Old Florida apartment like unit, with modern twist, in a quadraplex home. Just steps to the beach! A 1 bedroom has queen size bed, kitchen/bathroom. Sleeps 2 max. PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING. Pool--heated in winter months! Fenced in, wonderful pool deck area!! GULF VIEW from the front of the property, Only steps to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Located in the Heart of Anna Marie Island and famous Bradenton Beach pristine white sand beaches. Trolley picks up at corner of street. Unit is ground level (one small step up into unit), and is located at the front of the house for more privacy, not pool side. Property offers fenced in sun bathing area next to swimming pool. Gas grill for Bar-B-Que, tables and chairs, chaise lounges and pool in backyard shared by all renters staying at property in any of the 4 units.
Full sized, totally equipped kitchen (Microwave, Coffee Pot, Blender, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Cooking Utensils, Linens). Free washer and dryer on-site. Unit is within walking distance to a variety of island restaurants. Free island trolley comes to the corner and takes you from one end of the island to the other. Visit quaint shops, restaurants, beautiful swimming beaches, fishing docks, live entertainment, local shopping and so much more. Watch the sunrise over Tampa Bay and the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico.

We had an amazing time. We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and it was just the two of us and the place was perfect, clean, cozy, literal steps from the beach and the trolley. Definitely would book again. Highly recommend the host as well as she was communicative and responsive the entire time. Much appreciated detailed instructions and helpful information about the area.

I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I usually stay at the silver Surf 10 blocks away. I found this place and goodbye silver surf. From now on I will stay here. Jill the host was fantastic

So relaxing and quiet. Although two of the four units were families we never heard a peep. Nice pool whiich is a bonus. Easy access to beach. Amenities galour. Will be back for sure!

Honestly it had everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrellas (we even had a cooler!) Our unit was perfect for my daughter and me with super easy access to the beach. the trolly is right around the corner so another plus. B

We had another great trip to AMI. This is our 4th time to the island and it never disappoints. This Bradenton Beach location and unit was excellent. Owner, Jill Kennedy, is definitely the best VRBO host we’ve ever had. Genuinely cared and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Jill!

Lovely little beach house in a 4 unit one floor complex. Nicely decorated and definitely clean. I’m a stickler for linens and was grateful for white towels and white bedding. I don’t want to feel like I’m in a strangers home. It’s pretty small so you wouldn’t want more than 2 guests. Everything you would need is provided. Beach towels are actually beach towels, not bath towels (I’ve encountered that before) and beach chairs. Nice kitchen area, with everything you need to cook in, which we did a few nights. Location is super close to beach. Easy to run back to the house if you forgot something or need a potty run. Almost as good as renting directly on beach. Beach was awesome and I am a beach snob. Nice family beach, clean and water is amazing. The apartment is 3 houses away from the corner where you can pick up the free trolley. It will take you up and down the island. It is definitely walkable as well, we did most of the time. It’s about a mile down to Bridge St where all the hubbub is. It’s a good way to walk off dinner and drinks. Lovely quiet neighborhood to get that power walk in every AM. Jill the host was great. She checked in on us pretty quickly after we arrived. Made sure everything was as expected. Gave us lots of good options for eating. I had requested new pillows the last few days of our 11 day stay & she had them shipped to us. So accommodating and very appreciated. She’s an 11 on a scale of 1-10 for hosts. Very grateful.

Great Condo for 2 on AMI!
Quiet neighborhood. Clean with all of the necessities, plus beach chairs/towels. Well maintained and owner was very attentive, ensuring we had a great time. Beach access is essentially across the street, and free AMI trolley stops at the same corner (download MCAT app for accurate trolley locations). Pool is smaller and shared, but was heated and warm - our weather didn't really allow for much pool time. Absolutely recommend this place for couples looking to explore AMI! Or just wanting to sit on the beach or at the pool.

My boyfriend and I stayed in unit 2. It was the perfect size for the two of us and had all we needed. The heated pool was nice since we were there in December and the beach was right across the road! The owner had very good communication with us during our stay making sure everything was okay. We will definitely be returning :)
