The apartment is located in a villa, recently
renovated, with 2000 square meters of tropical garden very well cared for, full of scents and colors just 200 meters from a clear sea of ​​stony beach, within walking distance, very suitable for fishing of any kind.
The apartment occupies the ground floor of the beautiful villa surrounded by an olive grove that will make you feel far from everything and everyone.
The apartment consists of four bedrooms, one quadruple and three doubles that open onto a large and cool porch where the kitchen / dining area and a comfortable relaxation area are located.
Each bedroom has a comfortable and elegant bathroom and is air-conditioned. Also on the ground floor of the villa there is a fourth bedroom with bathroom adjacent to the apartment but with the independent entrance directly on the garden with a lovely gazebo and wicker sitting room to bring the receptivity of the house to 10 beds

Villa meravigliosa in un'oasi verde
Villa spaziosa, comoda, dotata di ogni confort, immersa in un giardino meraviglioso a pochi passi dal lungomare. Padrona di casa gentilissima e piena di attenzioni. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Consigliatissima!

Splendida scelta
La villa è molto bella ed è curata sia all'interno che all'esterno. La pulizia dell'interno è eccezionale così come il confort generale (servizi igenici perfetti, camera curata e cucina arredata). La Signora Rosa è gentilissima e mette subito a proprio agio. L'accoglienza è perfetta e i suggerimenti per una splendida vacanza sono importanti. La costa a Joppolo è tutta di grossi sassi, senza sabbia che si può però trovare nelle vicinanze. Il mare è splendido e cristallino. Il clima è favoloso, ben ventilato al pomeriggio e mai afoso, almeno per la seconda metà di Agosto. Consiglio comunque l'aria condizionata anche solo per togliere l'umidità. Se cercate il relax siete al posto giusto. Se cercate la vita notturna dovete rivolgervi altrove.

Joppolo…una scoperta!
L ubicazione dell appartamento si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggio privato. Appartamento pulito, con tutto il necessario, perfetto per 2 persone. Giardino molto curato, con spazi comuni dove prendere un aperitivo o farsi una grigliata con il bbq a disposizione. La proprietaria è molto disponibile ed accogliente, fa sentire gli ospiti a casa loro. Straconsiglio La Casa di Rosa per una vacanza!

Uno scrigno da scoprire e rivalutare
Casa amata e curata con ampio e rilassante giardino tropicale, curato, ombreggiato e fresco in zona molto tranquilla. Proprietaria gentile e appassionata disponibile e presente. Consigliato per chi ama la quiete, la pace, il silenzio, il relax. Il mare fresco con le sue acque cristalline facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, lungomare spettacolare. Vacanza ottima per chi ama il mare e la tranquillità.
Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un intero piano immersi nel verde di un giardino curato e ampio. Ottimo per chi ama la tranquillità. Mare pulito e a cinque minuti a piedi. La Sig/a Rosa, proprietaria della villa, una persona squisita e molto ospitale.

Fantastico
Tutto perfetto, la casa di Rosa è un luogo di pace dove rilassarsi e godere di tutte le bellezze della zona. A pochi passi dal lungomare di Joppolo è immersa nel verde, è impossibile trovare un difetto a questo alloggio. Beautiful little apartment
We had an amazing time in Rosa's villa. The apartment is big enough for two people, unless you want to sleep apart from each other. There is only one double bed. The garden is a little paradise. We spend a lot of time there. Rosa is prob one of the best host ever. Very friendly, open and warm-hearted. She treated us with cake and water melon and gave us lots of good information. I can definitely recommend that place!

Bellissima casa!
Bellissima casa con un magnifico giardino ben curato. La proprietaria della casa, signora Rosa, è stata molto disponibile con informazioni sia per le spiagge che per i ristoranti. Peccato una frana che taglia fuori il paese di Joppolo, per andare a Tropea si deve passare per una stradina piena di tornanti. Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata la richiesta di pagamento per la biancheria del bagno e del letto e alla richiesta di un cambio almeno per gli asciugamani la risposta è stata negativa.

Holiday in Joppolo
Hübsches Anwesen in großem Garten. Wohnungen im OG und EG zwar etwas weit auseinander, aber unsere Kinder fanden es cool. Küche etwas klein für 4 Personen, dafür der Rest sehr geräumig. Viel Platz im Garten mit Sitzplatz. Sehr praktisch war Außendusche. Die Vermieterin ist vorort und kümmert sich hervorragend um die Gäste, hat immer ein gutes Wort und praktische Informationen. Nina war als Wachhund zwar ungeeignet, dafür unser aller Star ;-) Kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Tres bon sejour
Petit appartement pour 1 couple et 1 enfant (le lit d'appoint pour la troisième personne est dans la cuisine). Le linge se lave à la main à l'exterieur à l'ancienne. Rosa, la propriétaire, est très prévenante et s'exprime parfaitement bien en français. Elle nous apportait figues fraiches et poires de son jardin. La plage de galets est accessible à pieds. Quelques restaurants sont également accessibles sans voiture.

Pleasant, comfortable and very friendly
The most comfortable place to stay in Calabria. Perfect for family vacation - quiet, clean and very beautiful. Rosa (owner) is a very wonderfull women, intellegent collocutor, friendly host and wise advisor. Nearby beaches are excellent. Local restaurants are delicious and cheap (~100euro bill per 2 families with 2 kids each). If you want to eat really fantastic calabrian meals - always listen to Rosa's advices. Villa is beautiful, garden is charming. It was really gorgeous vacation!

Casa stupenda
Siamo una coppia che per la prima volta metteva piede in questa meravigliosa regione, confessiamo che, titubanti, arriviamo a Joppolo, borgo marino famoso per i suoi polpi, notiamo una pace quasi irreale e ci chiediamo quando si arriverà. Dopo una piccola stradina si apre la visuale sulla proprietà della Signora Rosa, che pronta ad accoglierci ci illustra le meraviglie della villa: il parco, le varie piante che crescono più che rigogliose, ( ho pesato un pompelmo da 1200 grammi ) ci sono varie soluzioni abitative , tutte quante confortevoli per ciò a cui noi siamo abituati, la padrona di casa è una persona squisita e resta sempre a disposizione , anche per le vostre più strane richieste, in senso buono, ovviamente. segnalo nelle vicinanze il bar di nuova gestione direttamente sul mare, i cui proprietari giovani barman laureati, ce la mettono davvero tutta e il ristorante la conchiglia, dove trascorrerete divinamente le vostre serate a base di pesce, per il resto che dire, invidio chiunque potrà recarsi in questo magnifico paradiso, non a caso, chiamato la costa degli dei, arrivederci Rosa.

Perfect holiday
If you want to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation, you should choose this property. The house is very comfortable, spacious, clean and has everything to live. There is a beautiful garden with flowering plants and a gazebo. Before the house there is a small fountain, it's very romantic. The sea is warm and clean, very close, at night you will hear it. The owner is very friendly and caring, you will not have problems. Yoppolo has a train stop, you can go to Tropea and Pizzo, it's very easy and close. We had a lovely holiday here and I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Wonderful days at La Casa di Rosa
We just spent a wonderful days at La Casa di Rosa. Rosa could not have been more gracious and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and she was so welcoming and helpful and a mine of information about the area. It was a pleasure to have met she and she will do as much as she can to make sure that your stay is a memorable one, we were sorry to say goodbye at the end of our stay. The perfect apartment is not only beautiful with lovely scenery, but is also as comfortable and relaxing as can be. Stayed September 2013.

If you want to have a rel...
If you want to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation, you should choose this property. The house is very comfortable, spacious, clean and has everything to live. There is a beautiful garden with flowering plants and a gazebo. Before the house there is a small fountain, it's very romantic. The sea is warm and clean, very close, at night you will hear it. The owner is very friendly and caring, you will not have problems. Yoppolo has a train stop, you can go to Tropea and Pizzo, it's very easy and close. The best rest we ever had!
This was the best rest we ever had! Rosa is very hospitable! The house is fantastic: ground and first floor, very spacious, big and beautiful with two teraces, summer kitchen and even fantan with fretwork. In the evening a beautiful lights turns on to highlight the garden. We were 3 families with 3 children: 4 and 9 years and 8 months. Rosa provided to us all we needed for good rest. Evere family had own bedroom with own bathroom and with double bed and bed for children, Rosa even provided us bed for baby, baby chair and baby bath as well, so we felt ourself as home. Bedrooms are light, cleand and big as well as bathrooms. Summer kitchen and living room are wounderfull! There was big table so we all had enough space. The kitchen is fully equipped so we cooked all we wanted and Rosa was so kind to share with us some Italian receipts. The garden around the house is chic: there were several deck chairs so we could take a sunbath and rest in the shadow of old trees and in addition we had lemon and even mandarins directly from the trees! Also There is a place for washing in the garden. So one more time: we had all we needed and felt ourselves as home. The sea is very close: the nearest beach is stony but you could easily get to another wonderful beaches of capo vaticano by car, just 20-30 minutes away. Rosa also showed us local market with fresh food and some interesting things to buy, the good place where we bought very good local vine, fresh bread and other local products. Then Rosa showed us very good family restrants with very testy food and vine. Rosa always helped us in everything what to do, where to go, where to buy and etc. So thanks to Rosa for these vacation! We miss it very much!

Cordialitá e disponibilitá
Io e un amico abbiamo trascorso una sola notte presso la "Casa di rosa" poichè io ho dovuto sostenere un colloquio, ma ci siamo trovati splendidamente. La casa/struttura è veramente bella, immersa nel verde e curata nei dettagli sia per quanto riguarda gli esterni che gli interni. Inoltre la signora Rosa (la proprietaria) è stata gentile, disponibile, cordiale e presente per qualunque tipo di problema o domanda,.Per esempio, non avendo noi macchina si è offerta lei di accompagnarci su in paese la mattina del mio colloquio. Per chi è amante della natura e della tranquillità è il posto perfetto dove trascorrere le proprie vacanze.

Our stay in "la casa di Rosa"
We have spent 2 excellent weeks in « La casa di Rosa » in Joppolo (July 2012). First of all I would like to thank Rosa for her hospitality : we arrived quite late on the first day and she was waiting for us for a warm welcome. During our stay, everything was perfect, she helped us a lot in everything : where to find the best beach or the best restaurant, what cities are worth the trip, ... As my Italian is quite poor (!), she also kindly helped me in various phone calls. I’ll certainly remember our discussions in a mix of French, Italian and English ! The house itself is great, very clean, well equipped (the air conditioning in the rooms helps a lot when the outside temperature is around 38°C !) and convenient. The garden is beautiful and if you want, the outside shower will refresh you ! It is a very quiet place, at a walking distance from a beach, which means that you can simply stay and relax. You can also take your car and travel through Calabria or Sicilia (crossing the Messine channel is easy and takes about 1 hour), our best places : Scilla, Tropea, Etna (in Sicilia), Vulcano, … In conclusion : thanks Rosa for your hospitality, “la casa di Rosa” is a great place to stay ! En français : excellent séjour, en particulier grâce à la gentillesse de Rosa et à la superbe villa ! n’hésitez pas à y passer quelques jours.

Verblijf La Casa di Rosa met 7 personen
La Casa di Rosa ligt in een rustige omgeving. Bij aankomst in Joppolo Marina was het even zoeken naar de woningen, maar later zagen we de bordjes met de verwijzing. Overigens kent iedereen La Casa. Achter een electronisch hek ligt de woning. Het is een ruime woning met 3 mooie, grote slaapkamers en aangrenzende badkamers. Er is zelfs een badkamer voor mindervaliden. Echter de ingang naar de slaapvertrekken heeft 3 traptreden, dat kan een obstakel zijn. De woning is schoon en goed onderhouden. Er is airco beschikbaar tegen een meerprijs. De woonkamer is buiten gesitueerd, onder de bogen. Aan het plafond zijn 2 ventilatoren bevestigd om de temperatuur aangenaam te houden. De verlichting is centraal geregeld en gaat om middernacht uit. Je hebt dan schemerlampen tot je beschikking. Er is geen vaatwasser en geen oven aanwezig. Er is geen internetverbinding of WIFI. In Tropea is een internetcafé. Er is voldoende parkeerruimte. De tuin is mooi aangelegd en wordt goed onderhouden. Rosa spreekt goed engels en is gastvrij. Ze geeft tips over de te bezoeken omgeving en weet waar je kan genieten van een goed en origineel Italiaans diner. Joppolo heeft geen groot zandstrand. Nicotera (op 15 minuten rijden) heeft een zandstrand met strand"tentjes" en een boulevard. De stranden van Capo Vaticano zijn de moeite waard maar liggen iets verder weg. Tropea, Pizzo, Vibo Marina en Scila zijn leuke plaatsen en zeker een bezoek waardig. Vibo V. is een grote stad, leuk om te shoppen. Deze streek is bergachtig en groen. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk. Joppolo heeft een treinstation en op doordeweekse dagen rijdt er elk uur een trein. Voor 1,50 euro kan je al in 15 minuten in Tropea zijn. De bevolking is gastvrij en behulpzaam. Uitgaansmogelijkheden voor de jeugd zijn hier niet. In Joppolo kan je tegen betaling gebruik maken van het zwembad van Hotel Cliffs (4 sterren). La Casa di Rosa ligt op anderhalf uur rijden van Lamezia Airport. Via de A3 goed te bereiken. Onze 5 jong volwassenen en wij hebben ons prima vermaakt en genoten van 2 warme en zonovergoten vakantieweken bij Rosa.

We strongly recommend you it!
In 2010 and 2011 we spent our holiday in the apartments of La Casa Di Rosa in Joppolo (Calabria, Italy). Both times it was unforgettable vacation. We really enjoyed the holiday that was spent there. The house La Casa Di Rosa has a beautiful territory with garden: oranges, figs, citrons, grass - plats, evergreen plants, fountain. The apartments are very stylish, nice and cozy with comfortable kitchen (all the things needed). Hostess Rosa is very communicative, intelligent and hospital woman who always are ready to help, to get advice and simply to talk and discuss life in the village. The sea is very close to the house and pure. Also 10 min by car there are incredibly beautiful beaches with small pebble (Capo Vaticano, Marino Nicotera). Foodstuffs in Calabria are very cheap, particularly fruits and vegetables. There are a wide choice of sea foods and fishes. Prices of restaurant are pleasantly surprised you. Overall, we have got a lot of positive and unforgettable impressions from our holidays in La Casa Di Rosa. The next year we also plan to have holiday in La Casa Di Rosa and strongly recommend you to do the same.

Une villégiature idéale pour découvrir la Calabre
La villa de notre hôtesse ROSA est extrêmement bien tenue et confortable. Le jardin est très fleuri, Rosa s'en occupe personnellement. Rosa est extrêmement sympathique, et nous espérons bien la revoir prochainement. On vous souhaite un excellent séjour à la villa rosa.
