Slate Cottage is a cosy romantic cottage in the village of Tredethy near Bodmin in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep three people in a family room with one double and one single as well as a separate bathroom. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the property is off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden with furniture and a front balcony with furniture. Located in a great area, Slate Cottage is a lovely property, suitable for a great property at any time of the year. Please note: This property only accepts 7 night stays during July, August and September along with Christmas and New Year.
Amenities: Oil-fired central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned garden with furniture and front balcony with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.7 miles. Note: Balcony accessed from bedroom and the staircase is open, children to be supervised at all times
