Romantic and cozy apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Ischia Ponte, suitable for large families, is about 70 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building.
Our apartment, equipped with every comfort, is composed of a living room with a panoramic balcony, a loft with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 small bathroom. service with sink and toilet, washing machine.
The apartment is a few steps from the sea (about 50 meters) and near the famous Aragonese Castle; in the immediate vicinity there are typical restaurants, bars, shops and small minimarkets.

The perfect place to stay in Ischia

Great location
Ischia is beautiful, and the apartment is ideally located to enjoy the island's beauty and have easy access to the amenities it has to offer: sea, beaches, Castello Aragonese, port, restaurants, shops, groceries, and most importantly for the children (and their nonno!), gelato. We wished that we could have stayed longer and hope to go back someday.

The best ever
Everything was wonderful especially Thomas and his family. They helped us through some rough times and made our experience here a pure joy. I plan to come back again as thie apartment is so comfy the location is perfect and I have fallen in love with Ischia. Thank you for the wonderful experience Thomas we couldn't be happier. Quaint Apartment in Ischia Ponte
Pleasant apartment in the Ischia Ponte area. Thomas was easy to contact and very accommodating. The kitchen is well equipped and the AC works very well. Beds comfortable. Apartment is easily serviced by the 7 bus and very close to the Aragonese Castle. Only suggestions for Thomas - get new towels - the ones you gave us were like sandpaper - fix the shower head, and show a photo of where to put the trash - it was never clear to us.

Clean with the best hosts
The apartment is bright and so clean. We loved having the two balconies. The location was everything, water view from the balcony, the historic area very clean and easy to get around. About Thomas, he was readily available for all questions. He greeted us at the port! We saw him around the island almost every day of our trip. He checked in and offered suggestions of places to see or to eat at. We will tell everyone about this apartment and loved our stay here. Let me again mention how clean it was!

Just perfect
Met at the port by Thomas, the son of the owner. He was also kind enough to get us a taxi to the property. It’s just like the pictures. In a quiet area, with amazing features like roll down exterior window shades to keep the light and noise out, and a blow dryer! Over the moon with that. Comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, clean, and lovely port life outside the windows in a nice area. Cannot say enough good things about how kind they were or how enjoyable the stay was. Everything within feet of the front door. And bonus was a restaurant just below the apartment: Da Ciro Al Vicoletto. The absolute best meal we had in Italy so far. Fresh from the sea, simple, unbelievably delicious. Just like Nona - and trust the owner’s suggestions - he knows what he’s doing. Chef was marvelous. Enjoy!

Lovely place perfectly located
We loved the apartment. it was equipped with everything we needed. An extra plus was the kid area in the loft that our seven year -old loved playing in.. Antonio, Thomas and Cecilia are gracious and helpful hosts. Shopping and restaurants are footsteps away. The town feels comfortable and safe and it’s easy to access other parts of the island via the # 7 bus that runs every about 10 minutes . We hope to stay again in the future.

Zuhause in Italien
Schöne Lage in Ischia Ponte, der kleine Supermarkt mit frischem Brot von der Bäckerei nebenan und man fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Das Castello Aragonese ist um die Ecke und wer möchte kann dort am Hafen früh frischen Fisch von den Fischern kaufen. Wer Italienfeeling möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ist schön gefliest, die Küche hat noch 70er Jahre Charme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein paar Weingläser wären schön gewesen, aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Great apt to stay
The apartment was great. Very clean and plenty of room for our family of 7. It was located in a prime spot if Ischia Ponte. Host was helpful and responsive with any thing needed. Gelato place a few doors away was convenient. Plenty of terrific restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Eine wundervolle großzügige Wohnung im Herzen der Altstadt Ponte mit Capriblick!
Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Wohnungsinhaber Antonino (spricht Deutsch) und seinen deutschsprachigen Neffen Thomas-Inhaber eines Reisebüros auf Ischia-der auch immer für mich telefonisch erreichbar war und auch Transfer von und nach Neapel organisierte. Es emfingen mich desweiteren eine Flasche sizilianischen Rotweins,Milch und Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank.Zum Abschied erwartete mich eine weitere Flasche Rotwein.Danke nochmals hierfür. Die gepflegte Wohnung ist geräumig, hat hohe Decken,liegt im 2.Stock,erstreckt sich zwischen 2 Straßen,hat 2 Balkone,2 Klimaanlagen,elektr.Rolläden an den Türen und herrlichen Ausblick am Ende des Straßenausschnittes bis nach Capri.Schön möbliert,zweckmäßig eingerichtet,gutes Bett. Nachts ruhig,tagsüber mit allen Lebensäußerungen des Südens von einer der engen Gassen. Wenige Meter zum Meer mit grandiosem Blick auf das Castello Aragonese direkt gegenüber.Bäckerei und Lebensmittreilgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fisch kann man bei den Fischern morgens ab 07.00 Uhr fangfrisch vom Boot kaufen und sich an den schönen Bildern erfreuen.Hervorragende Restaurants in der Nähe. Meiner Meinung nach ist die Wohnung ideal für 2 Erwachsene (mit 2kleineren oder größeren Kindern). Ich bedanke mich noch einmal bei Cecilia,Antonino und Thomas für die freundliche Betreung und Gastfreundschaft,es fehlte mir an nichts. Herzlichen Gruß Dieter
