The apartment is in Castelletto, 10 minutes (on foot, but downhill) from Spianata Castelletto, and 2 minutes from public transport to go down to the historic center. It is very convenient for those who want tranquility and at the same time be close to the bustling life of the historic center. It can accommodate 4 people, two in the bedroom and 2 in a sofa bed. Kitchen and bathroom are like new! Possibility of private parking, with extra cost: about 100 meters in the garage but for cars of less than 4.30 meters in length. Otherwise for any car garage parking about ten minutes walk from home. Deposit for protection against damages of 200 euros, to be paid upon delivery of the keys, returned at the end of the lease if no damage is found.

Not great.

Property itself was OK. We arrived 25 October and were then told there was no heat in the apartment. The temperature was14C and raining the entire time we were there. We about froze. The heat was turned on 1 November, however it only worked intermittently and was always turned off at night. It was like staying in a cold damp cave. We both came down with a head cold. Property was listed as smoking allowed, upon arrival we found you can only smoke on the balcony, did I mention it was 14C and raining. Three days prior to our arrival we received an email requesting a cash only security deposit (never previously mentioned) not a huge problem, we just had to purchase euros at the airport as we don't carry that much cash and it was returned in full upon our departure.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage (ruhig und doch zentral), tolle Vermieterin

Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb der Altstadt, die mit den Öffentlichen aber in 15 Minuten erreichbar ist. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Aber vor allem war die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, hatte für uns sogar ein paar Lebensmittel besorgt, weil wir erst spät ankamen! Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren! Grazie mille, Marcella!

Clean and tidy apartment, well equipped. Good location but high up, street lift closeby.

Fine apartment, very clean and tidy, well equipped, nice sized rooms, landlady is very friendly and helpful. Quiet area, good location for visiting the city, 20min walk to Via Garibaldi. It is high on the side of a hill but there is a cable car and lift at the end of the street, tickets are nly 90 cents, and well worth it at the end of a day's exploring the city and further afield. Many beautiful places to visit in the city and a walk along the prom, Corso Italian, to Boccadassa village, 2.5kms, ot take a bus to Nevri, or a boat trip to Pegli.
