It has 2 parking spaces in the basement, where it gives access to a large collective pool for adults and children, surrounded by lawned garden, playground for children, changing rooms and bathrooms, ample outdoor space completely fenced and secure.
The apartment is fully equipped with modern furnishings, air conditioning or central heating, electric shutters, a whirlpool bath in the main bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 with a private bathroom with shower), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with TV / LCD with multimedia, Cable TV with more than 115 National and International Channels, Home Cinema with Radio, DVD, Blu-Ray and Internet Wifi. São Martinho do Porto belongs to the council of Alcobaça district of Leiria, Costa de Prata. It is without a doubt the most famous seaside resort in the county. It has a beautiful bay with unique shell-shaped features, due to the low swell it makes bathing safe for children. Also widely used for various water sports: (sailing, windsurfing, surfing, bodyboarding, kitesurfing).
Exceptional fish, seafood, wine and fruit region. The gastronomy of the region is excellent, and presented by several restaurants, which are located along the bay. It also has several places of entertainment, as well as numerous cafes, bars, etc.
A few kilometers away, lovers of golf, horseback riding, etc. they will have access to several fields with international prestige.
The best access from the north or south is the A8 motorway,
exit Nº 21 Alfeizerão / São Martinho do Porto.
