This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Mojacar. (Jardines del Indalo, Calle Blasco Ibáńez, Mojácar) The complex boasts one of the best gardens in Mojacar with a sunny communal pool. This ground floor 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located on a small community complex.
Just a short (6 minute) walk to the beautiful beach at Mojacar Playa.
The apartment has a fitted kitchen with oven, grill and hob, washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
The lounge is bright and airy with two sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with double doors onto the terrace with table and chairs for 4 people. The terrace has a built in BBQ which overlooks the pool area.
The master bedroom is a double with door with Juliet terrace overlooking the garden. There is a further twin bedroom.
The bathroom is finished to a very modern standard, with a walk in shower, low level w/c and wash basin.
The pool is a few steps away from the terrace, is safe and secluded in a beautiful maintained landscape garden setting.

La casita monisima y la zona nos ha encantado

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación de la casa, ya que estaba muy cerca de la playa. Está en planta baja y además nos pillaba la piscina al salir de la terraza. La piscina un poco sucia. La casa es una monada, pero se nota que es vieja y está un poco dejada. Lo único que no nos ha gustado ha sido los colchones y almohadas que eran incomodisimos. Simone no sabía nada de español así que nos ha tocado traductor porque nosotros tampoco sabemos mucho. Pero ha sido encantador. Que pena que la vendan..

Hemos estado muy agusto, la casa tenía de todo, el acceso a la piscina fantástico, como si fuera particular. La playa y zona de restauración a 10 minutos andando y la casa es bastante fresca.

Para repetir, sin duda.

Buena ubicación, ni 10 minutos andando a la playa, la tranquilidad y relax de la urbanización te asegura el descanso. El apartamento sin grandes lujos pero muy funcional y acogedor, volveria alojarme.

El apartamento esta muy bien, es amplio, la zona exterior es perfecta, hemos estado muy agusto. La zona es buena, aunque un poco alejado de la playa.

Very comfortable, great location.

Our second stay in this apartment and as before, we were happy with the facilities provided. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, with the apartment being close to all amenities, shops ,bars, restaurants etc. But far enough away to be quite when required. The private gardens and pool are a great asset, which we mostly had to ourselves during our stay. Great for family's and with the beach only a 10 minute walk away it's in such a good location. Simone the owner, is always available to help should a problem arise. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Very clean and comfortable

We had a really great stay at this apartment. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. It’s not super modern but we loved it and enjoyed the terrace and pool. You don’t really get the sun on the Terrace in October but the pool area was very nice. There are a lot of cats on the urbanisation although I’ve fed this back to the owner so hopefully they can do something to improve this. It is a nice walking distance from all the restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay again as good value for the price

Being familiar with the area, we were very happy with the location of the property.

The apartment size is adequate for four people, not ultra modern, but very comfortable and well equipped with all facilities to ensure a happy holiday. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air con worked (thank goodness). The private gardens are secluded, quiet and well maintained, with only 5 mtr. to walk to the pool. The apartment is in an excellent location, with just a 10-15min. walk to the playa - beach, bars, restaurants etc. For those with cars, parking is not available directly outside the property. But is available 50-60 mtrs. down the road. In conclusion, an apartment in a quiet location but close to all the action for a really enjoyable holiday.

Fantastic location

We stayed for three weeks in March 2018. Fantastic location, walking distance to all amenities.. Excellent shower. Could have done with a new mattress on the bed. Don’t be alarmed as you walk in! It is the right apartment, it just has a new sofa!. Kitchen facilities are fine but basic. No dining facilities indoors. Which would not be a problem in summer, but we had quite a lot of rain lol. Simone responded to all our queries about the problematic WiFi very promptly. An enjoyable stay.

Decepcionante

El alojamiento prometía mucho, pero finalmente ha sido decepcionante. El primer día y a dos horas de destino no teníamos las instrucciones de la dueña para poder acceder a la vivienda por lo que tuve que llamar a HomeAway donde me atendió el departamento de urgencias “para que no nos quedáramos en la calle con nuestro hijo, ya que el teléfono de la dueña decía que no existía”. Mal comienzo. Por fin pudimos acceder al apartamento. La primera mañana comenzamos a oír ruidos y vibraciones en la casa y un olor muy fuerte, para comprobar que la calle privada donde se ubica la vivienda estaba siendo asfaltada. De nuevo la dueña dice no saber nada. Al día siguiente y dado el mal acondicionamiento eléctrico de la casa, llegamos a las 10 de la noche de pasar todo el día fuera y nos encontramos con que no tenemos luz y aún tocando la caja de fusibles no se encendía nada. Nueva llamada a la dueña para que nos conteste que no puede hacer nada.m y que será por tener muchas cosas conectadas. Le hago saber que ha sido al entrar que sólo quedaba conectada la nevera, pero o no se entera o no quiere enterarse. Nos acostamos y de nuevo a primera hora de la mañana 8:30 vuelven a despertarnos, esta vez un vecino para preguntarnos si ya teníamos luz, comprobamos tenemos suministro y se marcha. Al siguiente día según llegamos, voy a encender una de las lámparas auxiliares y al ir a enchufarla ya que carecen de interruptor me estalla el cable saltando chispas y dejándome la mano negra y mi ropa también. Evidentemente se vuelve a ir La Luz, pero esta vez con sólo levantar el fusible conseguimos tener luz de nuevo. Llamo ya desesperada a HomeAway, expongo todos estos problemas y comento que me quiero marchar de ese apartamento que me busquen una solución me dicen que van a hablar con la propietaria y a día de hoy, ya terminando mis vacaciones, no he obtenido respuesta. Por cierto, según dice en el perfil habla español, inglés y casi esperanto pero ya os digo que o sabéis comunicaros en inglés o lo lleváis claro. En fin, mal por esta propietaria que alquila un apartamento con graves deficiencias eléctricas y mal por HomeAway porque aún pidiéndoles ayuda no han sabido estar a la altura de un negocio que se dedica a gestionar vacaciones. Esta propiedad tiene un sistema eléctrico peligroso, regletas pegadas a la pared, lámparas con apaños caseros para csmbiar clavijas inglesas por europeas. Un desastre.

Mojacar in February

A well maintained property with immaculate shared gardens and pool, in an excellent location just a short walk to the beach with a variety of restaurants and cafes. Interesting coastal walks from the property with the Cabo De Gata nature reserve just a short drive away. Historic old town of Mojacar one Spain's hidden secrets. Owners very helpful and we would stay here again.

Home from Home

A very lovely aparment in a good location. Easy access to all restaurants, shops and the beach. Everything as it said it would be. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's apartment in Mojacar Playa.It is very well appointed,the beds are comfortable,and the property is very clean. The lounge opens on to a patio seating area which leads out into the gardens and pool area....all kept in order by the gardener. An unexpected,but very much appreciated extra was the welcome pack of groceries that was provided.......unreservedly recommended.
