On foot, it is 5 m from the sandy beach "PLAYA DEL DUQUE", 45 m from the natural park "PARQUE NACIONAL DEL TEIDE", 100 m from the golf course "GOF COSTA ADEJE", 2 km from the supermarket "TU TREBOL ADEJE", 2 km from the sandy beach "PLAYA LA CALETA".
By car, 9 km from the water park "SIAM PARK", 20 km from the airport "AEROPUERTO TENERIFE SUR".
The villa is distributed as follows:
- Garden, with its respective furniture. Fenced plot.
- 200 m² terrace with barbecue.
- Bathrooms with iron, hairdryer and safe.
- Living room with internet access (wifi), television with satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Russian). alarm and air conditioning.
