular white Design Villa situated right on top of a cliff overlooking the northwest shore of San Miguel. Villa Rubio tastefully combines ultramodern minimalist bauhaus cleanliness with its open spaces, glass doors and light colours and tribal decor imported from all over the world. A perfect retreat for a romantic long weekend and a functional, modern home for a small family up to 4 people. The house is built on two levels.
We are renting out the separate luxury studio appartment on level 1
It comprises two bedrooms with double beds , 1 large living room , 1 full size kitchen and 1 bathroom .
also 1 giant seaside terrace overlooking the med 180 degree, swimming pool and extra big jacuzzi for you eclusivly to use.
also garden area with sun loungers
You enter into the open dining and living room space with its glass front, and the splendid infinity view unfolds before your eyes. The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge /Freezer , cabinets , ceran / oven and all mod cons which you need for a high end self-catering stay. A wooden deck runs around the whole house, and there is an additional sun terrace on the rooftop , full size swimming pool and an extralarge wellness outdoor jacuzzi next to it to enjoy the neverending views sipping a glass of champagne.

You are in San Miguel village within two minutes and in Ibiza town within twenty. You can walk down to the sea, and the nearest bigger beach,

Schönes Appartment in schöner Lage mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern.
Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Man kann stundenlang auf`s Meer schauen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern aufgenommen. Wir konnten unsere Kleidung in einem extra Waschraum waschen. Die Küche war supergut ausgestattet. Es waren zahlreiche Handtücher und genügend Decken vorhanden. Für Ruhesuchende ist das Appartment nur bedingt empfehlbar aus folgenden Gründen: Das Restaurant des Ortes ist nicht weit entfernt und ab ca. 20 Uhr hört man jeden Abend den Gastronomiebetrieb und das sonore Menschengebrabbel des Restaurants.. Die Waschküche der Familie befindet sich direkt neben der Wohnung und man wurde durch die plötzliche Anwesenheit der Vermieterin Nadine oftmals gestört. Erschwerend hinzu kam, dass die Dame sehr redselig war. Das war uns recht unangenehm. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas zusammen gewürfelt in einem Mix aus alten und neuen Möbeln. Die Couch ist alt und beschädigt, die Einrichtung wirkt teilweise ein wenig undurchdacht. Man muss beim Duschen den Duschkopf in der Hand halten, da es keine Vorrichtung an der Wand gibt, wo man ihn zum Duschen bequem einhängen kann (um beide Hände frei zu haben). Was uns am meißten störte, war ein offenkundiger Schweiß (Fuß) Geruch in der Wohnung. Sobald wir in die Wohnung kamen, mussten wir die Türen zur Terrasse aufreißen. Wir haben wegen dieses Geruchs nachts bei offenen Türen geschlafen. Man sollte unserer Meinung nach das Preis Leistungs- bzw. Ausstattungsverhältnis generell überdenken.

Traumwohnung mit Traumblick
Wir waren total begeistert von der Wohnung. Die Sonnenuntergänge von der "eigenen" Terasse zu bestaunen ist schon spektakulär. Die ganze Wohnung war Tip-Top. Sehr schön gestaltet und alles da was man braucht. Und die Vermieter ... super nett, super hilfsbereit und immer einen guten Tipp auf Lager. Das zu toppen ist schwer. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Beautiful Sea View & Swimming Pool
Excellent séjour, l'appartement est de très bonne qualité (mobilier et décoration inclus) avec une grande terrasse permettant de suivre le soleil ou l'ombre. La vue est exceptionnelle avec un sentiment d'espace surtout dans la piscine. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, disponibles et nous ont communiqués de très bon conseil. Perfekte Wohnung für eine Auszeit.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Westen der Insel. Direkt an der Steilküste gelegen ist Sie Teil einer großen Villa. Der gesamte Stock inklusive Terasse gehört zu der Wohnung und man hat sehr viel Privatsphäre. Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang sind wie auf den Bildern spektakulär und sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Umgebung sind herrlich ruhig. Ein Mietwagen wird aber benötigt, damit kommt man aber schnell an verschiedene Strände und Läden. Die Küste vor der Wohnung erreicht man leider nicht einfach, jedoch gibt es tolle Alternativen in der Umgebung. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und standen immer mit Rat und Tat beiseite hatte man Fragen zur Insel, etwas in der Wohnung gefehlt oder eine Massage auf der Terasse organisiert. Super nett und nie aufdringlich, ständig bedacht darauf das der Urlaub zu einem tollen Erlebnis wird. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung die eine Woche Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht hat.

EMPLACEMENT DE RÊVE
Nous séjournons régulièrement a Ibiza et avons logé pour la première fois 8 nuits dans le Nord de L’île. Le logement se trouve à 10mn de San Miquel qui est très agréable. De nombreux restaurants de qualité abordables à proximité. Le logement dispose d’une très grande terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle et de magnifiques sunsets. Les baies vitrées du séjour et la chambre donnent directement sur la terrasse. Nos hôtes ont été parfaits et très accueillants et nous avons déjà prévu de revenir très bientôt en 2022 dans ce havre de paix merveilleux. Encore merci pour ce séjour au top.
