Discover Breton charm at our luxury farmhouses set in 8 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds with rural countryside near the pretty Cite de Petite Character of Josselin.
Renovated to a very high standard our farmhouses offer relaxing, luxury self-catering accommodation for all the family. A real bonus is the sole private use of fenced, all-weather heated, covered pool.
The pool is within view of the farmhouses, an important consideration when children are using the pool.
6 seater hotub, 60 foot Boules court, wireless internet, Satellite TV/ DVD and CD player, three superbly equipped kitchens, large private patios with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ's, swings, table tennis tables and football/cricket area.
Included in the rental price are:

Superb Holiday

Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped gites. Could not have been better! Plenty to do locally if you can managed to extracate your children from this paradise! We booked 6 children into sailing courses on the nearby Lac du Duc so managed to get them away each afternoon. The grounds are lovely, and everything is very child-friendly. The pool and hot tub were heavily used, and the excellent bikes were great (including stabilisers and a baby seat!). Everything had been carefully thought out to make their visitors as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent property and location for family groups

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property, and will definitely be looking to book again. No issues finding the property, the provided instructions are perfect. The pre visit communication was good and the owner was extremely helpful with sorting our accommodation needs! We met the host on time who was friendly and very welcoming. We had a quick tour and were given good instruction for safe use of the pool and hot tub. We are a party of 18, 12 adults and 6 children. All the accommodation is of good size, well furnished and everything is well maintained. Everything we needed was there … from kitchenware, games, videos, bicycles, the lot, we wanted for nothing. The kitchens are well equipped and the large communal eating space really suited us. The huge grounds provide a perfect place to escape for a quiet moment or for the little ones to ride their bikes. The pool and hot tub are a massive asset, and a perfect distraction for the children. Can’t help with any evaluation of the local attractions, we were very happy in and around the property. The nearest shops of any size are a short drive away but that suits us. As with all of France, the local cycle routes are easy to access and perfect for all abilities. The owner lives on site but is extremely discreet, it’s actually an asset knowing they are there if needed. Highly recommend, can’t think of anything negative to say, just a really lovely place to be. Thanks
