We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Girl's Trip

Gorgeous Views, perfect location, and very nice complex. We had plety of room for the four of us 50+. The elevator was nice and plenty of parking.

Dolphin viewing 4 out of 7 morning!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location,location,location!! Pictures tell the story. Waking up to beautiful sunrises, and viewing a pod of 3 to 5 dolphin almost every morning from our 2nd floor deck. Steps were easy, but the close by elevator was an asset. Parking was very close to the stairway and elevator.The staff at Cannon and Gruber were a treat and wonderful to work with . We would highly recommend working with this organization.

We stayed here Labor Day weekend. The property wears excellent however as of November 7th we are still waiting on part of our security deposit to be refunded.

Amazing vacation

This unit is exactly what we wanted! Perfect location to the beach. The beach was not crowded and so nice and relaxing. The view from our condo was picture perfect of the ocean! The pool and grounds were clean. The condo was perfect for our family, each room has their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Perfect vacation condo

Family reunion.

Just perfect. We arrived late from the west coast and the after hours check-in couldn’t have been easier. The property as a whole is well maintained and quiet. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked with both kitchen and beach gear. The view was terrific and beach access was as convenient as can be.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time vacationing with 3 grandchildren and the condo was perfect for that. Being right by the pool made for easy transfer of children for potty breaks, food or naps just by going out on the balcony to communicate.The grounds keeper was very friendly and kept the pool in great condition. Beach access was right there and easy to get to. The property was quiet and everyone got along and made friends by the pool.The property could probably need a little TLC because of it's age, but it served our purpose for the week.

Immaculate Grounds, Amenities and Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We never have complaints about the location of these idyllic residences at the bogue shore club. In particular, this season, the on-site property and maintenance staff went above and beyond to ensure the amenities onsite available to us as renters were in superb working order and the grounds immaculate. The unit is nicely updated and simply needs a thorough cleaning as we did find neglected trash in both front bedrooms. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Beautiful Beachfront Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This first floor unit is located on beautiful portion of very quiet beach. There is ample parking and an elevator to ease your ins and outs. Unlike many other places on the beach this complex only has 5 total stairs to get to the beach!! The unit overlooks the pool and beach and has a very large patio with chairs, tables and umbrellas. The pool is very large and cleaned daily. The property is also meticulously maintained. The large sliding doors allow for beach views from the entire main portion of the unit and master bdrm. There are many beach toys, chairs, floats and buggy boards in the closet. Each bedroom has its own full bath and comfortable bedding. There is a large screen TV in the main room for evening movies. The kitchen has new appliances and ample pots and pans, plates, glasses silverware. Remember to bring your own dish and bath soap, dishwasher detergent, washer soap, windex as none are provided. You will want to also bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. We really enjoyed our time here with easy access to Atlantic Beach or central beach restaurants. Cannon and Grubwr were great to work with and super responsive. They even called us to let us know we could check in early.

Baker Family Weekend Getaway

The property was absolutely beautiful, perfect for our family. Updated master bath was amazing. Didn’t use any kitchen appliances just ate out every time. Open floor plan was perfectly decorated the closet had beach chairs to use the property was so clean the pool was amazingly clean will definitely wanting to go back already

September stay at Bogue Shore Club 203

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love working with Canon & Gruber. They have always been good to work with. The location of this rental and it access to the beach were great. The elevator was very convenient. But it was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. The owners had so much stuff stored in the closets, like patio tables, lamps, furniture it was difficult to put our things in there. We even found a hearing aid on the shelf in the master closet. We had to clean the shower head in the hall bath because there was black mold on it. Upholstery was stained. The unit just needs some tender loving care.
