2700 sq ft lake house with a 900 sq ft deck for entertaining. Massive dock, spacious layout, with room for the whole crew. Set on the wide part of Lake Samish, you are just minutes from town with local hiking, biking, and of course water sports. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a large driveway ensuring plenty of parking for the friends. This house has 4 bedrooms with 2 fold-down leather couches to ensure plenty of sleeping space. Dont forget the fire pit with provided firewood for those eventing fires!

Fun House!

We had a large group of friends visiting Bellingham for a summer weekend and this house was perfect! The weather was great so we spent almost all of our time on the big back patio, jumping off the dock, playing yard games, and at the grill. Inside was a large living space which made it easy to hang out at night. Great spot if you are hosting a large group!

Awesome Lake House!

Amazing place for friends to stay and hang out on the lake. The property came with a couple of kayaks and SUPs, and had a dock to jump off. We didn’t spend much time indoors, since we got lucky with the weather. Would stay here again, 10/10!

An Amazing Stay

Our group had such an incredible time! The house was clean and comfortable, and lakefront vibes were great! It was the perfect fit for our large group, would absolutely stay here again.

Great place

Our family had a wonderful time at this house! It had everything we needed and more! The location was also spectacular. There are some sunken rooms that require you to take a step down which can be tricky with elderly guests.

Great stay on Lake Samish

We loved our stay on Lake Samish. The house was clean, accommodating for 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of extra space. The private dock and water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, etc) were lots of fun. The toddlers with us even caught their first fish from the dock! Well stocked with kitchen items, towels, and other basics. A great stay overall!

Great lakefront home

My family enjoyed our stay at this roomy lakefront home with its kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets. We hope to stay here again next time we have a family gathering in Bellingham.

Family Fun

Great dock, deck and water toys for kids. The hot tub was also great. Spacious downstairs for cooking eating and hanging out. Lake Samish is beautiful and not too busy. Had a wonderful time tubing on the lake and fishing from the dock. Highly recommended for families.

Perfect Summer Staycation!

We rented the lake house for a Birthday weekend and it was great! Our friends asked for the listing and we're also likely to be back. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to off I5 or pop over the B'ham if you forgot anything, want takeout, etc. It was such a nice time catching up with friends and enjoying the deck and floating on the lake, we didn't use the TV the whole weekend.

Fun spot!

We had a great time at the Lake Samish Funhouse! The house was spacious, plenty of room for our group of adults and kids. The big draw of course is the lake — a nice dock great for swimming and it was great that they provided a handful of kayaks and paddle boards. The house was very clean and the communication efficient. There was a technical issue with the hot tub that they communicated ahead of time that turned out to not be a big deal. Just a heads up that the houses are pretty packed together on that part of the lake. So there's lot of other folks around — it's not necessarily calm during the popular summer months. But all the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this house for a multi-family or large friend group!

American Pie Lakehouse

This was an absolute beautiful lake house. We had rented for the wedding party for a rehearsal dinner and to hangout with friends and family a day before the wedding. The house had a great yard where we had corn hole gsmes. The neighbors are awesome and welcoming. The lake itself is gorgeous and water was bath water warm. It was an amazing time at this lake house. It reminded me of the movie American pie.

Beautiful Lake Property

This house is right on gorgeous Lake Samish! It had everything you needed including a great dock that can be used for swimming, sunbathing or your boat! Also included several kayaks and a paddle board. We were there on the hottest weekend of the summer and luckily the house was air conditioned! It only took about 15 minutes to get to town, so conveniently located. We would love to come back to this beautiful home!

Memorial Weekend 2022

The layout was terrific for our 3 families to enjoy, 11 of us, 5 grandsons (who loved the peddal boat and paddle boards), and we had plenty of room for crafts, puzzles and games for all of us. Even with a iffy weather forecast everything worked out wonderfully
