The beautiful stylish villa is only 20 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car from the Arenal beach of Javea with its many restaurants and entertainment.

The villa is located on a cul-de-sac and built on a flat plot of almost 3000m2. The villa has been totally renovated in 2012 and is equipped with every luxury. With the exception of 1 bedroom, everything is on the ground floor and has a perfect distribution. The open living room and kitchen are fully connected to the stylish L-shaped terrace, just like the main bedroom.

Each room of the house has, air conditioning, central heating, high quality wood floor and underfloor heating in the living room and kitchen.

The barbecue and the summer kitchen are connected to the L-shaped terrace just like the shower and the toilet for the summer. From the terrace you have direct access to the private pool.

The bedroom on the first floor offers a beautiful sea view and views of the Montgo mountain.

What can we say!? The Villa was absolutely amazing - 4 adults and 4 children aged 5-16 and it suited us all down to the ground. Spacious, immaculately clean, well resourced, shade and sun equally balanced. The cold beers received on arrival (earlier than check in allowed) from Mark and the warm smiles from the cleaning team made our long journey much better! Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Gas BBQ and Paella facilities plus a great working oven and hob. Bin bags, dishwasher tabs, washing machine liquid etc were fab. Also a store cupboard with oil, seasonings and other essentials make for a great base when thinking what to buy from the local main store (Consumm) which is 5 minutes away. Washing machine and dryer available and simple to use, plus 'wurly gig' outside drying line! Lovely outside and inside eating area, and day bed in the shade. The pool was wonderful and the shallow end was shallow enough for our 5 (nearly 6 year old). The master bedroom was out of this world with walk in wardrobe, jacuzzi bath in the ensuite, separate toilet and shower also. The other bedrooms had shower rooms as well. The terrace was a fantastic bonus boasting views of the sea, Benitaxell and the port. I could carry on writing more but would be here for another hour :) Our 11th stay in the area and can honestly say this villa is fully recommended - go for it!

Amazing time in an amazing villa and location

We have just returned from the most amazing family holiday in a fabulous villa. Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived. Mark was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The decor, the pool, the facilities in the villa were all great. The villa is set in a lovely, private location, with easy access to the local sites. We didn’t have a car and getting a taxi was simple. We headed to the beach a couple of times and visited the old town, taxi,s were between €7-€10 each way. We also walked to the local park and Restaurant’s (you need to book). We went as 2 families and the villa was more than big enough to have our space if needed. Overall we had the best time and would highly recommend this beautiful villa and area.

Formidable!

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Mark cet été 2018 en famille avec nos enfants qui sont de jeunes adultes. Nous nous sommes régalés. La maison est magnifique, plus belle même qu'elle n'est en photo, les prestations sont de qualité, la piscine est tellement grande que l'on peut se baigner tranquillement ensemble, la pergola est splendide. Javéa est une très jolie station balnéaire Mark est très gentil et disponible A recommander absolument!!!

Stylish villa

We really enjoyed staying in this villa and loved the tropical/colonial feel of the wrap-around naya, where we tended to hang out. The quality of furnishings etc is of a high standard, and the outdoor kitchen with paella set/BBQ/fridge was an added bonus. It is near the beach, shops etc but a car is essential. Would highly recommend.
