Beachfront house, heated pool, spa and sauna, 5 min from the beaches, 8 people

Located just minutes from the beauty spot of the Cotes d'Armor Binic and neighboring golf golden gorse, this pretty wooden contemporary home will delight you with its comfort and amenities. Facing south, on the edge of the wood of the room, calm and tranquility reign.
The capacity is 8/10 people, divided into 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two toilets.
The ideal accommodation capacity is 8 people, two families or friends for a pampering stay, sport or tourism.
The yard of the house can park four vehicles without any worries.
The house is near the town (3 minutes walk) where you find all the shops necessary for your stay (bakery, butcher shop, grocery, tobacco, post ...)
From the house you can go on foot in many mountain bike trails and hiking in the forest to the sea. Ideal for athletes! And for our friends golfers, 18 holes in 2-minute drive.
The environment is quiet and yet near activities: 6 minutes drive to the Binic city center with its bars, restaurants and entertainment, 8 minutes to go to the mall.
House ground floor (just a room on the floor), the ground floor includes a living space of 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven ...) overlooking the living room . You can eat with the family around the large table or an aperitif in the lounge. The latter is equipped with a screen of 107 cm (with Canal +, sports bein ...). The wifi is provided of course.
Always on the ground floor, three bedrooms (tv), two bathrooms (Italian shower or bath) and two toilets.
A relaxation area with a bar and a sauna.
The living room opens onto a terrace of 30 square meters, facing south, where you can enjoy the joys of swimming in a heated pool at 28 degrees or in a professional spa 5 places.
the pool was covered in october 2020, a high cover which could be remove if necessary.
This terrace is equipped with a barbecue, a large garden furniture under an awning.
You can also relax under an Olivier centenary integrated in the terrace.
Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed.

Excellent séjour

C'était notre 2e séjour dans la maison d'Olivier. Comme la 1ère fois, tout s'est très bien passé. La maison est grande, agréable, propre, le jacuzzi et la piscine sont super. Des petits-enfants aux grands-parents, les 3 générations ont été ravies.

Brilliant location, beautiful House, everything we were after

We wanted something that was out of the hustle and bustle, so we could have a nice family break and recharge. This house offers exactly that, and is only minutes drive from activities and amenities. Gave me a very good experience of France, one which we will do again. The process with Olivier was very easy. Highly recommend

Très bon séjour

Maison très agréable, grande, propre, dans un environnement calme. Olivier notre hôte est tres disponible et fait son maximum s'il y a un souci (le jaccuzzi ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée mais il a su corriger le problème). Je recommande ce logement

Très adapté avec enfants

Maison répondant tout a fait au descriptif. La piscine encore chauffée en octobre, le jacuzzi et le sauna ont satisfait petits et grands. Le propriétaire est très joignable et a su répondre à nos questions et besoins. La maison est située dans une zone pavillonnaire, mais le jardin est sans vis a vis car clôturé.

Maison conforme au descriptif, tout est parfait. Olivier nous a reçu avec gentillesse avec en plus un petit présent . Le jaccussi est un véritable rêve , nous en avons oubliés la piscine Seul petit point manque un autre frigo congélateur

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, grand jardin bien exposé dont on peut profiter après la piscine et le jacuzzi. Commerce de proximité situés à 200m (boulangerie et boucherie) de bonnes qualités à essayer absolument. Très bon accueil du propriétaire

Villa bien équipée au calme

Très agréable séjour dans cette propriété en campagne, à proximité des plages et de Saint Brieuc. La couverture de la piscine est un vrai plus : baignade tous les jours dans une eau à 30 degrés en Bretagne, c'est le top. Jacuzzi et sauna complètent parfaitement cette expérience. Propriétaire sympathique joignable facilement et réactif. Boulangerie et boucherie à pied. Activités multiples à proximité (Accrobranche, zoo, port de Binic, randos...) Nous recommandons !

Séjour agréable !

Très bel accueil de la part du propriétaire « Olivier ». Il a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le fonctionnement des différents éléments (Jacuzzi, piscine et sauna). Propriété d’une très belle superficie, propre et très calme. Une belle attention à notre arrivée (corbeille de fruits) de bienvenue. Linge de maison propre mis à disposition. Nous y avons séjourné du 22 au 28 août 2020 et avons eu une météo agréable pour pouvoir profiter des différentes prestations que propose le bien loué. Nous avons vraiment eu plaisir d’y séjourner. Nous recommandons sans soucis ce propriétaire très agréable et à l’écoute de ses locataires.

Propriété vaste, clean et bien située

Notre séjour à Lantic a été fantastique. Une belle maison, au calme avec de superbes aménagements extérieurs et intérieurs. Le jardin et la piscine sont parfaits pour les enfants, la terrasse au calme sans vis-à-vis bien orientée. La situation géographique est idéale et permet de rayonner facilement afin de visiter des lieux magiques (Binic, côte de granit rose, Frehel, maison du gouffre...). Les petits commerces à 3min à pieds au centre de Lantic vous rendront service (pain, viande, épicerie). Je ferai quand même quelques remarques: à la cuisine, je pense qu'il faudrait revoir les ustensiles, autres poeles et casseroles. Dans les chambres, améliorer les literies. Revoir l'éclairage, surtout sur la terrasse car c'est très faible en intensité. Peut-être penser à un store électrique et un système de fermeture de la piscine plus pratique. Cela n'a pas influé sur la qualité de notre séjour et je fais ces précisions pour permettre à notre hôte d'améliorer les choses par la suite. M. Olivier Dudal est très courtois et attentionné et saura répondre à vos questions et besoins. Merci, ce furent de très belles vacances en famile. A refaire!

Un agréable séjour sans soucis

Nous avons loués la maison à 7 personnes (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Dès notre arrivée, le propriétaire vous accueille avec le sourire et vous explique le fonctionnement de la maison, de la piscine, du jacuzzi et du sauna. Il reprend contact avec vous 3/4 jours plus tard pour voir si tout va bien. Petit bémol côté cuisine, il manque peut-être quelques équipement de cuisine (casseroles, poêles, etc) pour cuisiner de manière confortable à 8 personnes. Il n'en reste pas moins que l'ensemble de la cuisine, et de la maison d’ailleurs, est propre. Tout avait été désinfecté au préalable (poignées de porte, de tiroirs, etc). Très bel espace extérieur, ensoleillé toute la journée quel régale pour profitez de la piscine ! Je rajouterais éventuellement 2 chaises autour de la table extérieure pour pouvoir être 8 autour. Le barbecue était dans un état correct. Il faut juste faire attention au carrelage de la terrasse, si la piscine est entouré de bois vous empêchant de glisser ce n'est pas le cas du carrelage, on eu droit a quelques chute d'enfant (heureusement sans gravité) mais avec quelque chose au pied le problème est vite résolu ! A la fin de notre séjour, nous n'avons eu aucun soucis lors de l'état des lieux de sortie, le propriétaire vous demande simplement de passer un coup d'aspirateur et de défaire les lits. Bref, du tout simple pour un état des lieux de sortie ! Preuve encore de la sympathie du propriétaire ! Pour clôturer, je recommande les yeux fermés cette location si vous souhaitez profiter d'un séjour en Bretagne avec le soleil si la chance vous sourit sinon la piscine est chauffée et un jacuzzi sous la pluie ce n'est pas le plus désagréable ! Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir waren gerade 2 Wochen mit unserem Hund in dem wunderschönen Haus von Olivier. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen :) sehr schöne Einrichtung im Haus, ein super schöner Garten (komplett eingezäunt und perfekt für unseren Vierbeiner) mit tollem Pool und Whirlpool. Es war ein richtig erholsamer Urlaub. Lantic ist ein ruhiges Örtchen mit einem hervorragendem Metzger (wir haben oft gegrillt). Man ist sehr schnell am Meer und kann dort die schöne Landschaft mit kleinen oder größeren Wanderungen genießen. Zusammengefasst war es für uns einfach ein sehr erholsamer und toller Urlaub!

Great holiday house with pool

This house had everything we needed and was big enough to accommodate 2 families of 4. The layout worked well for us all and we found the furnishings and contents good quality. The pool and hot tub were real hits. The village itself is quite small but you are just a short drive from the town of Binic with beaches, shops and restaurants. The owner was helpful and always responded to messages.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis!

Het huis was fantastisch! Alles erop en eraan! Elke dag genoten van het verwarmde zwembad en jacuzzi. Rustige buurt en mooie omgeving. Strand op 10 min. rijden. Vriendelijke eigenaar, die snel reageert op eventuele vragen. Kortom: voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ideal countryside retreat

Olivier was easy to contact and quick to respond when we had questions. The property is very clean and was perfect for our family vacation in the countryside. Lots of space and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The lovely beach is a short drive away.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in der Bretagne

Ein tolles, rundum gut ausgestattetes Haus mit viel Platz! Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten Pool und Whirlpool ausgiebig nutzen. Lantic ist ein ruhiges kleines Dorf, das sich als Ausgangspunkt in die weitere Côte D'Armor, aber auch an die Côte de Granit Rose bestens eignet. Bis Perros Guirec fährt man ca. 40 min, bis St. Malo eineinhalb Stunden. Tréguier, Dinan, der Mont St. Michel vielleicht schon auf der Hinreise.... wir haben viel gesehen und konnten dann im Haus ausspannen. Abends kann man schön im benachbarten Binic essen gehen. Für Jugendliche ist der Hochseilklettergarten im Parc Aventure Lantic ein schöner Programmpunkt. Wir überlegen schon, wann wir wiederkommen!

Superschönes Ferienhaus mit Pool& Whirpool für Familien

Sauberes modernes Haus mit umzaeunten Garten, toller Pool , toller Whirlpool, Sauna. Großzügig gehalten, mit sehr netten, jungen Vermieter. Geeignet für Familien - auch mit Hunden. Für alle die Gartenathmosphaere geniessen können und nicht unbedingt das Strandleben brauchen. Im Dorf findet man alles, was man zum Ueberleben braucht, ansonsten fährt man 5 km nach Binic, dort gibt es alles andere: Strand, Meer, Hafen, tolle Wanderwege die Klippen entlang, Restaurants, Bistros, Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt ist am Donnerstag...

Une très bonne location avec des prestations de qualité .

La maison est très bien située , près de la côte mais quand même au calme . Maison spacieuse, idéale pour 6 ou 8 personnes. Piscine , jacuzzi, sauna pour se détendre après une journée de visite . Possibilité de balade En forêt,running ou vtt pour les sportifs. En résumé, une maison idéale pour visiter les côtes d'armor. Ps: le petit plus , la gentillesse du propriétaire, Olivier ,qui vous indiquera les bons restos du coin et les lieux à visiter .

Lovely family holiday with every convenience we needed

Great property, clean and as described. Really good facilities including sauna, hot tub and heated pool. Our children loved the place we couldn't get them out of the pool and the garden is a good size for them to run around in. Area around is very quiet so perfect for a relaxing week, there are towns, restaurants and things to do within easy driving distance. Olivier the owner was friendly and helpful, we would happily go back.
