Luxurious and Beautiful three Bedroom Beachfront Property

BERMUDAS is a privately owned Luxury Seafront apartment situated on the promenade of Gandia Beach. The apartment is on the 6th floor so you have a wonderful view of the whole length of the beach. The promenade and beach are quite spectacular. The resort has direct access to the sandy beach, so you won’t have to cross any road. The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, The Main room with access to the huge 15 m 2 glazed balcony, which faces the sea, two twin rooms with a view to the swimming pool, 2 bathrooms, both of which have showers, WC’s and wash-hand basins. In the lounge there is a settee, plus other tables and chairs. Satelitte T.V. Plama .D.V.D The apartment has a lift. The building has a swimming pool, tennis court and paddel a large terrace suitable for children to play for and sunbathing all the complex is renew from last summer. Now with AIR-CONDITIONING AND CENTRAL HEATING, and your entertainment, WIFI free of charge.

Estancia perfecta , apartamento cómodo, súper equipado y con una panorámica a la playa extraordinaria. Por poner un pero insignificante , la tostadora de la cocina es antigua y lenta. Pongan la típica tostadora ) La urbanización limpia y silenciosa, el conserje muy atento a que se cumplieran todas las normas, me sorprendió. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo!
Nos alojamos 4 familias en 2 apartamentos con capacidad para 7 personas cada uno y estuvimos muy agusto. Ubicación perfecta frente al mar con unas vistas privilegiadas. Ambos apartamentos estaban reformados, muy amplios, cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario y más. La agencia muy amables y nos pusieron todo tipo de facilidades.

Disappointing overall, too much night time noise and disturbance
The photos of the apartment seem to make it look much bigger, brighter and newer than it actually is. The apartment is in quite an old block at the far north end of Gandia beach. The entrance to the lift area is quite unappealing with some scratched on graffiti at the lift entrance, which was quite off putting. The apartment itself was clean and quite well maintained. However one side of the partition windows in the living room couldn't open, the ironing board was broken, the iron leaked, and there was no toaster. Beds were very firm and half of our family found them extremely uncomfortable. The bedrooms were quite cramped but had plenty of wardrobe space.. There were no instructions for the TV set up so it took a while to access the satellite channels. And for a holiday apartment we were disappointed in the lack of local tourist information. The pool seemed to be pretty well maintained although the tennis courts were a bit worn out. The apartment was right on the beach, which is huge and clean, but it was a bit too cold and windy to take advantage of this. It's a good 20 minute walk along the promenade to the main cafe and restaurant area, but it's a really nice walk. Unfortunately the back of the apartment looks over 2 cafes which have outdoor seating and customers making a noise until late. And across the road is a nightclub, which creates more noise until 3am most evenings. Likewise we were disturbed by noise from night time events at the nearby church. So if you want a pretty clean but basic apartment on the beach, and don't mind loud noise until the early hours, this apartment is fine. But if you want some peace and quiet in a more comfortable apartment, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.

Wonderful stay at this apartment highly recommend
I booked a stay at the apartment for the whole of October 2016. The owners were very accommodating and very responsive. The apartment is beautiful with wonderful views of the sea. The bedrooms are a good a size and there are all the facilities you need. The apartment block sits right on the beach, there is no road to cross, you exit the gates and are on the beach, very nice. I left one of my jackets in the wardrobes and the owners were kind enough to send it back to me, thank you very much. Amenities are nearby with Gandia town less than 2km away. El apartamento es más bonito en realidad que en las fotos. la cristalera es la más moderna del edificio, está hecha con juntas de silicona que permiten unas vistas fantásticas incluso con las ventanas cerradas. Está muy bien reformado, todo nuevo y con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones están fenomenal, la piscina es grande y limpia. Acceso directo a la pasarela de la playa sin carretera de por medio. Muy buena zona. buenos restaurantes en las proximidades. Camas elásticas para los niños a la vuelta de la esquina. Detalle la cafetera Nespresso. Repetiría sin duda y recomendable 100%.

Super Wohnung!
Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Die Küche ist wirklich bestens eingerichtet. Die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank an Gregorio und Alicia!!!
