Fabulous Vacation Rental on Ocean Drive, South Beach

This vacation Studio-Suite is located in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO building was converted into Suites.
Everything inside the Suite includes furniture, amenities, and a 55" QLED TV with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lummus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach.

Parking is available thru parking meters along Ocean Drive and its cross streets. The less expensive indoor parking is: City of Miami Beach Parking located on the corner of 7th street and Collins Avenue (entrance is thru Washington Ave and 7th Street because 7th St is One Way Street). Please keep in mind that the rate of parking in Miami Beach depends on the location and vary per day of the week and festivities around the South Beach. The further the parking is to the water/beach, the less expensive you will find the parking. Valet parking is also available by private companies throughout Collins Ave and Ocean Drive starting on 6th Street to 15th Street and their parking rates vary on the day of the week, weekends, and festivities around South Beach. OCEAN DRIVE IS OPEN One Way for Vehicles from North to South (from 15th St to 5th St).

Wonderful Stay at the Beach

The location is fantastic! The beach is just across the street and there are plenty of places within a short walk. The team at the building was very helpful. The TV in the room was nice and it was convenient to have a kitchen.

South Beach Done Right

If you want to be immersed in all that is South Beach this is the perfect spot. Sitting right on Ocean Drive. You are walking distance to anything you could possibly want to do in the south Beach area. Our host was incredibly accommodating and great with the communication for gaining access. We’ll definitely stay at the same place when we go back.

The property is located where I wanted it to be, but that is as far as it went walking through a restaurant and listening to the restaurant music all night was not my idea of vacation. The room was not very clean.

Great Location

Place was in a good location. Helena was very helpful and made sure we arrived etc. Bed was comfy. Place looked clean but after being there for a few hours and plugging in my charger I noticed the walls needed wiped down and in bathroom too and the baseboards and corners of floor need a good scrubbing. Top of fridge was filthy. Tub needs a new valve as it is very hard to pull out to get the water flowing. For the money spent for cleaning fees I would recommend owner do some extra cleaning periodically. Would probably rent again, just needs some additional cleaning and upgrades.

Real close to the beach, east ocean street access.

Helena was very communicative and helpful. Thanks for nice clean place to stay while we visited the beach and waited to cruise out of Miami.

Mini vacation

Alberto was great at answering my emails, he also was extremely generous extending my check out time. My plane was delayed and left in the afternoon instead of the morning and Alberto allowed us to stay in his place until the time we left to the airport. The apartment is right across the beach, and at walking distance to almost everything. There are many restaurants to eat around the place too and a CVS with a mini market near by. The only problem I personally had was the noise coming from the restaurant next to the apartment. At night the music plays till midnight. This wasn’t too bad, but it starts again early in the morning. I have problems falling asleep and couldn’t sleep in because of the daily morning music. This might not be an issue for some people, but for me it was. Also I was expecting to have a view of the street or the ocean from this apartment, but the picture was taken from the top of the building, so there is not a view.

Right with all the action.

This unit was clean and easy to walk to beach, dinner or night out. It was very hot while we were there but the air conditioning worked great. Never got hot at night.
