We had to sweep all the floors in the room before we could do anything , exercise equipment could use some updating , outside hot tubs were about 6 inches low on water .

Worst condo we have stayed at
The property was not clean at And we were given no sheets or pillows for any of the beds when we called housekeeping we were told that there was nothing that they could do. We had to go buy our own sheets and blankets I hate to show up until the third day after 4 PM. The washer is broken and it made an awful noise rattling the entire time. The elevators were awful we waited for on average about 20 to 30 minutes at times for an elevator. Every day one of the pools were shut down causing it over crowding in one pool the indoor pool was disgusting security was not helpful when we were trapped outside the gate for parking we sat there for 20 minutes arguing about the gate code not working until they finally came out and tried it and it did not work.

Condo was okay property was TERRIBLE
We have never stayed at Tidewater and will not be back! Be prepared to wait 30mins-1 hr on the elevators each way. The staff was very rude and did not give us any information about getting into our room. When we asked we were rudely told we would get a text or email. The room was suppose to be ready at 4:00pm and we never received a door code. We had to call the 800- number to get into our room. We received an email the day after our checkin about an app you are suppose to download to get all your information about door codes. We decided to stay an extra 3 nights but we moved to a different condo so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. The room was as described. The floor was very dirty upon arrival. Overall I would not recommend staying at Tidewater.

Enjoyable experience
Room was clean and well maintained. Had a funny smell walking in, but quickly went away after we opened the balcony door for a min. Patio furniture could use an upgrade. Cell service was almost non existent and worse on wifi. Other than that, room was great. Resort elevators are a joke. Be prepared to wait for one. Beach access was good. Good location to area attractions. Its a 1 mile walk to pier park. All in all it was a nice stay.

Frat House Furniture and Fire Hazard.
The location of the Tidewater resort and the people that worked there were great. The condo on the other hand was not much better than a Frat House. The couches were disgusting. Its like they grabbed stuff off the side of the road and threw it in the condo. The drains backed up while you showered and the sink drains backed up as well. I also let the people at Panhandle Getaways know that the lower bunk bed mattress is covering up a plug and could be a huge fire hazard and never heard back from them. I would stay at Tidewater again but would not stay in this condo again.

Didn't feel like a vacation
First impression was not good, the receptionist was not very friendly, and insisted we wait in the lobby until check in time, (we were 10min early) even though the room was ready. Upon waiting ages for an available elevator, we finally make it up to the 29th floor where there are external walkways to the room. Not relaxing at all walking in open air 300 ft above the ground. The room was dirty. Sure the floors were mopped, toilets cleaned, but there was built up dust on the balcony door curtain, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There were grasshoppers on the walls. Yes, live grasshoppers on the walls in a 29th floor condo. I disposed of them, and the next day, there was another. The master bed was very uncomfortable, and was the loudest squeaky bed I've ever laid in. The layout was not well thought out, as the 2 bunks were right outside the bedroom door. The furniture was very uncomfortable, and felt nasty. One of the sofa arms was broken. The wifi was terrible, cut in and out constantly, and the speed was like a T1 from the 90's. There was a puzzle for killing some time, but it was missing pieces. The beach was very crowded. We considered leaving for home early. We were able to salvage this vacation by staying out of the condo, and doing activities around town. And when we wanted some beach time, we drove 15min away to a public beach at Inlet Beach. This was easily the worst vacation my family has ever taken.

Very Clean!
We just stayed here and thought this condo was everything it promised to be and more. The high ceilings and beautiful view combined with the comfortable bed and cozy linens made us feel fabulous. The place was super clean and fully stocked with what we needed for cooking. Also, it's easy walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and more. I would recommend guests bring dish soap along with an extra roll of paper towels and toilet paper.

Penthouse!
My wife and I staid here in Aug for our anniversary. She loved it and I was happily surprised as well. The condo was super clean and not alot of the owners personal "stuff". We have that issue before and its simply uncomfortable! The amenities were just as listed and Pier Park wasnt far (my wife loved that). We would stay here again and would recommend it to others...already have! And panhandle getaways, your app is awesome fyi!!
