The middle of everywhere.
We loved our stay in Betws-y-Cord. The cottage is in a gear location in the middld of town, while being quiet and private with easy off street parking Betws-y-Coed is a great base for exploring Snowdonia and the surrounding area. It truly seemed to be in the middle of everywhere. The cottage is well set up and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. 10/10

Perfect location, place looks tired, needs attention to detail and cleanliness not kite there!
Amazing, location could not have been any better, even with trim going on at 5am, did not bother us at all! Place needs a revamp in the bedrooms, one of them stinks to humidity, small room is an under bed sheet storage thing, room three is only one decent. Kitchen nice just too many bits and bobs, unnecessary!! Dunelm doesn’t make it better!! Keep it simple and change the sofas xx

Family break
We have stayed here before and both times we have not been disappointed. The property is spotlessly clean. It has everything you need. It’s it a central location with everything within a short walk. The host was excellent we had an issue in the bathroom and it was fixed promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Pros and cons of cottage
Positives: great location, kitchen equipment well stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable furnishings, nice to be able to sit outside and watch the trains go by. Negatives: problems with plumbing in bathroom, ie flexible shower just dribbled, when WC is flushed water runs from the bath tap and can be tricky to get it to stop. Outside movement sensor light not working.

mini family break
Absolutely lovely , really homely and lovely and clean- beautiful setting. One remark only - having younger children in the party (ages 6 and 9 years) it would have been perfect to have window restrictors so we could have opened the window on a night : when warm without fear of the kids being. able to get all the way out of the through the first floor windows

Perfect little cottage
Lovely cottage, perfectly fitted out for a family of four to explore Snowdonia. The best bits…location you can not beat, beds were super comfy, cleanliness was perfect, fully fitted out with kitchen appliances, tv, washing machine etc etc. Jacuzzi bath for the sore legs after climbing Snowdon. Cottage was lovely. The only very minor things were that the shower went hot and cold at times which was not great for kids who have more sensitive skin, us oldies were just about ok. Also some may say the decor is a little dated now, and I understand why, but it did not take away from the charm of this lovely place.

Great stay - 3rd time visiting and will come again
Great stay. 3rd time staying and its like a little home from home. My children love coming and hopefully we will stay again. Great location for some.lovely walks and short drive to conwy, Llandudno etc. We got the train this time which is right outside the cottage and it was a great experience. Just so people know, the train passes the house at about 6am and then about every 2 hours until around 8pm. Not too noisy but was like an alarm clock for my son 😀. We love this little cottage. Quite at night and very cosy. Thank you again for a lovely stay.
