Il Colombaiolo di Marciano is a very elegant apartment, recently renovated in a countryside setting, located just 2 km from the center of Siena.
This apartment is part of a beautiful villa of 1804, where we owners live, who express the taste and the same architecture typical of Tuscany. A warm atmosphere will make your holiday unique.
The apartment, located in Strada di Marciano, 30, is located on the ground floor with independent access. There are two bedrooms, a large bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Both bedrooms overlook the surrounding hills. Outside there is a large private space for parking cars and a box for storing bicycles. There is a beautiful Italian garden, where our guests can enjoy tranquility and relaxation, relaxing on the benches at any time of the day, observing the panorama of the hills. Guests have access to the panoramic swimming pool, 14 m long, 6 m wide, 1.5 to 3 m deep, with Roman steps, hydromassage and salt water without chemical treatments.
They can enjoy a lovely gazebo with table, chairs, sofa, armchairs, sun beds and umbrellas.

Fabulous Stay

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The apartment was beautifully appointed with a wonderful outlook across the Tuscan countryside. The location was perfect for our morning bike rides followed by a relaxing afternoon spending time around the pool and garden. Antonietta and Franco were such wonderful hosts we could not have asked for more. Our stay was most memorable and we would love to return one day.

Super Lage und toller Pool

Wir haben 3 Wochen in dieser grandios gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Obwohl es zum Teil sehr heiß war, konnten wir es gut aushalten, denn die Wohnung ist kühl und der Pool wunderbar! Er ist groß genug, dass man wirklich drin schwimmen und tauchen kann und bietet genug Plätze auch für die Gäste des Hauses.

Perfect weerzien

2 jaar geleden gebruik gemaakt van de andere locatie (op nummer 28). Verblijf was weer heerlijk! Zwembad en uitzicht daar is top. Privacy tijdens het verblijf is prima op orde. Echt een aanrader!

Schöne Wohnung und wunderbarer Pool und Garten, leider konnte man von unserer Wohnung aus nicht direkt in den Garten, was ein bisschen umständlich war.

Séjour très agréable !

Les propriétaires sont très agréables, serviables et surtout extrêmement souriant!!! Ils habitent sur place mais sont très discret et en même temps toujours présent et disponible si vous avez besoin d’eux. Le logement est très propre et pleinement conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons adoré la vue sur un paysage vallonné magnifique et nos enfants ont profité d’une très belle et grande piscine extrêmement bien entretenu. Bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermé !

Sehr schönes Haus und zauberhafte Gastgeber

Das Anwesen ist definitiv viel schöner, als aus den Bildern ersichtlich. Es gibt zwei Apartments, von denen nur eines direkten Garten-/ Poolzugang hat. Das Parken erfolgt direkt auf dem Grundstück. Die Eigentümer Antonietta und Franco sind sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Menschen, die unsere Anwesenheit zu jeder Zeit mit schönen Gesten abgerundet haben. Die Lage vor Siena ist perfekt. Vielen Dank nochmal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un séjour très agréable

La propriété est très belle et très agréable : grand appartement, avec la disposition d'un jardin et d'une grande piscine, dans un quartier résidentiel de Sienne. On est loin de l'agitation de la vieille ville, complètement au calme, c'est très agréable. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins. Chaude recommandation !

Emplacement rêvé, vue imprenable. Très belle piscine très propre!

La Toscane est à découvrir et encore! L’emplacement nécessite une auto mais vous aurez à en avoir une pour découvrir cette magnifique région avec ses valons qui se colorent au gré des caprices de la température. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Très belle expérience!

Wundervolle Ferien auf den Hügeln von Siena

Die Bilder im Internet werden dem Anwesen leider in keinster Art und Weise gerecht, denn die gesamte Anlage ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem drum und dran eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern über die Toskanischen Hügeln ist ein wahrer Genuss für die Seele. Abends wenn die Sonne dann untergeht, hüllt sich die ganze Landschaft in ein wundervolles Licht ein. Das tollste jedoch in dieser Unterkunft, ist der grosse,sehr saubere Pool mit den verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Da wir in dieser Zeit die einzigen Gäste waren, konnten wir uns hinlegen wo wir gerade Lust hatten. Fantastisch. Antonietta und Franco sind zwei sehr liebenswerte, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. An einem Abend haben sie uns auch zu einem sehr feinen Glas Wein eingeladen. Man fühlt sich bei ihnen wirklich herzlich willkommen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir es mal wieder einrichten können, in dieser schönen und sehr gastfreundlichen Unterkunft, unsere Ferien zu verbringen. Danke für alles und hoffentlich auf bald. Le foto sul sito purtroppo non rivelano assolutamento la bellezza di questo posto. Tutta l`area del immobile e molto piu bella di come si puo vedere nelle immagini in internet. Ci siamo sentiti come à casa nostra. L`appartamento è accessoriato con tutto di piu. Non manca veramente nulla. La vista panoramica dalle finestre, sulle colline toscane è un vero toccasana. La sera quando il sole tramonta, tutto il paesaggio viene avvolto in una luce bellissima. La cosa piu fantastica di questo posto pero (almeno per noi) è la piscina molto grande e sempre pulita. Ci sono tanti posti intorno alla piscina e nel giardino dove potersi sdraiare o sedere. Siccome in quel periodo eravamo gli unici clienti, potevamo metterci dove ci piaceva di piu. Fantastico. Antonietta e Franco sono delle persone squisite, molto attenti, e gentilissimi. Una sera ci hanno invitati à bere con loro un bicchiere di ottimo vino. Ci si sente veramente i benvenuti à casa loro. Speriamo di poter tornare un altra volta in questo bellissimo posto, per trascorrere le vacanze. Grazie di tutto e speriamo à presto.

Perfect place for a fantastic vacation in Tuscany

Parfetto. We really want to return here! We, a family with an almost 2 year old, had a great stay in this apartment in a nice and quiet authentic Tuscan villa. A great view over the hills, a great garden and swimming pool where it is magnificent to stay, during daytime or in the evening. And by car the city and the rest of the region are easily reachable. The apartment is completely furnitured with all necessities and is in very good state. Antonietta and Franco are very friendly and helpful and easy going despite the language barrier. We are so happy that we have chosen this place for our return to Siena. Antonietta e Franco: mille grazie e noi esperamo di ritornare!

Wonderful stay a short ride from the heart of Siena!

Antoinette and Franco were lovely, friendly and accommodating. The flat is lovely and the pool is WONDERFUL! My husband and grown daughter and I could not have enjoyed it more!
