Appartement cosy et très calme. Le jardin est très appréciable ! Super bien placé, proche de toutes les commodités, et à 5mn à pieds du métro, à 20mn en métro du centre de Paris.

No está para alquilar y falta de compromiso por el arrendatario
Un mes antes del día de llegada indican que sólo había una habitación disponible en lugar de las 2 que figuraban en el anuncio (y por las que hice la reserva unos cuantos meses antes), ya tenía todo planificado y no estaba a tiempo de hacer cambios de alojamiento, pero tampoco hizo ningún descuento. El apartamento no está para alquilar, todos los armarios están llenos de ropa del propietario por lo que no teníamos en donde poner nuestras cosas, la nevera algo similar aunque aún podíamos poner nuestra bebida. La entrada era a partir de las 16h, pero un par de días antes me dice que estará listo a parir de las 18h. La limpieza era muy escasa, incluso con telarañas en el techo. Todo los utensilios de cocina muy sobrecargado y de poca limpieza, por lo que preferimos no cocinar nada y comer fuera todos los días. Podría seguir contando, pero en fin, mi peor experiencia.

3 days stay in Les Lilas/Paris
Perfect place to stay for family. Just a short subwaytrip to everything Paris have to offer. Cosy backyard and the housecat lola was supersocial. Laurence welcomed us even when we arrived late. Thanks for a perfect stay in Paris.

Must like cats…
The apartment was cute and had most things we have come to expect from a VRBO property. However, there were a few things that seemed a little “off”. First, this appears to be her home. There was no place for us to hang our clothes as the closets were full of clothes. Also, there is a cat that we were not aware of until we got there. We were the pet sitters and were tasked with feeding the cat 2X daily. Wait, what? I paid someone to watch my cats so I could come here and take care of yours?? What if we had been allergic? I just feel like this should be disclosed up front. And the cat peed all over one of my bags…. Months before the stay, we were told we could drop bags off early and then go explore the city and return after check-in time of 4:00. This was confirmed about 10 days out. Then 3 days before we got to Paris we were informed that we would not be able to drop our bags early AND check-in had been moved to 5:00. Although things worked out for us, I don’t know that I would stay there again.

Appartement très confortable
Emplacement parfait dans un quartier sympa et très facile d'accès lorsqu'on veut visiter Paris. Tous commerces à proximité (superette, magasin bio, caviste, boulangerie, petits bistrots...). Le logement est très bien équipé et sécurisé. Et nous aurions bien profité du jardin si nous étions venu au printemps ! Laurence est très accueillante et arrangeante. En résumé, n'hésitez pas !

Wonderful apartment and location!
We had a lovely stay. This apartment is a great value, good location and we loved Lola the cat. Our only inconvenience was a late check in but we found a nice neighborhood café where we could wait so it really wasn't so bad. Le Chat Blanc, highly recommended. Thank you Laurence!

Very good experince with some unexpected surprise!
Tha flat is in a good neighbourhood, in a new building. Communication with the owner was quick and smooth, however only with google translate. There were two surprises: 1. We had to pay extra money for the (not perfectly clean) towels and sheets, and there was no word about it when I booked it. 2. We had to feed a cat while being there. It is not a big deal, but for those with allergic reactions it can be a bad surprise. beside these things, I would go back again!

Nous avons passé un super week-end entre copines dans l’appartement de Laurence. L’appartement est très accueillant et charmant. Laurence a été super et très arrangeante.
