Our Family owns and does the booking for this Casita and We are Happy to Accommodate You, Your Family and Fur Babies.
Once you have been to La Casita Bonita Del Mar you will want to return!
This is a Private Home Not a Condo! You have privacy on the patio!
It is located in Las Conchas, a premier residential community with the most beautiful beaches . Very Relaxing!
It is Safe, Quiet, Peaceful, Sandy Beaches and Expansive. Just minutes (5) to downtown Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point).
This is a cozy Two-Bedroom Beach Bungalow (single level-Home).
The Casita is on the Second Tier yet just 50 feet from The Beach with The Beach Access Walkway Right in Front of The Home. Beach Access is slightly uneven to the stairs (12 steps) then you will be on the Beach!
Relax on the private front patio with the sounds of the ocean or go down on the beach and enjoy the warm Mexican sun.
Grill some fresh catch on the Barbecue Grill, or fresh Shrimp that you have purchased.
Two Large Master Bedrooms w/Master Baths, both bedrooms has NEW comfortable California King Beds, One fold out foam twin chair bed that sleeps 1 child.
Casita sleeps 4 Adults and 1 child.
High-Speed WiFi through out.
Large open private patio area.
Lots of Parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster.
Pets are Always Welcome! (bring rabies cert. and/or health cert.)
Blocked Fenced in Backyard accessed from the outside side patio.

Relaxing

Amazing!

This place has it all! Full kitchen stocked with blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc... Two master bedrooms, 2 grills on the patio, fenced in back yard, etc... We will be coming back! :) and short walk to the beach less than a minute to have toes in sand

Family at the Beach

Extended family and all the kids at big house close to me.18 + kids so I picked a close quiet get away. Was perfect, loved my morning walks on the beach and super easy no fuss. Thank you. I didn't interact with the manager only the landscaper that came by.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Felt very safe. Had security going around multiple times a day.

The gardener hooked us up with a cab driver, who took very good care of us the entire stay. Had no issues with anyone near the property. The cab driver even recommended local places that were very expensive instead of going to the tourist traps. Enjoyed my stay will be back.

Great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beach bungalow. With young children, it's a task to lug everything to the beach, but this location is perfect because it is just a short walk to water. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed playing games on the patio. We would recommend this rental!

Relaxing and Peaceful

Property was as advertised. Ready to go and no issues or problems The house is nice and cozy Access to then playa was a little dicey because neighbor across the street under going renovations and some of the construction materials made it a little more tricky to maneuver but when no work going on it is very easy to get to the playa . I would not hold our owner at fault its just a temporary problem out of their control. Looking forward to another stay soon !

Puerto Penasco Visit

The place was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. You can see the sea from your window, we had all of our meals on the patio enjoying every minute of it. We will definitely go back.

Wonderful little place to get away and relax.

Home was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with our four kids ages ranging from 8 months to 16 years old and we were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and felt just like home. House is in a very safe area and is a perfect place if you want to relax and let the stress melt away. Is not far from food and entertainment. Just a perfect place to stay, will stay here again. People kept telling me not to stay in Las Conchas because the beaches are to Rocky and not sand. This is definitely not the case here, beach is literally right out the front door and was a very sandy beach with no rocks. Cynthia kept in constant contact with me leading up to our trip and was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay for 1st timers

We came in for a friends birthday that stayed down the street and we were very happy with our choice. Aside for the city water issues everything was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved taking morning walks on the beach that was SO CLOSE!

Great 2 bedroom steps to the sea

Great place to stay - we will rent here again! Owner and property manager are very communicative and kind. House is just like the pictures, and we enjoyed the beautifully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The house is second row, so it is just steps to the sea, which we enjoyed every day with our young children. Thank you Cynthia, we will be back!

Nice location but had some issues.

This nicely appointed house, was a very short walk from the beach, with a glimpse of ocean from the front patio. We loved the fact that it had two master suites, well suited for two couples. We had one small clean dog with us, so it was good that we were able to have pets there, but the drawback was no direct access from house to the backyard. So pets have to be walked. The bedroom on the right had low water flow in the shower, and non-working AC, so we got rather warm and could not sleep well, even with the windows open and fans. Otherwise, The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, though without fresh water supply, bring your own. Great place to stay for nonfussy renters, just needs some fixing up.

Great beach house!

Loved the house and location! Beach is right across the street. Nice kitchen and two big bedrooms. Wifi is upgraded now. AC works well!

No Living room.

The bed rooms where big. And ample. The kitchen was very Small. The living room was a pathway with a couch and love seat that were in the way. The bar stools were 5 inches to tall to use at the counter. Everything was un-comfortable over all We Mad Due and h ad a good time. Water pressure was ok.

House is amazing it’s in best part of This area you can see sea from front deck we saw Dolphins when seating out front two master bedrooms are great with each bathroom outside area great we eat a lot outside and grilled dinner. Beds are very comfortable whole house is very Homie
