Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Terrace
The terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include two sofas and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door.
