In a beautiful city of the Valencia region on the Mediterranean coast, you can enjoy white sandy beaches, the magnificent pedestrian maritime boulevard along the bay, historical and Cultural activities (museums, castle, concerts, festivals Local, rice and fresh seafood), water sports in the sea and on the river Jucar (cycling, golf and nature walks).

A sunny beach front 1bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the bay. Located on the maritime promenade at residential Racó beach, in a closed private building, including extensive patio, children playground, cafeteria-bar, and huge community pool. The maritime promenade is a nice seaside pedestrian acerca front of 5-6 km along the bay, you can enjoy walking Which or cycling. There is the Jucar river mouth in one side of the bay and the lighthouse standing on a rocky promontory on the other side. Ideal for a family of 3-4 (4 if 2 are children), or two families as we have two apartments in the same building !.

Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are at walking distance. The coffee shop will be opened and swimmingpool During the summer months mostly.
