Wondeful place in Lincoln
We couldn't find a better place to stay in Lincoln. Such a cosy and wondergul decorated holiday flat in the near of everything, cathedral, nice pubs and shops and so on. Even Louise is such a caring ,hospitable woman! We enjoyed beeing there and hope we will see Lincoln and this holiday place again. Thank you very much for everything. Fabulous stay
This is the second time we’ve used this property for a family mini break and it’s perfect. It’s in such a great location, has brilliant amenities and a high standard of comfort. Literally has everything you need to entertain the kids and yourself for a few days. We were also able to enjoy some time in the garden too with a rare bit of sun over Easter and that was lovely too.

The property is beautifully decorated and has everything you could wish for. The beds are comfortable and shower hot and powerful. We didn’t need to contact hosts during our stay but very much had impression that they would have been very responsive. The milk in fridge and treats were very welcome. Lincoln is a fantastically interesting place to visit and would highly recommend this property.

Had a brilliant stay, the property was well kept and was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a short stay to occupy kids and adults. The host was very welcome and super helpful - and the welcome treat was a lovely surprise. Parking was a real bonus, and location was excellent for visiting the sites on foot too. It was lovely to hear the bell chimes from the cathedral of an evening. As regular visitors to the county this place was a fab find, so much so we’ve booked a return stay already.

This home is beautifully furnished. Very comfortable beds. Ideal location to explore Lincoln centre. Communication with Louise was great and she met us at the property to hand over the keys and show us around. Lovely garden to dine out in. We had a wonderful time here and would not hesitate to recommend.

Wonderful accommodation with everything you could possibly want or need.
The owners were very warm and welcoming, the cottage was cosey and spotlessly clean. Although we were minutes from the Cathedral, cafes, pubs etc the area was very quiet. We had a lovey stay and would highly recommend Lincoln and the accommodation

Delightful Stay in the Cathedral Quarter
An ideal base in a quiet street on the immediate edge of the Cathedral Quarter, from which to explore the wider city. The historic centre with its restaurants, cafés and independent shops is only a 10 minute stroll away. This cosy terraced house would be suitable for a couple or a small family and is very well-appointed with a luxe feel to the furnishings. Louise was a friendly and efficient host who had thought of everything we might need, from tea & coffee to guides & street maps of the local area. Highly recommended if you are looking for a "city break" with a difference!

The little gem at the top of the hill.
I truly am unable to generate enough superlatives! It was worth the trip to Lincoln simply to meet Louise, but on being introduced into the wonderful little house, my wife and I were immediately smitten. It is absolutely immaculate; all the best furniture and fittings, beautifully arrayed throughout, with exquisite taste. The situation is perfect for the best parts of Lincoln, and the local advice and directions are instructive and accurate. Surely, I don't need to say more!
