Stunning view

This was by far our best beach vacation. Plenty of space for our family. This unit is on the 15th floor so it gives you the best view to just stare down & see all the fish in the sea. We saw dolphins, a huge manatee, shark, sting rays to name a few. We stayed during 4th of July week so we knew it would be packed but honestly we never had issues waiting on an elevator! We would absolutely love to stay here again!! You just can’t beat this view! I wish I could attach some pictures!

Fast elevators no waiting but based on parking garage, wasn't full. Had a gorgeous week of weather, always something to watch off the balcony, but cooks in mid-afternoon sun. Bald Eagles, Osprey, Pelicans, and many other birds viewed, can see into the water when sunny, stingrays, dolphins, schools of fish, have video of 10-12 ft hammerhead cruising by where I'd been swimming, caught a sharksucker fishing from the beach, never ate anywhere but Schooners next door (affordable, good food and drinks, too convenient...put name in have a drink on the balcony until texted). Got free passes to activities like golf, sailing cruises and used them without issue (know the cancellation rules). My 6'2, 200 lb. friend slept on the hideabed comfortably. Under there's always room for improvement category are the master bed, extremely soft, my back didn't like it, no real kitchen knives for chopping or cutting, just steak knives, extra toaster doesn't work...but not my place to toss it. Just remembering I failed to report ice maker jammed late in the week. Minor inconveniences, not enough to diminsh the property.

Dirty dishes and not a well kept uni

We first noticed that the dishes were in the cabinets and were still dirty. Some dishes even still had food on them. We were going to hand wash them but there were no dish rags or sponges so we had to purchase them. The old toaster is still sitting on top of the fridge in the box from the new toaster. The sprayer for the kitchen sink has mold growing inside of the hose. The ice maker didn’t work even though we turned it on as soon as we arrived. The tv remotes didn’t have backs so the batteries were gone. The front door handle/lock broke on our last night. We were told the locksmith would be 45 minutes. We had some friends staying in the same building and asked if the locksmith could call us when he arrived but Panhandle said they couldn’t do that and we would have to wait. We waited for an hour and half and Panhandle kept assuring us te locksmith would be there any minute. The locksmith was friendly and was able to fix the issue quickly once he arrived. I have photos of most of the above mentioned items.

Nice beach getaway

Our family enjoyed the stay. Beach and pool were nice. Pros: view, easy access to beach, heated pool, parking, living room and balcony Cons: minimally equipped kitchen but had most of the basics

couple things

The condo was lovely...….there were a few things that may require your attention: Bdrm tv not working, door to hallway hard to close and got worse with time, some lightbulbs burned out and others missing -- these areas were called into housekeeping and maintenance but no one ever came even after 3 phone calls on three separate days requesting their attention. The other two areas were no hangers were provided so had to buy some and then gave them to a friend before we left, also both the manual can opener and electric can opener were missing parts and neither worked. We did need to put two books under the coffee table as it was uneven. Now with all that said, we did have a lovely stay.

Evacuation stay

Says sleeps 6 but place settings for only 4. Minor maintenance issues, nothing critical. Folks were quick and efficient to repair clothes washer and provide additional supplies. Beautiful view and very responsive staff made the stay very comfortable while our house is rebuilt.

Owner needs to fix many issues

I have never left a negative review, but several issues need to be addressed in this condo. After reading the reviews in the book in condo by previous tenants they have been a problem for months and months. The ice maker is broken and has been for quite some time. There are no hangers in the condo. The bed mattress in master is unforgiving. Like sleeping on the floor, very worn out. Makes squealing noise every time you move. We left a day early because of it. Sore back, shoulders, neck, ect. Thought about putting bunk mattresses over it, but you could feel the springs in those just by mashing them. Rug under coffee table was super dirty. Feet were black after walking barefoot on tile floors. All previous tenants noted these issues from six months prior. Bring dish washing liquid, cleaner ect. as there is none in the condo. No small table or anything on balcony to set coffee ect. Be prepared to work with the TV to get everything on. No instructions or TV menu of channels. Could deal , but the bed mattress was a deal breaker. One couple stated they had to get a message on vacay due to the mattress. It was horribly uncomfortable.

It was pretty but could use some tuning up.

Our condo did not have enough room for 6 people!! We all felt like we were on top of each other. First there was not a hair dryer! Have never stayed in a condo or hotel that did not provide a hair dryer. There was not enough drawer space to unpack suitcases so we all lived out of them for 8 days. The bedroom sheets had a spot of blood on them. The base boards looked as if they hadn't been dusted or cleaned in several months. The kitchen had no oven mitts to get food out of the oven. Had no baking sheets. There was no door stopper to keep front door open to get your luggage out.The code to the door to get back into the condo after being at the pool took forever. Our first code that was given didn't even work but then the code to get into the parking garage did finally work for that door.

Great resort, great room!

We love staying in this resort. It is our second time staying here. Schooners is right next door, which is great for when you just don't want to drive. It's also only four miles from Pineapple Willy's, where we like to go every year. The resort is very close to the beach, which is great when you have a lot of stuff to carry. The people that run the chairs on the beach are extremely nice and always available to move your umbrella for you. I would say that these are the best beach attendants I've ever had in 15 years of visiting PCB. The room was great; very clean, and the bed is very comfortable! I love the blackout shades that allowed us to sleep very well while staying cool. The room has great air conditioning that didn't need to be adjusted during our stay. The only down sides: it would be nice if beach chair rentals were included with the overall rental. If not, then having two chairs and an umbrella kept in the unit would have been helpful. We also had to purchase toilet paper and dish washing liquid. Bathrooms are stocked with only one roll of toilet paper each, but there are sufficient towels and wash cloths for four people. Overall, we would stay here again and really appreciate the upkeep of the room and it's amenities.

Great property!

Our unit needs the carpet cleaned in the bedroom, fix the TV in the bedroom and the ice maker doesn't work...other than these things the unit 1502 at Seychelles was great!

Clean and comfortable

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The bunk beds were good for the kids and the king size bed in the bedroom were good for mommy and daddy. The place was very clean and just enough room for all of us and the view was fantastic! The only cons were that my kid complained about the spring in her back from the top twin mattress (until we gave her more pillows) and the bedroom was smaller than pictured. The king bed took up most of the room. However, we would stay here again.

Okay

We loved the location! Our condo was nice. I did have a few issues. In the kitchen there was not much storage for food. Also, the beds were the biggest downer. The fact that there didn't seem to be a mattress pad on top of the plastic protector for the mattress made all beds uncomfortable. You could feel and hear the plastic. Take a couple of additional blankets. All in all it was a good experience.

BaBoom!!
