If you want to enjoy the summer atmosphere of Salou this is your apartment! The UHC NOVELTY APARTMENTS complex is one of the most central residences in Salou, located on the famous Paseo Marítimo Jaume I. It is located in front of the Llevant beach, a wide beach of fine white sand, with its crystal clear waters, beach bars, showers, and sunbeds ... You just have to cross the Promenade to get a tan on the beach. All the beaches of Salou, with the blue flag award, are perfect for children since the sea is very shallow and they have many playgrounds for the kids.
The residential complex has a large communal area with a swimming pool, sun beds and a children's pool.
These apartments on the beach and in the very centre of Salou have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen for all your needs. They also offer a large terrace and air conditioning. We have several apartments in this complex, so it is ideal for families travelling together. Some small basic features or the furnishing/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation but all have the same main features. Special requests such as a specific apartment, the view or the floor are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to availability. You can request this when making your booking.

- Seasonal outdoor pool (15/06-15/09)
- Free WIFI in communal areas.
- These apartments are perfect to stay with kids.
