Vacanze Agosto/Settembre 2024

Le nostre due settimane di vacanze in questo appartamento erano perfette, dall'arrivo fino alla partenza. La communicazione con la Sig.ra Roberta è stata più che soddisfacente. Vedendo l'inserzione, foto ecc., le aspettative sono state pienamente appagate. La posizione, vista e tranquilità senza eguali. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schöner Ausblick

Die Wohnungen überzeugt mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und den langen Sandstrand. Für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind war die Größe des Objektes absolut in Ordnung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermietern.

Review

Die Grundaustattung der Ferienwohnung war befriedigend, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wohlfühlfaktor kam etwas zu kurz. Leider hat die Wohnung während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nach "feuchtem Keller" gerochen.Der Ausblick ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist für max. 4 Leute ausgeschrieben, was unseres Erachtens nach zu klein ist. Ein Fahrzeug ist notwendig, um das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die angrenzenden Strände zu erreichen.

Vista su Costa Rei

Appartamento piccolino, ma con bagno comodo e di ampie dimensioni. Vista bellissima sul mare di Costa Rei. Posizione tranquilla e possibilità di raggiungere comodamente tutte le spiagge della zona.

Ferienwohnung mit schönem Meerblick

Insgesamt waren wir mit dieser Unterkunft zufrieden. Gut gefallen hat uns die schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick und der freundliche und hilfsbereite Empfang bei der Ankunft. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, allerdings gab es entgegen der Beschreibung kein WLAN. Mit dem Auto sind der Ort Costa Rei und die Strände schnell zu erreichen, die Straße zur Ferienwohnung ist allerdings zum Teil unbefestigt.

Tutto perfetto

Casa pulita confortevole,abbiamo soggiornato io .la mia compagna e nostra figlia di 4 anni.ottima posizione per chi vuole avere i servizi come market,ristoranti vicini ma allo stesso tempo vuole privacy e silenzio la sera.Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il giardino e il barbeque e la vista sul mare.ringrazio moltissimo Giovanni che si é sempre reso disponibile.Ottimo soggiorno,consiglio.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und voll ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage in oberster Reihe über der Ortschaft und dem Meer ist gigantisch und inclusive täglichem Sonnenaufgang. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, ihr Vater, äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Room with a view

Tolle Wohnung für 2 Personen mit unglaublicher Aussicht. Die hintere Seite der Wohnung ist in den Hügel hinein gebaut, somit bleibt die Wohnung auch an heissen Tagen angenehm kühl. Schlüsselübergabe wär unkompliziert und auch sonst alles gut organisiert.

Propriété sympa mais difficile d'accès et non climatisée

La propriété est sympa mais essentiellement pour 2 à 3 personnes. A 4, ça devient assez difficile à ause de la taille du canapé lit et de la capacité du chauffe eau. L'équipement électroménager est très bien (2 frigos dont un grand, un four, un micro onde, une machine à laver le linge...Il manque juste un lave-vaisselle mais on s'y remet). par contre l'équipement cuisine est assez limité (pas de grande casserole avec poignée...) et les meubles sont assez vétustes (plusieurs fois les tirroirs coincés, chaise qui casse spontannément d'où ponstion sur la caution) La vue sur mer est bien là mais les plantes de la haie font que cette vue n'est accéssible que debout. C'est quand même cool en fin de repoas un café à la main. La non-climatisation de la maison rend difficile à supporter la cannicule de l'été. Malgré le semi enfouissement, il fait chaud, vraiment chaud... Le ventilateur est très insuffisant ! Seul le jardin est respirable l'après midi avec un peu de brumisation. Les fenêtres de la chambre principale et de la salle de bain donnent sur la terrasse de la location du dessus (climatisée elle !:-)). Donc attention à ce que vous dites si elles sont ouvertes parce qu'il fait chaud... Enfin si vous voulez aller à la plage à pied, oubliez... Ayez une voiture solide car le chemin qui même à l'entrée de la maison est à peine carossable. Rouler doucement ! L'escalier d'accès à la maison rend ce logement seulement accéssible aux personnes très valides... Pour résumer, notre erreur a été de pense qu'on aurait un logement familial (2 parents, 2 enfants). Ce logement est d'un bon rapport qualité prix mais pour un couple, ou une famille avec un seul enfant. L'été est sans doute aussi à éviter... Bon séjour

Magnifico

Ho soggiornato 15 giorni con mia moglie e mio figlio; la casa è molto bella esattamente come si può notare dalle foto. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto cordiali ci hanno dato anche indicazioni in merito alle attività del posto. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Urlaub und Erholung pur!

Wir waren im Frühsommer 2018 hier und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die nette Vermieterfamilie war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns An- und Abreise komfortabel gemacht und uns sehr unterstützt. Die Aussicht vom Ferienhaus ist bombastisch, hierfür nimmt man gerne die kleine Entfernung zum Strand in Kauf. Ausrüstung( Küche ist absolut fein ausgerüstet) im Haus ist in jeglicher Hinsicht bestens, alles befand in einem sehr guten, aufgeräumten Zustand. Die Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen, sind sehr vielfältig.Strandbesuch, Wanderungen, Ausflüge usw.... Im Ort findet man alles,was man üblicherweise benötigt, gut sortierte Supermärkte, ein excellenter Fischladen und Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Ein paar Boutiquen sogar. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, wir waren ein paar Tage zu dritt, was aber platzmässig auch kein Problem war. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

SOGGIORNO PERFETTO

La casa ha superato le nostre aspettative. E' molto curata e ben tenuta, la vista è spettacolare ed il giardino molto piacevole ad ogni mora della giornata. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Sicuramente da consigliare!
