We rent our family house in Tourville-en-Auge in Calvados. Ideally located 10 minutes from Deauville / Trouville and Honfleur and 3 minutes from Pont l'Eveque. Old press renovated with taste of 190 m2 on one flat and fenced 3500 m2. 4 bedrooms, 1 with mezzanine and private shower room on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 other shower upstairs. convertible sofa in TV room adjoining the living room. main room with fireplace and semi-open kitchen about 75 m2.
Barbecue, trampoline, swing, hut, children's games ... our house will seduce families in search of charm and greenery while enjoying the immediate vicinity of the flowered coast (4 golf courses, beaches, shopping, horse racing <10 min, landing beaches 45 min, ...).
