ATTENTION: SeaCrest Properties construction is close to being completed. The building and the ponds are scheduled to be completed by March 28, 2025. The outdoor hot tub should be reopened in early May. The pools opened on March 1, 2025.

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is the most beautifully furnished villa at The SeaCrest Properties. It is located across the street from the shopping and dining hotspot, Coligny Plaza. All bedrooms and living areas have flat screen TVs. There are security codes for all elevators and stairways to ensure only guests have access to the villas. There are 2 outdoor pools with baby pools and a hot tub. Indoor endless swimming pool, spa and workout room. Food and beverages available for purchase pool side, or take your own cooler. Hilton Head Island was ranked the best beach town in the South by Southern Living Magazine!

Wonderful weekend getaway to celebrate wife’s birthday. Great unit. Perfect size for family of 8 plus infant. Great location with grocery store and many restaurants within short walking distance. Entire family had a great time!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location! Staying in a space such as the one in Seacrest made our beach vacation one to remember. Waking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants and incredible entertainment! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make memories in Hilton Head!

Great Spot
The view and location were perfect.. easy access to the beach and just across the street from Coligny Park.. really no need to even move the car unless you just want something super specific… everything is within walking distance. Already talking about planning another visit… will definitely stay here again if at all possible.

We absolutely loved this property! We have stayed many places and this was one of the best. There were 6 adults & 1 child and we had plenty of room. Short walk to the beach! Pool & bar were so nice. Felt very safe and security was always walking around! You can walk across the street for anything you need at Coligny! It was the perfect place to stay!

Great Property!
We love Sea Crest, and this was one of our best stays. The location is perfect with wonderful ocean views. Clean and comfortable, and communication with the owners was timely and made the experience very easy.

Beautiful and roomy
This condo is very roomy and very beautiful. The area is convenient to Coligny Plaza. Being right on the beach was perfect! Work was being done on the large pond, but that was to be expected during the time of year we were there. The indoor pool does need some attention, but this had nothing to do with this beautiful condo. The kitchen was well furnished will all the pots, pans, dishes etc. The a/c was great as well!! We will stay here again.

We have been going to Hilton Head for 30 plus years and this has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed. It is spacious, beautifully maintained and decorated, and an easy short walk to the beach, pools, restaurants, and shopping. Leslie was great to work with too and was very responsive.

Beautiful villa.
This SeaCrest villa is beautiful and very well maintained. The view from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the grounds and ocean is fantastic. The villa is well appointed with newer furniture, appliances and kitchen is well stocked. The booking process was very easy and the owner, Leslie, was very accommodating and was available to answer any questions or address any issues that arose during our stay. Would highly recommend this villa for a wonderful vacation.

Excellent accommodations and location
Our family gathered for a little early summer relaxation. The 3 bedrooms with the pullout couch was perfect for 8 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 & 12). We had everything we needed from linens to kitchen wares. The location is perfect - easy walk to the ocean through the lagoons and pool area on one side and shops/restaurants/grocery across the street on the other side. Piggly Wiggly! The owner is very responsive to any questions and the condo is well maintained. The lagoons were being repaired during our stay but no concerns given the beautiful view of the ocean from the 3rd floor windows and balcony. Parking seemed limited but we always had a spot. The pool areas do require a wrist band; I kept ours in the towel bag - easy, peasy when "carded". There are fee disclosure notes around the condo related to the window shades and TV setups if broken. No worries with our group. I'm hoping to rent this unit again!

My favorite beach home
We've stayed at the SeaCrest property several times before as we love the location and the amenities offered there ,but this condo was by far the best we have experienced.The owner was fantastic in communicating everything we needed to know prior to and during our stay. Even details like how to operate the electronics and appliances were posted, which can be very frustrating when renting.Super clean and organized and a view that gave you that, never left the beach feeling. Already planning future dates to return and hopefully able to secure this property again.

Perfectly located in the heart of Coligny Beach with ocean views!
Well equipped and spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath unit with great views of the ocean. Two of the three bedrooms have porches with views. The unit is located on the end so feels very private. Loved being able to walk to the Piggly Wiggly and local shops and restaurants (loved Crave, The Porch and Michael Anthony’s (a short drive but one of the best restaurants I have been to in years! ). Seacrest just added a poolside bar/restaurant which was so convenient . As you walk out the gate to the beach there is a lifeguard renting chairs and umbrellas. Will definitely return when we get back to Hilton Head.

Great Family Get-Away
This unit on the third floor was very spacious with three master suites. It was perfect for our family plus our girls' two friends to give everyone a private room and bath. It has an attractive balcony view of the lagoon, pools, and beach. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. the TVs in each bedroom and the very large one in the living room provided nice entertainment in the evenings. There also are several board games provided in the unit as well. It is conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza, which was great for our teenage girls to explore. This is an end-unit and was overall very quiet from hearing other guests in the building. We were impressed with the speed of the elevators (never waited long) and the cleanliness of the complex. In a previous review we read about placing your beach stuff in your car strategically near one of the ramps to the lagoon area. We followed this advice and it made our back and forth from the beach much easier with the beach wagon we brought. There are not any beach chairs included with this unit, so remember to bring your own. This area of Hilton Head and the beach is more congested. We suggest going out to the beach early to set up a good spot. Jim's beach bar on the property has great frozen drinks, food, and fast service. Jim's does get crowded, but the security is managed well to keep the pool crowd separate for owners/guests from the patrons. Overall we would definitely stay in this unit again.

I highly recommend this property. Everyone was blown away by it. It’s felt like the owners’ private property they’ve been enjoying themselves that they just recently decided to start sharing with others. It has so many surprising amenities/enhancements, doesn’t feel like a rental. Here are the things that make it perfect for a family vacation: 1. The View - oh the view, it is beautiful and the vast windows in the living room take full advantage. The ocean is right there, but also the pool, lagoon, and palm trees make the view spectacular. Two of the master bedrooms also have ocean views. 2. Everything is really really nice. Floors, counter tops, microwave, stove, dishes, pots/pans, giant TV (must be 75 or 80”), decor, and bathrooms are all high end. 3. Two recliners (rocker and swivel) in the living room perfectly situated to Be able to see the incredible view, the dining table, kitchen, and the huge TV. So comfortable and enjoyable. 4. All three bedrooms were master bedrooms with king beds. The third (without ocean view), had a queen sleeper sofa air with mattress and their own master bathroom with tub and shower. Our 3 kids loved it. Black our shades helped them sleep in too. 5. Location was perfect. The walk to the beach was short, maybe 5 minutes if u include the elevator ride down. We parked the car nearest to the beach in the parking garage and kept beach stuff there so we literally only carried it about 50 yards to the beach. It’s also close to Coligney, but just far enough away that the beach wasn’t as crowded. We setup each day between 10-11 and always had a prime beach spot. Right across the street are cool restaurants, Piggly Wiggly grocery store, shops, live music, and the best 92 flavor ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. 6. Pools, pool bar and restaurant, lagoon, hot tub (and indoor hot tub, fitness center, and endless swimmer pool) were all perfect for us. It was great to have 2 pools and one with a deep end up to 8 feet.

Best location - across the street from fun shops & restaurants, steps from clean, wide, beautiful Coligny beach, easy access to everything on the island. Spacious, clean condo - 3 large masters with adjoining baths, lots of common area seating with 2 recliners overlooking amazing view of property & beach. Host - Leslie was amazing with great suggestions, directions and helpfulness. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Will be back for sure!

Inaccurate listing - Should have been updated a year ago
The best part of the property was the beautiful view. The location is also great and there are shops, restaurants, and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We were all very disappointed to find out that the indoor pool, fitness room, and outdoor hot tub were all closed. Knowing that it would be a chilly time of year, I specifically looked for a property that had an indoor pool and hot tub. Covid was the reason for the closure, so presumably these amenities have been unavailable for over a year but the owner did not update the listing. The property manager was on vacation and never returned a phone call. My husband opened a blind the first morning and it broke. The blinds are roman shades that are clearly old because the fabric is discolored and yellow with age. We were charged $100 for this damage, yet were given zero compensation for the lack of amenities included in the listing. There was a note posted about the blinds stating that the cleaning staff will inspect for damage, so clearly this is a recurring problem. I am not surprised because these old shades are supported by a string not much thicker than a fishing line. The property was mostly quite clean, but there was food in the couch and the chair, so the cleaning crew may want to add this to their routine. The condo was well stocked with towels, blankets, and toiletry items. We were locked out out the unit an hour before our checkout time and that led to some stress. Thankfully the owner was responsive and gave us a new code quickly. Overall, we had a great trip, but this unit had some significant disappointments.
