Nice place to stay
Location is good. The property itself is a bit dated, and the garage is like a dungeon if you have a car, but the apartment was nice. The small bedroom with two bunk beds is very small. The other main bedroom is decently sized with a patio door; however, you need to move the clothes drying rack to go out on the patio. There is a clothes washer, but no dryer. The kitchen is fine and certainly functional. The living area is also fine with access to a second patio that could be cleaned and use some new chairs (One was ripped and unusable). The toilet and bathroom proper are separated with the bathroom clean and in decent condition and the small toilet room in need of a few cosmetic upgrades, but fine. Overall, the unit and the building could use some upgrades (e.g. hallway and lobby lighting is on a relatively short timer which turns off fairly quickly, leaving it up to you to turn on the lights when you enter both areas). We stayed for 3 nights and it was sufficient. The location is great and you can easily walk to restaurants, stores, the Aiguille Du Midi cable car and the train station. I would stay here again.
