The mid sized bedroom can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. The smallest bedroom has a standard double bed. Downstairs is an open plan living room and kitchen with views of the hills. There are many local attractions for Families, and Aviemore is also the closest town to the Cairngorm Ski slopes and the mountain railway. A short drive to attractions such as Loch Ness, Culloden, Cullen, or Fort William. This is the perfect base!

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely holiday home in Aviemore. Well designed with large entrance hall and cupboard, downstairs loo and utility room. The living room is big, sofas comfy and there's a wide selection of dvds for all ages so don't bother bringing your own. Kitchen has everything you need. The beds were excellent, as was the quality of the bed linen which meant I got a great sleep. The owner is friendly and easy to deal with too. Hope to visit again.

It is in walking distance of shops, forests, lochs and rivers. There are many walking and mountain bike options. Nearby are many tourist attractions to visit, such as the wildlife centre or the folk museum in Newtonmore.
