Loved the location of this property! It is close to the Appalachian Trail and you can walk to everything in town in a matter of minutes. Karen was great to communicate with and keeps this property clean and comfortable. We would definitely reserve this property again if in the area.
We loved our long weekend stay in Kent. The house was perfect size and allowed plenty of space for our family. Right in town and close to everything. Nice backyard to sit in and enjoy fall leaves. Owner was very responsive and welcoming.

Great spot in Kent
We enjoyed our stay at this property in Kent. The owners did a terrific job with the decor, it was fresh, clean and comfortable. We visited a few of the ecclectic shops in Kent, had a hearty breakfast at The Villager (across the street) and a deliscious lunch at The Bulls Bridge Inn. Great location, we hope to visit again.
We had a lovely time staying in the townhouse! Karen was an attentive host and everything about the stay went smoothly! The house is the perfect location, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Kent. The house was clean and charming! Hope to stay there again in the future!
We loved this wonderful cottage in Kent! Perfect little hideaway while visiting Kent for a family reunion ….everything was in walking distance from all our in town activities ! The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and our host made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend staying here!!
The town of Kent is very nice. The location of the property was convenient to restaurants, the AT and shops. The backyard area was a plus. The host, Karen, was great! Although there was no TV, we enjoyed our visit.

Cozy, Clean and Walk to All
Perfect location to organize hikes and other adventures in Kent CT area - being able to walk to several dinner choices and super market is huge plus. Cozy and set back from Main St. so quiet and good sleeping on a rainy night. Really workable kitchen with full size fridge. Karen was easy to get in touch with and checked us in - explaining all we needed. Would stay again.

Great spot
If you are outdoorsy, like peace and quiet, nice restaurants, nice people, then Kent and the surrounding area is a good choice for you.
The house is clean, well appointed and has a nice patio in backyard. Close to everything and we like the Main St. location. There is one car spot, but plenty of on street parking.
Owner is super available and very pleasant to deal with if you need info. or have some question about the apartment.

Fabulous home in a perfect location!
The location of this home would be worth 5 stars, and the quality of the home and responsiveness of the owner matched the quality of the location. The owner was responsive, welcoming, and flexible with us-2 adults and 2 children. The home fit our family perfectly. The house and the yard were kept up beautifully. This made our visit to Kent require little to no time in our car, as we were able to walk to everything within 5 minutes. You can't go wrong-it was a pleasure.

Kent 2 BR Cottage
This was a perfect base for us as I attended my Kent School Class Reunion. It was great to have a place to crash during the reunion weekend downtime periods, and great to be able to get away from the rest of the crowd. Karren was a gracious host, and very available if we needed anything. The Town of Kent has reinvented itself as a go-to destination, with lots of nice restaurants and shops within 100 yards of the cottage. I would highly recommend Karren's cottage to anybody. If you want it for the Kent School Reunion Weekend, you'd better book it at least 6 months out.

Cozy house in a central location
We recently stayed here for a long weekend with our 3 small children in order to do some hiking, see the local waterfalls and just get away from everything. We had a wonderful visit. The house is very cute with all the amenities we expected. We loved that there was no TV and spent lots of time playing games as a family. The house is located in walking distance to several good restaurants, a coffee shop, the grocery store and the pharmacy which was very convenient. Karren was very responsive and easy to deal with. Thanks for a wonderful family weekend!
Our stay was great. The location is excellent and within walking distance to all the little shops, restaurants and IGA grocery store. Trails nearby also. Unit was clean and it was nice to have a backyard/patio area and washer dryer. Check in was easy and Karrin checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. There is no TV in the unit which made it a bit difficult for my partner to fall asleep since he sleeps with the TV on. We otherwise didn't miss it. There were boardgames, books and plenty to do outside the unit. Would stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay at this squeaky clean and adorable property. It's perfectly situated in the village of Kent and has all the charm of an old house while also being thoughtfully modernized.
Easy and lovely walking distance from everything you need, including the grocery store, library, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. Great set up for a week-long stay with children - we loved this little house!
(PS to future renters....Keep all trash inside the house as black bears are quite active, even in town as we discovered!)
