Just renovated and refurnished decor!

Regency Isle, one of Orange Beach's most luxurious gulf-front condos, offers a wide array of amenities and activities. Located between the Florida-Alabama line and Perdido Pass, the Regency Isle provides both an outdoor and indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, easy beach access, large BBQ pavilion, fitness room and sauna.

Located on the 6th floor, this professionally furnished and decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath overlooks the Gulf of Mexico in elegant West Indies style. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with an adjoining spa bathtub and separate shower. The guest room has a queen bed and the living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This unit comes equipped with tiled floors, granite kitchen countertops, wet bar, and large gulf-front balcony.

Absolutely a well needed vacation

The owner was very kind and accommodating. The unit was very nice with beautiful decor. We could not have had a better view. I loved the large balcony with extra seating. We would definitely love to stay here again hopefully in the fall.

Beautiful and comfortable

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo had a very nice large balcony with great views we saw tons of dolphins every day! The furnature was all very comfortable including the bedding and pillows. The ice machine was definitely a plus we didn’t expect. The beach was never crowded and we never had to wait for an elevator. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful week at Orange Beach

The condo was beautifully furnished, extremely well equipped kitchen. The beach services were very cordial and efficient. Grew up with a house at Gulf Shores and this was so nicely reminiscent. Definitely plan to try to book with you again for my next visit. Thanks so much.

Fabulous Ocean Front Condo with Amazing Balcony

Absolutely fabulous oceanfront condo in Orange Beach, Alabama! The condo was beautifully furnished, the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen ware, and the balcony was huge with plenty of seating!! Super clean too! The beach was so relaxing, and the pool was perfect with a sun deck.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and had plenty of kitchen ware for our stay. Beds were comfortable but there was a nasty stain on the king size mattress that we found when we removed the linens. Also, no hair dryer so I had to buy one and the light bulb in the shower and above the stove did not work. Ice maker is always a plus with us so we loved that ! Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent condo!

Great condo; it has everything you need. It's immaculate, and the furniture is up to date. The mattress in the maste bedroom is one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on. We have stayed in this condo several times before and will stay again. Andrew is so easy to work with and highly prompt if you have questions.

Beautiful Unit

I can’t say enough about this unit. It is furnished nicely and I love that the extra bedroom has queen beds instead of full size. The balcony was great for our group of friends to spend mornings and evenings on. It has a great location to Flora Bama as well. Andrew is a great owner and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back.

Always great in Orange Beach

The property was very well appointed, very clean, the kitchen was hundred percent, stocked for cooking, which we love to do. The master bed was very comfortable. Only minor suggestion I may have is to have an additional multi plug with USB plugs on the bedside tables. We spend a lot of time on the balcony so balcony furniture is extremely important when choosing our stay at Regency Isle. My preference would’ve been to have two padded loungers instead of the woven furniture. It just wasn’t quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked but that is personal preference. Bathroom appeared to be newly renovated with a nice double shower. All in all we’ve been staying at Regency aisle for well over 15 years and it stayed in multiple units. we enjoyed our staying and would recommend this unit

Snowbird Haven

Our stay in Regency Isle was nothing short of perfect. The condo unit was clean, comfortable, bright, and stylishly decorated. We especially liked the over-sized Oceanside windows/sliding doors looking out to a huge balcony with plenty of nice, new patio furniture. The unit and entire complex has all the amenities one could hope for in a rental unit. At weekly ‘ Meet & Greet’ gatherings in the community room, we met neighboring snowbirds from around the upper Midwest, as well as some very nice full-time residents. The surrounding area has everything one desires with quant shops, non-chain restaurants, three grocery stores, Gulf State Park with hiking/biking trails, fishing, and our church all within a short distance from Regency Isle. Last but not least, the ocean view and white sandy beach are fabulous. Every night we enjoyed the sound of ocean waves and almost every morning watched the sunrise knowing that shortly we will be walking out into a new day on Orange Beach. Thank you Andrew for sharing your beautiful home-away-from-home with us.
