A few meters from the famous and worldly IRA beach of Porto Rotondo, in the beautiful and exclusive residence Le Vele, beautiful newly renovated studio with living room with kitchen service bed and sofa bed, air-conditioned, LED TV 46-inch WI-FI. Le Vele residence is located only 2km from the center of Porto Rotondo, adjacent to the Marina of Asfodeli where you can rent boats to reach the islands and the most exclusive beaches of the Costa Smeralda, 150 meters from Contro Ira and 250 meters from Ira beach, both conveniently reachable on foot.
Guests of the residence can use the swimming pool located within a fully fenced park of one hectare. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, linen is provided on request for a small fee.

Appartamento Grazioso e confortevole

Residence immerso nel silenzio ad un passo dal centro di Porto Rotondo , curato il giardino e la piscina , appartamento confortevole , ampia doccia ( di solito ho problemi considerata la mia stazza ) , Alessandro il proprietario persona gradevole e simpatica . Lo Consiglio.

Nette Unterkunft

Nette kleine Unterkunft. Für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten unsere erwachsene Tochter für eine Woche mit, das funktionierte auch. Die Nähe zum Meer (2 Strände max 12 Minuten Fußweg) ist nicht übertrieben. Es ist näher als es auf z.B. auf Google Maps erscheint. Wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt, und die Anlage ist weitläufig, schön, ruhig und sehr gepflegt . Waren Ende Juni hier. Der Balkon musste mit der Nachbarwohnung geteilt werden, haben ihn nur zum Wäschetrocknen benutzt. Der Gemeinschaftspool war nicht rege besucht, aber ein Rettungsschwimmer war immer vor Ort.

logement Sardaigne résidence le vele

propriétaire très arrangeant ,il nous a laissés l appartement plus tard que prévu logement très propre , pièce a vivre très petite car mansarder, super jardin . l extérieur est un balcon a partager a 2, aucune vue et il faut sortir la table et les chaises a chaque fois qu ont veut manger dehors pas pratique .très bonne literie et belle salle de bain

Man kann nichts bemängeln. Alles hat super funktionert. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und hat uns auch tolle Tipps gegeben. Es war mein erster Urlaub mit einem Partner und es war sehr schön. Also wir würden auf jeden Fall dort wieder hingehen

Gradevole soggiorno

Piccolo appartamento situato alle porte di porto rotondo. Una vista mare che ti da il buongiorno di cui hai bisogno quando vai in vacanza. Pulito, nuovo e confortevole. Proprietario gentilissimo è disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. L’ideale per chi cerca relax.. infatti l’appartamento è situato in un residence tranquillo e silenzioso.. Indispensabile è la macchina per raggiungere le spiagge limitrofe. Comunque nel complesso lo consiglierei!

Schöne kleine Wohnung für zwei Personen :)

Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Da die Wohnung keine Terrasse / Balkon hat, ist sie für Gäste geeignet die gerne tagsüber etwas unternehmen.

Schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft nahe Meer

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der Besitzer Alessandro war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die wundervolle Gegend und die schönen Strände zu erkunden! (Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.) Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene: ottima l'accoglienza anche da parte della signora Anna. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, ben arredato e situato in un'ottima posizione in un contesto bellissimo. Il proprietario, Alessandro, molto disponibile e gentile. Insomma.. é stata un'ottima vacanza e speriami di ritornare al più presto!!!

Great studio near the beach

We had a great holiday staying at Allesandro's flat in Porto Rotondo. It is closed to Porto Rotondo (5 min by car) and the main beach of Porto Rotondo (5 min by walking). Also close to the best beaches of the coast as well as the airport. Flat is small but has everything you need and clean and modern. Kitchen very basic so not that easy to do cooking but while on holiday why should you want to. Allesandro was always in communication with recommendations on restaurants, beaches ,shops etc and felt like we had met him by the end. Note that there is a fee for the sheets and towels of 45 euros per week. All in all a great holiday and a nice flat.

Wonderful Apartment and Host!

The Apartment was just perfect. Very Modern and stylish Interrior and clean. The view from the Garden is just overwhelming. You have a Pool and the beach just next to you. A lot of tasty Restaurants in the Neighborhood. The Port and the Supermarket are 5 min away with the Car. The host was a very nice Person and helped us with everything we needed. I can really recommend this Apartment for two, its just Perfect.

Appartamento bellissimo e moderno, proprietario gentile e disponibile

Ho pernottato 7 notti con la mia compagna presso l’appartamento del residence le vele e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ringraziamo il proprietario per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza. Il residence è molto curato e silenzioso. Il nostro appartamento era moderno e soprattutto molto pulito. Consigliamo vivamente di pernottare qui.
