This home not only has everything you are looking for in a vacation rental in the heart of Sea Pines Harbour Town, it is also stunningly beautiful. Designed by an artist for her own family, the home presents an unusual mix of comfort, beauty and convenience. THIS HOUSE IS A FIVE MINUTE WALK TO THE FIRST TEE OF THE 2025 HERITAGE GOLF TOURNAMENT AND ALL THE AMENITIES OF HARBOUR TOWN.

The open floor plan features travertine floors, renovated gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops, bathrooms with the latest in vessel sinks and glass showers, a large gas fireplace with hand-painted faux wall finishes, designer furnishings as well as a 7 large HD flat screen TV's throughout the home. (85 inch flat screen in great room) The iron-railing balconies overlook both the great room and one of Sea Pines' many lagoons and golf courses.

There are four good-size bedrooms (three king, one queen, with the 2 king bedrooms having private balconies) and each with its own full bath and flat screen TV. Children will love the loft that has a full bed, its own television and spectacular views. The living room has high ceilings and large windows that overlook a nicely-landscaped pool, a pond, and the 11th hole of Heron Point Golf Course.

Bicycles are readily available to rent for a short bike ride on safe, dedicated bike paths to one of the most gorgeous beaches in the United States. And, of course, a brief stroll out your front door takes you to Harbour Town golf and the Sea Pines tennis center or to the charm of Harbour Town itself with quaint shops, restaurants, beautiful boats, and live music. Regular live performances for children and frequent appearances by famous recording artists are Harbour Town specials.

You will not find another larger, higher quality property (home or condo) this close to Harbour Town at these prices!

Wonderful Stay

Our 5 week stay at this home was fabulous! The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The beautiful new kitchen was very nice and well equipped! The location is just steps away from Harbourtown where we enjoyed shopping, restaurants and some great music. The property manager and owner are attentive to every detail and they make sure your stay is enjoyable! I highly recommend renting this place! We are already looking forward to our stay here next year!

Great home in an excellent location

We found our stay very enjoyable. The house had everything we needed. The living space is very spacious with plenty of seating for a group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a short walk to Harbor Town where there was shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

Fantastic home in sea pines!

My large friend group stayed at Jim and Joanie’s place for a friends wedding. We had the best time and this home is so beautiful/had everything we needed, including lots of space. Highly recommend!

We were 3 couples attending a wedding . The common area was perfect for us . The master bedroom and bath great . The other 2 bedrooms with king beds were also nice. The bathrooms in the other bedrooms were a little small . Location was great

Great Stay at Spectacular Home with Brand New Pool

This was our second stay at this beautiful home and it did not disappoint, once again. Jim's communication was excellent and we enjoyed the house updates since our last visit. The house is conveniently located to Harbour Town and a short bike ride or drive to the beach. The home is very spacious and provided more room than we needed this trip, but wanted to return. We will be back!

As always, our stay at 16 Stoney Creek never disappoints. The primary bathroom renovation is so beautiful and functional. We have been coming to this house for, I believe eight or nine years, and it seems like there is always something new it has to offer. The location also can’t be beat. The most beautiful stay!

This was our family’s first visit to Hilton Head. I wasn’t too familiar with the area but couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Jim & Joanie’s gorgeous home. It is perfectly located right in Sea Pines which is the hub of HHI! Their listing was spot on with all the details of the home. Our family of 8 had more than enough room in the spacious living area and bedrooms. It was amazing having so many bathrooms! The house is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, unbelievably relaxing and has all that you would need and more for cooking for the week. We truly enjoyed relaxing by the serene pool each afternoon while looking out at the gorgeous view! We appreciate Jim calling the day before our visit to walk us through all the rental details and ins and outs of HHI. We certainly took him up on many of his restaurant recommendations! We absolutely loved our stay so much that we’ve already booked a second year back at their lovely home. Thank you Jim and Joanie for the fabulous week!!!! Our family made so many wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back and explore next year.

Best Beach and family fun vacation

The property was beautiful and very convenient to Harbor Tone- 5 - 10 minute walk. The beach was a 8 minute drive- Sea Pines has the best beach! We thoroughly enjoyed the house- very airy and spacious - very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 small boys. The pool was really nice with beautiful landscaping on the golf course. Would definitely return to this home!

Great place for family vacation

House had a great layout and lots of room for our entire family (10 people). Pool was fun. Owner was very communicative and Property Manager was readily available to answer questions. Short walk over to Harbor Town. We would go back if our family decides to vacation in Hilton Head again.

Beautiful home

My family and friends stayed in Jim and Joanie’s home the week of May 25-June 1. We have booked with VRBO multiple times but this home was by far the nicest we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of space for eight adults. We all loved how open it was but everyone had privacy if needed. The outside area was also beautiful. We made good use of the pool and grill. After spending the day at the beach it was nice to come back and sit around the pool. We have been to Hilton Head several times but have never stayed in Sea Pines. We loved the serenity of the area. We have already booked the house for next year! Jim was very thorough and accommodating. It’s evident that they want their guests to enjoy their home. Thank-you, Jim and Joanie for giving my family a week of memories. See you next year

Great Getaway

What a wonderful house! The house gave us ample opportunities to be together and to have quiet time away from the group. We loved being able to walk to so many activities. I would definitely stay there again if going with a large group.

This Is The Best Of The Best

First of all I have to divulge that I lived on HHI for 51/2 years so I am very familiar with all that Sea Pines has to offer, so I only wanted to stay in a property there. Plus I needed a house with no less than 4 en-suite bathrooms. This house is above what I imagined that I could find for my friends and my stay. LOCATION: private, walkable to Harbour Town, shopping, restaurants. Easy drive to Sea Pines Beach Club and the amazing beach bar and staff. ACCOMMODATIONS: Beautiful soaring ceilings,tons of windows giving lots of sunlight. Bedrooms very comfortable, plenty of closet space, several balconies that give couples private time away from the group. All said their beds were so comfortable and everyone slept “like the dead”. I’m a retired chef and it was very easy working in the kitchen preparing meals and drinks for us and my other friends who visited. Showers were well sized and offered plenty of hot water and bright white towels for after the beach and pool. OWNERS: Joanie and Jim Cantalupo were the best. Jim is in contact, available and very approachable with answers to every question. Having been in hospitality for 30 years myself, I expect to have my needs met as a customer, client or guest and Jim and the Property Manager, Bryon worked together perfectly to make my stay above my high expectations. I was so proud to share my love of Hilton Head Island and Sea Pines with my friends at this lovely property. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1985. After visiting most of the beaches in the Carolinas we found ourselves always comparing them to Sea Pines and wanting to come back Harbour Town. Sea Pines and Harbour Town specifically, is a unique resort unmatched on the east coast after all of these years. We never found another vacation spot where you can drive, park your car and never need it again to access all of the amenities the resort has to offer. It has every amenity you can think of, Golfing, Tennis, great beaches, salt water fishing, fresh water fishing(right in our own backyard),boating, jet sking, para sailing, paddle surfing, hiking,yoga, bicycle trails, forest preserves and walking paths. Oh I forgot to mention some of the great restaurants on the island along with bars, quaint shops and the coolest playground for kids all right in Harbour Town and a three minute walk from this home.

Gregg Russell, the children's performer, who has been performing for over 45 years under the liberty Oak in Harbour Town has a song called Come away Home. One line in the lyrics is 'Harbour Town is calling you home is so true. Once you visit you will keep coming back!
