A spacious open villa surrounded by amazing views on all sides. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and three additional bedrooms on the second floor along with laundry room. All air conditioned bedrooms have direct access to either a veranda or balcony with spectacular views at all times. Relax by the pool in the shade of the palm tree, under cover in the veranda or the outdoor dining table with an over hanging umbrella.
The villa is a quick drive from the charming village of Valbonne ( 25 minutes to the airport), or a brisk 20 minute walk. The property is located inside a closed domain and offers absolute privacy and home to Pablo the cat. Walk right out to a park for running, walking or bicycle ride.

This is a beautiful house in a stunning location. Gorgeous pool as well. We all had a wonderful holiday - thank you to Celine the housekeeper and the owners. Pablo the very friendly house cat was a bonus and loved by all. We hope to come back again 🙏

We loved it

Absolutely fantastic house, is even more beautiful in real than in the pictures. We have enjoyed the almost two weeks very much. Everything was perfect, even the weather. The house, the pool, the proximity to Cannes, Nice and Antibes, the cat Pablo and the hosts with their staff were wonderful.

Great villa, super location, wonderful holiday

First trip to the Cote d'Azur and the villa was a perfect base. Comfortably accommodated our party of 10 (4 double bedrooms plus extra mattresses), the villa has everything you need inside and out, the kids would happily have spent the entire holiday in the pool. 5 minutes into Valbonne, a great little market town, and within easy reach of Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and many other lovely places (St Paul de Vence a favourite). Great service from the local reps and Pablo is an absolute star!!

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Sowohl Umgebung als auch Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Einmaliger Ausblick bis zum Meer. Der Pool war das Highlight des Ganzen. Da die Kommunikation auf Englisch erfolgte, ist es auch für Anfänger der französischen Sprache leicht.

Das Haus war einfach perfekt. Es gab sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, was bei einer Gruppe von 7 Leuten wichtig ist. Geschirr und alles drum rum war auch genügend da, sodass es uns nie an etwas gemangelt hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Sehr ruhig! Bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen hatten wir immer einen Ansprechpartner gehabt. Dieses Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Just perfect, best place to spent great holidays

This villa is an amazing place with everything you need to spend the best holidays: wonderful view on the see and the mountains, really nice pool, and all you expect to cook (amazing barbecue), rest, enjoy your vacations. The villa is really close to Valbonne village, to a supermarket, to golf courses, etc… thank you Farah for letting us using your marvelous villa, and special kiss to Pablo we all felt in love with and who give us the opportunity to replace our cat for two weeks we left in Paris. We really expect to come back next year.

Uneinsehbares Grundstück mit traumhaftem Blick über das Tal; sehr geräumiges Haus mit guter Zimmeraufteilung und großem Pool. Ein tolles Extra: der supersüße Kater. Wir waren jetzt schon 2 x zu Gast und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Urlaub von der 1. Minute!

Great house/garden with ideal location.

We enjoyed every moment in this really great villa and the kids particular liked the pool and the diving-board. The fact that it's a pool with slightly salty water rather than chlorine made it even more attractive. We liked the location in the gated community which really makes you feel so much safer. For us, it was ideal with its proximity to the Mouratoglu Tennis Academy, the village of Valbonne and all necessary shops, not to mention the coastline, of course. It is an "easy to live in house" with all necessary and helpful amenities including air conditioning in the bedrooms. The only thing that needs to be added is some more kitchen utensils if you really use the house for 8 adults and like to cook for yourself (we only were 2 adults with 2 kids.) Other than that everything you will need is there and working. The house even comes with its own pet: Pablo the cat likes to stroll in every once in a while, enjoys a cuddle and then takes off again at night. Despite the automated feeding device on the terrace we always had a little something for him in the morning which was highly appreciated. We definitively recommend this place!

Härligt hus med superfin utsikt o härlig pool

Ett väldigt trevligt hus med superfin utsikt. Stor härlig pool som passar bra för både barn och vuxna. Det fanns fina solstolar vid poolen och en härlig soffhörna under tak där man kan vara om man vill komma undan solen eller bara mysa på kvällen. Nära med bil till en lite större matbutik och bageri. Även nära till Valbonne och Antibe om man vill äta ute på kvällen. Fräscha badrum m dusch. Dock lite hårda sängar men man vänjer sig. Helt enkelt ett fantastiskt ställe!

Fantastic villa with great view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Great welcoming by the host Daniela and good information over all. The house is better then the pictures describes actually. Great for a family vacation or a hangout with friends. It is locating good within range to both Nice and Cannes among other great places on the French Riviera. The only thing that could be better was the beds, which we thought could be softer, they worked out for a week tough. Overall a great place with all you need, and good hosts and owners.

Lovely and clean house at a great location.

The house is very well kept and clean with a large swimming pool. Worth mentioning is great view of the terrace. The private location offers a bit of everything. Proximity of the mountains, walking distance to Valbonne historical village and is located right on the edge of a local park offering a great place for many sport activities like running or biking. We stayed for about two weeks and enjoyed every single day of our holiday. We recommended this luxury accommodation to everybody who wants to enjoy this part of France.

About the host

Your host

Farah and Oscar are both professionals (Engineer and Geologist) who moved to France with their son in 2015, after spending two decades in Canada. Oscar was born and brought up in Sweden while Farah grew up in India. Adam goes to school here and they spend their summers back in Canada.

Why they chose this property

We have holidayed and visited this area for many years and fell in love with everything about life here. This house is uniquely placed with grand views all around, and we immediately fell in love with it. We wake up every day and feel lucky to be here.
