The apartment is located on the second floor of a private rural accommodation, part of the village of Talciona.
An external staircase takes us to the second floor of the building. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a double bed in the living area and 2 single beds in the mezzanine overlooking the living room. A terrace leads us to the outside terrace where you can dine or dine outdoors and enjoy a wonderful view of the valley in front of the structure. Leaving the apartment you enter the other side of the property where there is a common area with chairs and tables, a barbecue area and the swimming pool to be shared with the other 2 apartments but which, having a large outdoor solarium, you can enjoy discreet privacy. The pool has a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills ... and the following photos can testify to it! Come and visit us !!!
