The apartment that houses the B & B, just renovated, is located in a residential and green area, ten minutes walk from the historic center.

Colorful, bright and overlooking the greenery, the B & B is on the second floor and offers a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a terrace for breakfast and relaxation; the sofa bed can accommodate a third guest (even a quarter if there are two children) and a cot is available for small children. There is TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Colorful, brigth and facing the tree-lined courtyard, the b & b is on the second floor and consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a terrace for breakfast and relax; a sofa can accommodate a third guest and a baby bed is available. It is equipped with TV set, wi-fi, air conditioner and a ceiling fan.
Finally it offers parking in the leafy courtyard.

It is part of a peaceful and quiet condominium, near a park. In the immediate vicinity of the shopping district and within five minutes a shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria and cinema.
Quiet and residential, it is located near a park; you find shops nearby, just a little further away, a shopping mall with a supermarket, restaurants, a pizzeria and a movie theater (italian-dubbed movies, sorry ...).
It is easily reachable by car
and therefore well connected to the motorway and the Fair.
The urban bus. 9 comes directly from the station and the house there is a taxi stand.
Finally, there are bikes available to you to move on number of cycle paths

Rates (minimum two nights):
- (two nights): 96 euros for two people, 120 euros for three.
- one week (7 nights): 300 euros.
Rates to be agreed for longer periods, for singles and for families.
Prices include towels, sheets, cleaning and weekly linen change.
Check in usually in the afternoon.
Upon arrival, if the room is to your liking, we deliver the keys and we ask for a document for recording.
Smoking is forbidden.
