Semi-detached villa with PRIVATE swimming pool for exclusive use. While upstairs there is another apartment that will not be able to use it.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: Private pool, Villa, Wi-fi, final cleaning, 3 private parking spaces inside.
EXCLUDED FROM THE COSTS and will be paid in cash at the property:
Energy consumption € 30.00 per night;
Bed linen and towels € 15.00 per person;
Remember, tourist tax is paid at the property € 0.50 per night per person;
Pets are NOT allowed.
A deposit of € 900.00 will be required, which will be returned at check-out if there are no damages.
