On the east side of the town, only 900 meters far from the popular beach , 2,5 km to the old city center and 50 meters from bus line, studio is located near the university campus. You have only 900 meters to the beautiful beach Žnjan, famous for numerous bars, restaurants and patisseries, as well as the vibrant nightlife. It is a delightful location from where you could explore this amazing city and beautiful beaches.
Studio with one double bed and sofa hidden bed-all for 3 persons is on ground-floor private house, 25 m2, fully equipped, free WiFi Internet access, fully air-conditioned, with teracce& small rose garden and private free parking in front of the apartment.

I'm a fan of summer and the joys of summer as swimming, diving... I could not live without the sea and the Adriatic islands, the city of Split and Dalmatia. But I also like our capital Zagreb. If I could choose, I would go to the Hawaii and Los Angeles. Like every guest I expect a clean and spacious apartment on a quiet spot along the beach.
