Vacances découverte de la région des Alpes-Maritimes. Malheureusement en grande partie sous la pluie. La circulation est importante sur tous les tronçons. La Gaude ne présente par d'intérêt particulier. C'est très tranquille pour y dormir. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de boulangerie digne de ce nom. Pour ma part, je ne retournerai pas dans ce village ni dans cette région pour y passer mes prochaines vacances.

- Es ist keine Anfahrt zum Haus möglich, man muss das Gepäck 200 Meter, Berg auf bis zum Haus tragen - Das Haus war stickig den ganzen Tag lang, es gab keine Mückennetze an den Fenstern somit konnte man nicht lüften - Der Garten ist durch den Kunstrasen nicht nutzbar, da der Boden so heiß war und wurde auch anders auf den Bilder dargestellt - Der Gastgeber konnte keine anderen Sprachen außer Französisch

Ruhige Lage, top Aussicht, top Kommunikation
Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit unseren 2 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit Flair verbracht und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt in einer kleinen Gasse, abseits vom Trubel. Die Nächte sind so ruhig, dass einem erholsamen Schlaf nichts im Wege steht. Durch Abstand zur Nachbarschaft hat man ausreichend Privatsphäre und kann die Kinder ohne schlechtes Gewissen im kleinen Garten spielen lassen. Alle Mahlzeiten können auf dem Balkon im Sonnenschein mit Blick auf das Meer genossen werden. Es stehen 2 öffentliche Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung und wir hatten an keinem Tag Schwierigkeiten einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer José und seiner Frau persönlich begrüßt und haben noch nie einen so sympathischen, herzlichen und gastfreundlichen Vermieter getroffen. Schon die Kommunikation im Voraus verlief super und wir hätten jederzeit die Möglichkeit gehabt uns mit Sorgen, Problemen und Fragen während des Urlaubs an José zu wenden. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und im großen Kühlschrank lässt sich ein klassischer Familieneinkauf locker verstauen. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, der 7 Tage /Woche geöffnet ist. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in La Gaude

La casa è in ottima posizione e attrezzata di tutto quello che può servire, anche l'impensabile. L'unico svantaggio è che se avete una vettura medio-grande non si riesce a raggiungere il parcheggio interno ma bisogna parcheggiare o al comune o al cimitero. Non abbiamo conosciuto l'host ma la persona che ci ha accolto (Charlotte) è stata molto disponibile, gentile ed accogliente.

Wonderful Stay.. the view from the patio is sublime. We were traveling with a grandbaby and having the downstairs walkout to a grass yard / garden was PERFECT. nicely appointed. comfortable home .. very unique area.. ancient stone houses.. wonderful.

Great house in quiet location
We stayed at the house in December. It is very clean, comfortable and spatious, we had everything we needed. Owners are very helpful and communication is easy and quick. We did not mind having to park a few minutes walk away from the house. We visited the beautiful area (Nice, Antibes, Monaco), all very easily accessible with a car.

Auch dieses Mal sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 2. Mal im Haus und wieder uneingeschränkt zufrieden. Die Lage ist ein Traum, das Haus hat gemütliche Zimmer und ist mit allem eingerichtet, was den Urlaub angenehm macht. Terrasse mit Aussicht ist genial, wie wohl alle bestätigen, die hier waren. Aber auch die Umgebung, der Ort La Gaude ist idyllisch, die Berge (Baous) sind ein Wanderparadies und für Kunstliebhaber gibt es eine ganze Reihe namhafter Museen. Das Klima der Riviera ist angenehm, was will man mehr?

Une maison agréable
Nous avons trouvé le calme recherché sans être trop éloigné du bord de mer. La vue est splendide et le village a beaucoup de charme. Cette maison tout confort est idéale pour des vacances en famille ou amis. Les Propriétaires sont sensibles à nos demandes, ils ont le sens du service et de l’accueil. Un grand merci a eux pour ce séjour réussi. Nous recommandons bien évidemment!

Très belle location de vacances avec superbe terrasse
Maison très agréable et spacieuse bien ventilée sur 2 étages. Terrasse avec superbe vue sur la baie. Tous les équipements sont au top et le propriétaire très agréable. Beaucoup de visites à faire aux alentours. Dommage le village manque un peu de vie, et les chambres du bas méritent un peu plus de propreté (poussières) alors qu’en haut c’est nickel. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir .

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis ligt in een prachtig rustig straatje waar bijna geen verkeer komt. Het dorp La gaude is lekker rustig, net buiten de drukte van Nice maar wel groot genoeg dat er een paar eenvoudige restaurantjes zitten waar je prima kunt neerstrijken met een gezin. Verder heeft het huis een riant balkon met prachtig uitzicht waar we elke dag heerlijk hebben ontbeten en savonds lekker hebben geborreld. Alles aanwezig, slaapkamers lekker ruim en dik in orde. De 2 badkamers zijn modern en voorzien van een fijne douche. Het huis is niet of nauwelijks bereikbaar met de auto ivm het smalle straatje maar je kunt wel je spullen/kinderen makkelijk dichtbij het huis droppen en dan de auto parkeren op de ruime gratis parkeerplaatsen bij het gemeentehuis of bij de begraafplaats.

Bestens zu empfehlen!
Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren erwachsenen Töchtern in dem Haus verbracht. Das Ehepaar Roubaud begrüßte uns mit großer Gastfreundlichkeit und so fühlten wir uns von Anfang an wohl. Das Haus ist geräumig und am großen Tisch lässt es sich wunderbar gemeinsam essen, reden oder spielen. Es ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Zwar ist es etwas ungewohnt, ein Haus nicht wirklich bis zur Tür mit dem Auto zu erreichen, belohnt wird man durch eine Ruhe und eine fantastische Lage mit schönem Meerblick. Eine Woche war zu kurz, um alle Möglichkeiten der Gegend zu erkunden. Wir waren traurig schon Abschied nehmen zu müssen. Herzlich Sibylle und Bernhard

Perfectly appointed Villa in La Gaude - Particularly for our cycling trip
We are 3 keen road cyclists and stayed in the villa primarily due to its location for great cycling routes, and also due to the spaciousness and equipment available at the villa. It did not disappoint, and in fact exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay, enjoying early morning peace and tranquility on the balcony, before hitting the road for our bike rides to Gourdon, Grasse, Aspremont, Roquestéron, Antibes etc…..everything was just perfect. The villa is just a short walk to the village centre, and there’s a couple of restaurants and a supermarket which we used a couple of times. The villa has everything we needed for our 9 night stay and would definitely recommend staying there, it was perfect for us. If we visit the area again, and we hope to do so, we would have no hesitation in staying at the villa again. In fact, I’m sad we only had 9 nights there, it’s home from home, a wonderful place to stay.

Toller Urlaub!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in La Gaude. Ein ursprünglichles kleines Dörfchen mit toller Sicht aufs Meer. Wunderbar ruhig wegen fehlenden Autoverkehrs. Wer die Ruhe sucht und auch sonst gut zu Fuß ist, ist hier genau richtig! 2 Dinge möchten wir dem Vermieter jedoch mitteilen. Wir haben die Annonce für das Ferienhaus auf der Internetseite fewo-direkt.de gefunden und unsere Buchung dort vorgenommen. Auf dieser (deutschen) Seite ist nichts davon erwähnt, dass der Parkplatz mindestens 200 m entfernt ist (Man geht also davon aus, das man am Haus parkt). Zum anderen ist dort geschrieben, dass Bettwäsche bereitgestellt wird. Das bedeutet normalerweise, dass sie verfügbar ist, also zum Angebot gehört. Wir waren überrascht, dass wir nach Buchung informiert wurden, dass wir die Bettwäsche bezahlen mussten. Auch von der schwierigen Parkplatzsituation erfuhren erst bei der Anreise. All dies sind keine Probleme, wenn man vor Buchung davon weiß. Wir waren daher eine wenig verwundert... Da es uns jedoch so toll gefallen hat in La Gaude und in dem Haus geben wir dennoch 5 *

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, la maison est parfaitement équipée et bien située pour découvrir la région. Nous étions deux couples d'amis et la disposition de la maison était très pratique, chacun un étage avec salle d'eau et WC.Accueil bien organisé, à recommander.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick
Das Haus ist sehr schön und vollständig eingerichtet, insbesondere in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Das WC im oberen Geschoß hätte gern etwas größer sein können. Wir haben die Aussicht von der Terrasse genossen, insbesondere bei Sonnenschein. Insgesamt ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Haus. Es wäre perfekt für uns gewesen, wenn es am Haus eine Parkmöglichkeit für PKW gegeben hätte. Das ist durch die Enge der Straße leider nicht möglich und machte des Be- und Entladen sehr aufwändig, da der Parkplatz ca. 200 m entfernt lag. Dafür gab es keinen störenden Straßenlärm.
