Beautiful location!
Check in was ok as the code we were given did not work. Called host and she gave us a new one pretty quick. Cabin is cozy. It’s tidy but not clean. Bedsheets were not clean, pillows did not have pillow cases. ( thank god we travel with our own, but still) we found dirty linens in closet and hair in downstairs bed. Bathrooms were clean and fresh towels. It was quickly swept as we found crumbs on floor and under couch. Cooking was fairy easy as they do have everything you may need to make it possible. They had books and a few games so that was a plus. It snowed so much that’s kids had a amazing time spending it outdoors. Water does not last hot for too long. If you want a warm shower I suggest your the first one in or wait till night time. Mattresses do need an upgrade. My mother in law had a horrible night as she slept in the downstairs bed. Overall we had an amazing time, if they worked in those minor things this place would be spectacular.

Log Cabin
The location is great, the cabin need a little TLC as it is old. The door code provided in my email is inaccurate and have to call/text the property manager to get it. The water heater needs more volume as we ran out of hot water after 4 person took their shower the other three have to wait close to 40 minutes before the hot water became available. In a positive note the property manager was very responsive to our call and really cares about their customers.

Great location!
This location was perfect for us, half way between Zion and Bryce and in a beautiful spot in the trees. The deck was so nice to relax on and enjoy.

Perfect fit!
This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fit or group needs perfectly! There were 5 adults and 1 teenager. The deck outside was amazing. The hummingbirds loved hanging around the feeder. Clean and comfortable. The mattresses could use an upgrade. They are not very comfortable downstairs. I am a very petite adult and I found the bed pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, nothing could make this a better rental. Communication was awesome with the owner and he answered all my questions promptly. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Great stay- A little improvement could help!
Great Cabin- We enjoyed our stay there over Labor Day Weekend! We wished it had a better fire pit as this was very small and could only hold a few people around it- Very steep hill!! Could use more screens on the windows to let the fresh air in and not so many bugs. One other thing would be the keypad for the lock-we couldn't get it to light up to input the code. Not the easiest access to the house. With that said- we truly enjoyed our stay and would do it again! Thanks!

Absolutely Beautiful, would love to go again
We took our adult kids and grand kids for our anniversary and it was one of the most amazing vacations ever. The cabin is perfect for a big family, lots of beds. Some of our grand kids slept in the living room in sleeping bags because they wanted to be with their cousins. The deck is a perfect place to hang out. The kitchen is big with lots of counter space. The only negative is the living room furniture is old and not comfortable. It is falling apart and has blankets thrown over trying to cover where it's falling apart. We still loved our stay and the place is beautiful, but they really need to change out the furniture.

Not a NO PET cabin!
Cabin in a nice quiet location. Loved the deck to sit on. Enjoyed taking walks in the mornings and evenings. We were there in the middle of the week so not much road traffic. It there were there would have been a lot of dust. The upper bedroom don't cool off well you need to open windows. Glad there were three bathroom. The only HUGE disappointment I had was that we booked this cabin because it was no pets. We arrived late on Sunday evening and went straight to bed. A few of the children had trouble breathing when sleeping. As we awoke we saw TONS of 2-3" long dog hair EVERYWHERE! We had to spend 3 hrs of our next morning cleaning up dog hair! We had to put in a new vacuum bag to even get the vacuum to work. And we had to use duck tape to get it off the couches and some bedding! It made our stay miserable considering that many of use have pet allergies. If you do, don't stay at this cabin.

Cozy Cabin near Strawberry Valley
As two families with 3 adults and 5 kids the Smores Cabin was well suited for us. Nicely decorated, plush hotel style towels, and a lovely deck to enjoy our morning coffee. Kitchen had a huge pantry which was great as we prepped a lot of our meals at the cabin The beds were comfy on upper two levels...we actually did not use the basement room. 3 bathrooms are a plus! Had some trouble with contacting local maintenance for an oven issue as cabin phone would only allow calls out to the (866) area code to call the management company (If you only have Sprint as a carrier you will find cell phone service challenging in Duck Creek). We enjoyed the deer who frequented the backyard in the evenings, smores in the fire pit, and the teens want to say Thanks for the Wi-Fi!. Three must dos while visiting Duck Creek: 1. Rent a Razr ATV at ISSU in town. Best way to explore the beauty of this gorgeous area. 2. Ride horse or muleback down into Bryce Canyon. It will be an experience of a lifetime. There are no words! 3. Hike the narrows at Zion NP. This is a bucket list experience!. Treat your feet right and rent the specialized shoes and use a hiking stick. The helpful and knowledgable folks at Zion Adventure Co. Can outfit you at a reasonable cost. Weather changes frequently in July...a portable rain poncho for your pocket goes a long way out here! Cant wait to come back for a third visit to this special village!
