Nice house located on a hill in the center of Mallorca. Surrounded by nature, it is ideal for a quiet holiday. It has the airport 30 minutes away, the sea 15 minutes away and the town center 5 minutes away. It has a large parking capacity, wifi, barbecue, fireplace, air conditioning / heating, washing machine, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, swings, ... All the land is fenced so that children can run quietly.

Herrlich!
Es waren erneut ein ganz wunderbare Tage bei Ines in Maria. Friedliche Ruhe, einzig zwei Pferde als Nachbarn und die Finca ist einfach perfekt. Alles ist vorhanden, der Grundriss ist sehr gut durchdacht und auf dem tollen Gasherd macht das Kochen Spaß. Der Garten ist mit ganz viel Liebe angelegt. Egal ob man unter dem Olivenbaum Schatten sucht oder den Weitblick von der Liege aus genießt. Vielen Dank liebe Ines und Familie! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Mallorca in Ruhe genießen
Das schöne Haus liegt am Rande des Dorfes ruhig auf einem Hügel. Den tollen Blick aufs Tramuntana-Gebirge haben wir bei jedem Frühstück und Abendessen genossen. Von hier aus lassen sich mit dem Auto alle Gebiete gut und schnell erreichen und auch mit dem Rad schöne Touren unternehmen. Im Dorf kann man den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen (Bäckerei, drei kleine Läden) und am Dorfplatz gemütlich essen gehen. Das Dorf und die Umgebung haben noch einheimisches Leben und Atmosphäre ohne Großtourismus. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal für die liebe Willkommensschüssel mit Obst, Gemüse, Brot und Wein.

Bei Ines alles OK
Ines ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin ihrer Finca. Zur Begrüßung um 23:00 Uhr standen Wein, Brot, Käse und eine Obstkorb zur Verfügung. Während des Aufenthaltes kümmerte sie sich vorbildlich per WhatsApp. Gerne wieder auf den Berg bei Ines.

Schöne kleine Finca inmitten der Natur
Wir haben lange nach einer Finca ohne Pool gesucht... und dann diese gefunden. Die Übergabe war komplikationslos. Ines ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als Begrüßung stand eine große Schale mit Obst und Gemüse bereit, sogar Brot, Marmelade, Käse und Wein! Die Finca liegt auf einem Hügel inmitten der Natur mit wunderbar weitem Blick. Es gab wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, eingezäunt und wunderbar vielfältig: zahlreiche Olivenbäume, mehrere Sitzgruppen, Liegestühle, Hängematte, Rutsche, Schaukeln, Bobby car und vieles mehr. Haus und Grundstück waren sehr gepflegt und sauber, das Haus eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber völlig ausreichend. Wir konnten per Auto alles gut erreichen (zB Strand ca. 30 min), man kann aber auch vom Grundstück aus kleinere Spaziergänge unternehmen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle, unvergessene Zeit und kommen sehr gern wieder!

SUPER Finca
Die Übergabe fand vor Ort mit der Vermieterin satt und es gab eine große Schale mit Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau als Willkommens Geschenk. Das Grundstück sowie das Haus waren sehr gepflegt und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Auf der großen Terrasse oder unter Bäumen konnte man in der Hängematte sehr gut entspannen. Es gab zwar keine Pool aber man konnte sich jederzeit an der Außendusche erfrischen. Die Stille, besonders am Abend bzw. in der Nacht, war unbeschreiblich angenehm. Kein Straßenlärm oder Menschen in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Was will man mehr. Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und jederzeit wieder mieten. Ansonsten war alles perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse.

in jedem Fall zu empfehlen für jemanden der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht
Die Übergabe fand vor Ort mit der Inhaberin statt und recht zwanglos. Es war gepflegt und im Haus sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Stille, besonders am Abend bzw. in der Nacht, war unbeschreiblich angenehm. Kein Straßenlärm oder Menschen in der direkten Nachbarschaft. ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielt noch ein Gastgeschenk dazu. Was will man mehr. Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und jederzeit wieder mieten. Vielleicht könnte man im Außenbereich eine einfache Dusche installieren um sich nach einem Sonnenbad einmal kurz abzukühlen, da es ja keinen Pool gibt. Ansonsten war alles perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse.

Schöne Finca mit großem Grundstück
Die Finca liegt ohne direkte Nachbarn auf einem großen Grundstück auf einem Hügel. Man hat dort absolut seine Ruhe und kann auf der großen Terrasse oder unter Bäumen in der Hängematte entspannen. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Ideal für Kinder, das Grunzist eingezäunt und es gibt eine Schaukel mit Rutsche. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zum nächst gelegenen Strand ist es ca. eine halbe Stunde. Wir haben alles sauber vorgefunden und bedanken uns für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben 4 Tage in dem kleinen Haus verbracht und die Zeit genossen! Uns fehlte es an nichts. Sehr schöne Lage und außen liebevoll dekoriert. Innen eher zweckmäßig aber alles sauber und in Ordnung.

Buscavem un lloc on passar les vacances familiars, lluny de l’estrès turístic en una illa que ens encanta i vam encertar de ple. Inès havia cuidat tots els detalls en un paratge fantàstic, tranquil... i la casa és estupenda. El vinet i les verdures un detall magnífic que s’agraeix. I res més... si l’any vinent tornem a Mallorca segur que repetim.

Great house, in a rural location on a large plot.
The house is a bit away from Maria de la Salut in the middle of nature. The journey worked smoothly, but the last hundred meters would cause problems for a slightly lower vehicle. Since we came with an SUV, the short distance was bumpy, but not too big a problem. On the really large property there is a carport, which is also appreciated in the summer. Furthermore, there is a beautiful seating under the shade of the trees, where the hammock has its place. For children there are two swings and a slide and just a lot around what you want to explore. There are sheep in the area, a couple of horses as neighbors and even a turkey got lost. :-) The house has air conditioning, which is mounted in the living room. This was also used well. A small tip for the owner would be to install a fan under the ceiling in the upper bedroom. Unfortunately, despite the air conditioning, the heat was jamming there. Generally, the house is very nicely decorated - especially the large dining table is great. Only the size of the beds was, at least as far as my person, a bit small. With my size of 1.87m it was a bit too short and for 2 people a bit narrow. But the mattresses are great. An early Checkin was after a short consultation no problem. As a welcome there was a bowl filled with fresh tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant and cucumbers. In addition a bottle of wine and a cheese. In the fridge were a few cans of beer, coke and a large can of water. The owner is really nice, helpful and occasionally asks if everything is ok or to please. From Maria de la Salut you can get there relatively quickly, because the place is quite central in Mallorca. Not far away is Inca, where you can shop for everyday use. All in all, we can say that we enjoyed it very much and we felt very comfortable. If we are planning a holiday in Mallorca again, this house will definitely be our choice.

La campagne a Majorque
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Inès. C'est un petit paradis loin des touristes. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île. Il faut prévoir un bon anti moustique pour profiter du lieu. Encore merci Inès pour nous avoir attendu très tard alors que notre avion est arrivé très en retard.

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen und erholen
Inés es una casera muy simpática. También hemos recibido una gran cesta de frutas, y delicias como pan fresco y vino. La casa es maravillosa y realmente tan hermosa como las fotos. La ubicación es excelente si buscas algo de paz. También fue genial para nuestra hija de 2 años. Podía correr, mecerse y deslizarse en el jardín :-). Estábamos muy satisfechos. En este punto nos gustaría agradecerle nuevamente, Ines. Nos lo pasamos muy bien. Nos vemos pronto Ines ist eine sehr sympatische Vermieterin. Auch wir wurden mit einem großen Obstkorb, und Leckereien wie frischem Brot und Wein begrüßt. Das Haus ist wunderbar und wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wenn man etwas Ruhe sucht. Wir hatten unsere 2 jährige Tochter dabei, die super ums Haus herum spielen konnte :-). Wir waren einfach nur sehr zufrieden. Möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmals bei dir, Ines, bedanken. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Bis bald

La maison est très agréable. Un magnifique jardin. Cartes d'identité obligatoires.
Je veux quand même signaler un problème rencontré. Nous avons été obligés d'envoyer une photocopie de nos passeports à notre logeur pour la police. Puis, 2 jours après, il fallait encore signer un document sans savoir lequel. Il nous a été précisé que c'était un document pour la police. . 2 solutions à mon avis , soit on envoie passeports et document signé avant de partir, soit on le fait à l'arrivée sur place (avec traduction si possible). Cela m'a paru étrange. Sinon, il manque juste des doubles prises et un peu plus d'explications à l'arrivée. Pouvait on faire un feu de cheminée car il y avait un poēle ? Enfin, le chemin d'accès nécessite une voiture tout terrain et est très abîmé. Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la maison, c'est un climatiseur soufflant. La maison est très propre et le jardin est très bien aménagé. Nous avons eu un petit cadeau à l'arrivée (vin et confiture, fruits et légumes). Assez bon séjour malgré un mauvais temps pendant 3 jours. Je conseille une visite au Marineland de Palma. Pas de prospectus sur place ni informations sur l'île.

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage im Haus von Ines. Die Aufnahme vor Ort war sehr herzlich und auch der Kontakt vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war auch über die sprachlichen Barrieren auf beiden Seiten sehr nett. Ines hat uns hilfreiche Tipps für Restaurants gegeben und uns auch sonst bei Fragen sehr gut geholfen. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch Familien mit kleinen Kindern, bekommen ein Babybett und Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein "Begrüßungspaket" in Form von leckerem Gemüse, einer Flasche Rotwein, Wasser, Marmelade (selbstgemacht), Getränke, Käse... was uns den Sonntag rettete... Wir werden gerne nach Möglichkeit wieder kommen. Danke nochmal für alles.

Das möchte ich wiederholen!
Auf einem Hügel gelegen, mit Pferden, Schafen und Ziegen als Nachbarn, ein großes Grundstück mit einem schönen Haus und sehr netten Vermietern, was will man mehr! Es war großartig bei dir, Ines, auch wenn es mit der Kommunikation vor Ort etwas schwierig war. Aber das war meine Schuld und du hast dich geduldig bemüht, mich zu verstehen. Aber es hat alles geklappt und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die im Haus vorhandenen Lebensmittel haben uns nach einer beschwerlichen Anreise den Abend gerettet und wir fühlten uns willkommen. Vielen Dank für alles und Grüssen aus Berlin Sonja

Traumhafter Urlaub!!!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf der Finca. Es war alles sauber und schön war es, ein Willkommensgeschenk zu bekommen (Brot, Wein, Käse,Bier etc.). Eine wunderbare Lage, um nach erlebnisreichen Tagen zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Vermieterin war stets ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Danke Ines für alles! Wir kommen sicher wieder. Perfecte, gastvrije, mooie B&B
Privé gelegen met fantastisch uitzicht over de campo. Mooi, schoon en zeer compleet uitgerust huisje met alles erop en eraan. Super gastvrije gastvrouw die aan alles heeft gedacht, van een warm onthaal met brandend houtkacheltje en al wat eten en drinken voor de volgende dag, tot en met een heel goed voorzien huisje. Goede bedden, ruime kamers, badkamer, zithoek, eettafel, etc. etc. Buiten zijn er enkele terrassen waar je heerlijk kunt zitten en kunt genieten van de mooie omgeving. We gaan er graag nog eens naartoe!

un gîte tranquille, propre et équipé dans un cadre rural authentique et un accueil très chaleureux, le tout au centre de l'île, donc parfait pour les visites! Le seul petit bémol, il manquait un chauffage dans la chambre du bas.
