Perfect cottage, wish we were still there
Everything about this cottage was just perfect, location, facilities, excellent communication with the owners, we were here during the hot week in August, we spent days on the beach and nights playing board games outside. Beds were very comfy, loved having an ice making fridge. Our grandson loved the garden, and the toys. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Family Holiday
A lovely place, very peaceful and with everything that you need for a great holiday. Everyone enjoyed feeding the chickens and ducks and collecting the eggs from them, especially our granddaughter. Hosts were excellent at communicating and very helpful. We wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Only 2 instead of 6 due to Covidc
This was a lovely house and garden which was enjoyed by my husband and I instead of our daughter’s family one of whom tested positive just before we were all due to set off. We enjoyed looking after the chickens and ducks and the lovely seating arrangement on the decking. The house was very well equipped and clean.

We are a family of 3 with a baby boy and our dog Bertie. We enjoy walking, surfing, kitesurfing and local trips in our Chevy Campervan. A personal favourite is spending the day at Putsborough beach in the clifftop carpark setting up base for a BBQ next to our Campervan with the most outstanding view.

Why they chose this property

As keen travellers we considered living in a number of countries before compromising on being closer to family and residing in what we think is the most gorgeous area of Britain. We love living in North Devon with all the outdoor adventures on our doorstep. We were looking to buy in the area for 2 years living in a caravan!
