Payment conditions:
we will send all the details for make the check-in (the Keys) to your personal mail. Also you can go in the our office. (Suject to avaliability).

The property does not have a 24-hour reception (this is not one Hotel). Guests are required to inform the property at least 48 hours in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
CITY TAXES + VAT per person per night .Price: 2.25 eur for night and each guest. Note: The city taxes is for more 17 years old. You must pay in cash when come in the apartment. (Not included in apartment price)
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The property requires a refundable security deposit of 100 EUR in cash upon check-in or we have the security deposit about the website where you must sign the rent agreement with document. The deposit is subject to an inspection of the property to assess if any damage occurred.
HOUSE RULES:
one. It is not allowed the parties, smoke or the visits in the apartment of persons who have not made a reservation with us. Not following the rules will be cause to cancel the reservation without refund.

Prima appartement voor een weekend, goede locatie

Goed verlopen, we kwamen pas laat maar dat was geen probleem, verhuurder kwam om 23.00 sleutels en uitleg geven. Zeep en wc papier aanwezig, ook altijd handig!

sagrada Familia apartment

A large, reasonably appointed apartment. Very quiet bedrooms, close to subway. We would have preferred an additional heater and found that the wi-fi only works in the last bedroom. A repeater would make it possible to use wi-fi in the living room as well. WE appreciated that Paul made arrangements for transport from the airport and to the cruise terminal. Overall a good experience

Appartamento di buon livello, ideale per una famiglia. proprietario serio e preciso. Se dovessi tornare sicuramente lo ricontattero'.buona posizione, c'è tutto a portata di mano. Ottimo.

God beliggenhed, men uegnet til mere end 4 personer

Vi var 5 voksne (2 par og 1 teenager) afsted. Det er en lille og hyggelig lejlighed, som ligger i gåafstand til det centrale Barcelona og ellers er der kort gang til metroen. Lejligheden indeholder et soveværelse med dobbeltseng og 2 små værelser med enkeltsenge. I stuen kan sofaen laves om til en dobbeltseng, men den er totalt uegnet til at sove på - særligt udtræksdelen er hård og uegnet. Da vi ankom, spurgte vi til den ekstra dobbeltseng og fik anvist sovesofaen i stuen. Da den var uegnet til at sove på, betød det, at det ene par måtte splitte op. Derudover så fungerer det bare ikke at være 5 voksne i lejligheden, når sovesofaen er slået ud. Vi fik kun udleveret et sæt nøgler - og det krævede en del koordination, så 2 sæt nøgler vil have været super. Der er ekstremt lydt i lejligheden og i forhold til de øvrige lejligheder - overboen havde fjernsynet kørende højt den første nat til efter kl. 04. De to efterfølgende nætter kørte fjernsynet også frem til kl. 3, omend på en lavere lydstyrke. Beliggenheden var super, selvom vi boede tæt på Sagra Familia, så var det tydeligt at der var mange lokale spisesteder, hvor de lokale kom og spiste = god mad og rimelige priser. Den japanske restaurant - 20 m fra hoveddøren er suveræn med deres sushi - spis, hvad du kan for 15 € :-)

Beautiful City and one block from the cathedral

The property manager was helpful and the apartment was switched at the last minute to accommodate a larger party on our original booking. The plus was we picked up a second bathroom and the apartment was decorated like a high end museum. The location was convientent to the church and a walk to midtown. The only down side was the apartment had a mild sulfur type sewer odor which could be detected when you first walked in but then your nose adjusted to it. I believe that this smell is part of the city's drainage system and not something that is the fault of the property owner as it can often be smelt while walking the streets on occasion. A safe building and neighborhood for sure and quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.

Fantastic apartment

We had a fantastic 4 day break in this beautiful apartment. It was spacious and well kitted out with the location so close to Sagrada familia and other locations. Paul was incredibly helpful in the process and communication was top notch. Thanks very much again !!

Great accomodation !. just to sagrada familia church

Perfect apartment !. clean, towels, hairdryer, full kitchen, livingroom very confortable, the rooms and bath very clean. We was 6 guests. I love to Sagrada Familia church. Wonderful !!. Only you must walk 10-15 min from the apartment for visit to the Batlo gaudi, Pedrera Paseo gracia , ramblas or P.Catalonia. Thanks so much !!! We reccomend this place !

Wonderful Apartment with 3 bedrooms front of to Sagrada Familia recommend 100 %

We stayed in May and We think that the apartment is wonderful with 3 bedrooms front of the Sagrada Familia ! The staff was very helpful, We made one Airport transfer for the check-out time. ! The bedrooms are big included closets, hangers, nightstand and bed sheets cleans. The 2 bathrooms included towels clean and baths very clean, hair dyer, shampoo, soap and paper FREE. !! Living room very bright with views the street and the bed sofa very big and comfortable. In the chek-out time was ok ( deposit was refundable ). Highly recommend 100%

Good location in Bcn center

Fantastic Location in Barcelona center and very comfortable. The flat is very close to the Sagrada Familia and the subway. The apartment was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom has fantastic shower The host is very helful. The check-in and check-out was very good. The security deposit ( ( it was refundable in the check-out time ) You can easily access the main tourist attractions of Barcelona center. I would and have recommend to anyone to stay here.

Apartment very spacious and clean in Barcelona center

Apartment very spacious and clean located to 3 minutes the Sagrada Familia church in Barcelona center. 4 minutes walk the transport publics, 24hrs supermarkets, bars, restaurants. The host was a great and very communicative. Security deposit ( refunded in the check-out time). Included bed sheets, Towels cleans, shamppo, gel of bath, TV flat screen , in room safe, full kitchen, good signal Wi-Fi , Beds very good. You can visit many places tourists from apartment : Plaza Catalunya, Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlo, La pedrera gaudi, Arc triumf and Park cuitatvela and also barceloneta beach. I highly recommend this apartment and i would stay here again without question
