If you like your own space then this is for you! We have just the one static which is not situated on a park so you have no neighbours and you have the use of your own large garden which backs on to fields. The holiday home has its own private access and parking.

The 35x12 foot holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and one twin.
Duvets and pillows are provided but linens, sheets, covers etc are NOT provided so please bring your own
Bath and hand towels are NOT provided so please bring your own.
Tea towels ARE provided.
There is a toilet with wash basin and a separate shower room also with wash basin.
Complimentary soap and 1 or 2 toilet rolls are supplied to start you off.

The lounge is very light, Comfortable and spacious with ample seating with coffee table, gas fire, Freeview TV, DVD player, books, DVD's and games. There is a large dining table with ample seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, grill and oven, fridge with freezer box, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all crockery, utensils, pots, pans, etc.

Outside, there is patio furniture and a charcoal barbecue for outdoor dining.

If you are not sure of what you need or need not bring, please do not hesitate in asking us.

You have your own access in and out so you can come and go as you please as late as you want, when you want without disturbing anyone. The fields and adjoining land do not belong to us and are private. There is no access to these areas.

We live on the property in the farmhouse and will always be on hand to offer help if needed. We will be respectful of your privacy and will not disturb you unnecessarily.

Please note that we have a no smoking policy in the holiday home, no single sex groups of more than 2 people and pets are not allowed.

Please note that the holiday home is situated just off a main road so there will be some traffic noise but this makes for easy and quick access to all areas and attractions.
