the villa is located a stone's throw from the pizzomunno beach with a beautiful sea view. It is inserted in a large property of ancient olive trees and many fruit trees. the place is very quiet and ideal for resting in the shade of large trees with a splendid panoramic view of vieste and Pizzomunno beach. the villa consists of a large living room with sofa bed, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with dacce, kitchen, large garden with terrace for eating outside, barbecue, garden furniture.

Sheets and towels are on request and with an extra to be paid in cash at check in of 25 euros per person per stay.

Charming orchard hous hosted by nice people

Simply furnished house in a spectacular olive grove location, overviewing the sea and Vieste town. The best experience for families and larger groups, ideal for kids.

Great Position, Hideaway

It looks a mess when you arrive but is quite well set up and managed in an area of trees and olive groves. The house has most of what is needed but cost cutting is evident everywhere, maybe as a result of recent Covid problems? The owner is charming and attentive and obviously works hard to keep all his huge estate going for visitors.

Soggiorno a vieste

La casa si trova in una splendida collina che si affaccia sul lungomare di vieste con lo scoglio di pizzomunno; è circondata da ulivi e alberi di fico (i cui frutti si possono liberamente cogliere), è in un contesto di più villette, ma non si coglie e non dusturba la presenza altrui (si ha in comune solo la lavatrice). L'host Giovanni è una persona davvero squisita e disponibile, e organizza tutte le settimane una serata nella quale invita a cena tutti gli ospiti cucinando lui stesso la pizza. La struttura è molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di pizzomunno in circa 15 minuti, e il centro di vieste in altri 15 minuti. Unica nota per gli interni della casa davvero troppo trascurati. Per il resto un posto davvero incantevole.

Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer - Hervorragender Gastgeber

Der Gastgeber Giovanni hat uns herzlich empfangen. Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Traumhafte, ruhige Lage inmitten Olivenbäumen. Viele schöne Strände mit Sand oder Kies in naher Umgebung bzw. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Schöne Lokale in Strandnähe. Unser Haus war einfach, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen , mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bäder und einem großen Wohnzimmer sowie Küche grosszügig ausgestattet. Moskitonetze an den einigen Fenstern. Negativ : keine Klimaanlage, bei Nachttemperaturen von 25 - 28 Grad. Wir haben die 10 Tage sehr in der Ruhe genossen 😊 und würden wieder kommen.

Splendida posizione e vista

Villetta in posizione ottima, vicina al mare e a Vieste(si raggiungono a piedi) e con vista stupenda sul mare e parte di Vieste. Si potrebbe migliorare la cura della casa, sia nella pulizia sia in alcuni dettagli significativi (le porte interne ad esempio, non sempre chiudono...) . Ma in generale ci siamo trovate molto bene. Ci tornerei. Consigliata.

Splendido Gargano con la sua perla Vieste

Villa immersa nel verde situata a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Vieste e con un panorama stupendo sulla cittadina. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Assolutamente consigliata per visitare lo splendido Gargano! 😉👍

Super Location!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer und das malerische Vieste verbracht. Unser Bungalow war sehr großzügig, einfach ausgestattet, aber mit allem, was man so braucht. Unseren Giovanni vermissen wir jetzt schon. Wir hatten sehr lustige Abende zusammen auf der Anlage!! Wir wollen wiederkommen!!

Erholsamer Urlaub!

Der sehr spartanischen Einrichtung steht der sehr herzliche und hilfbereite Vermieter (Giovanni) ausgeleichend gegenüber. Auf dem großen Gelände, das sich in Strandnähe befindet, hatten wir erholsame Urlaubetage.

Séjour ex-cel-lent! Tout d'abord notre hôte, Giovanni. Quelqu'un de très chaleureux, qui prend soins de ses invités. Nous avons pu discuter avec lui (il parle parfaitement français) plusieurs fois autours d'un verre, et la veille de notre départ, nous avons été réunis avec les nouveaux arrivants (américains et tchèques) pour déguster quelques délicieuses spécialités italiennes (heureusement, tout le monde parlait anglais). Ensuite notre location. Nous étions dans l'une des trois maisons de la propriété, entourée par une pinède et un terrain d'olivier, où s'ébattent des poules, des canards, deux biques et un poney. La vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse était vraiment superbe et apaisante. Nous avions également une vue sur Vieste entre les oliviers. Des chaises longues et un hamac permettaient de se détendre. Egalement à souligner, le calme dans la propriété, située sur des hauteurs (pas de chiens qui aboient la nuit par exemple, comme s'était le cas à notre précédente location la semaine d'avant). La maison bénéficiait de trois chambres, dont deux avec un lit double, et l'une avec une salle de bain attenante. La cuisine était bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué d'aucun matériel. En voiture, le centre de Vieste était à 5 minutes. Seul petit bémol, notre literie n'était pas très confortable (le matelas semblait creusé), mais ce détail n'a certainement pas entaché notre très agréable séjour.

Sehr netter Vermieter, fantastische Lage, schönes Häuschen mit super Garten, schöne Landschaft

Sehr netter fürsorglicher Vermieter, fantastische Lage im Olivenhain mit Blick auf Vieste, schöner Garten zum Erholen und Grillen. Haus einfach, aber gut ausgestattet ( mit Kamin , sehr romantisch😊), mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Leute. Mit dem Auto in 5min am Strand und in Vieste. Schöner Ort mit netten Leuten. Im Frühling auch noch nicht so voll. Nette Cafés und Restaurants, preislich super (Frühling).

wunderbar gelegenes großes Haus mit einfacher Ausstattung

Großes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von Vieste Vorbildlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der auch einmal alles liegen und stehen ließ und mit uns zu seinem Arzt fuhr als wir Medikamente brauchten. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr einfach. Für unseren nächsten Besuch wünschen wir uns dichte Fliegenfenster im ganzen Haus.

Casa molto bella vacanze magnifiche

Siamo stati ospiti di Giovanni la prima settimana settembre scorso, Siamo stati incantati dal posto e dalla casa con la vista stupenda sul mare, La villa e molto confortevole e accogliente, Giovanni e stato cortese e disponibile. Stupenda la feste che abbiamo fatto tutti insieme con pizze e canzoni. Un posto dove sicuramente ritorneremo. Anna
