The Pink House is a romantic light filled beach cottage with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Dillon Beach. The living room can be prescribed as an anti-depressant. Just sit in the living room for a few minutes and you'll understand.

Sitting up on a hill in the charming village of Dillon Beach, the Pink House is built like a ship's cabin, featuring a white, all wood interior, skylights, ocean views and inset stained glass windows.

You can have Tomales Bay oysters at a local cafe and finish your day in the hot tub, as the moon rises over the glistening sea. The backyard is private and secluded....Or go for a walk on the beach or a dip in the ocean, it's only a two minute walk.

Short Coastal Getaway

This is my third time booking this property. This small home is absolutely charming. I love the design and decor, the views and the location. It is literally half a block away to a secret path to the beach and just a few minutes walk to the main beach. I’ve been coming to Dillon for over 40 years and this is one of my most favorite properties. We had a wonderful stay.

A stylish retreat for the whole family

We found the house impeccably clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay over the New Year’s break. The space is tastefully decorated, cozy and filled with light. You can enjoy beach views from the dining corner and warm up in the hot tub after an afternoon on the beach. Dillon Beach is one of the friendliest around - accessible to surfers and dogs alike. The property manager was very responsive, friendly and helpful - she readily offered help with charging our electric car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to the this relaxing place in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach house getaway!

This beach house is literally the perfect dillon beach getaway! It has insane views of the ocean, especially from the kitchen/dining room area, we literally sat there for hours watching the waves crash in during an insane storm that hit! The wood stove fireplace was amazing, and we had it going during our entire stay for the coziest vibes imaginable. The kitchen: this house had every pot, pan, plate, cup and utensil we could ever need. We cooked an insane meal for my fiance's 30th birthday: grilled ribeye (gas grill out back), lobster tails, linguine. The neighbors even gave us 18 Tomales Bay Oysters for free as well. I think it goes without saying, we will 100% be back. Linda the property manager was the nicest woman, and gave our pup Juniper love as soon as we walked through the door. Thanks for an amazing weekend in Dillon Beach!

Amazing stay at the beach. Perfect location, comfortable bed, great hot tub. It would be 5 stars aside from the oven which was scary to operate. Would stay again for sure if that is fixed.

A nice retreat

This little pink cottage clearly has a lot of history. It was a delightful 2 night getaway, despite the fog and rain we had during our stay. We didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice. Comfy bed and stylish decor, though the furnishings were a bit bare. My one critique would be that the floor is quite dirty and there were no rugs, so our socks had to be chucked when we got home. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Adorable house!

We adored this house from the decor to the comfortable beds. We loved how close we were to the beach and walked over both days during our stay. The general store and restaurant nearby was also convenient. There were some things we needed to note that can be improved. With the cleaning fee guests have to leave at the end of the their stay, the floors could have been cleaned better. Our feet were black from just walking around. The stove was sketchy - it took us several minutes to get it turned on after it made a loud bang noise, which was pretty scary. There was a dead bird on one of the chairs in the backyard when we arrived that my young son found and picked up, which was gross. There was no hot water during our entire trip so we had to shower in cold water, which wasn’t fun showering two young boys in. I’d also suggest updating the amenities of this listing to remove the lap pool as available. It wasn’t working during our stay and seems to be an issue with previous guests as well. Other than that, we loved the location and charm of the house.

Get away vacation

We enjoyed the Pink House greatly. It has a terrific location to Dillion beach. It was very clean and had more amenities than expected; in the kitchen. The only downside was the pool was not working and the hot tub was perhaps leaking and could have been hotter. The 2 front burners on the stove were not working correctly. Charming place.

Perfect relaxing beach getaway for my wife and I plus our dogs. House was charming and comfortable with nice amenities. The close proximity to the beach made for an easy walk and allowed multiple visits to the beach each day during our stay.

Perfect Beach House!

We had a perfect time here. This house has everything you might need, it's SUPER functional and also very simple, clean, + well designed. The backyard with pool + jacuzzi was wonderful to have. We walked to the beach every morning + was a great jumping point to go grab breakfast/lunch in occidental/tomales. We will be back again + again!

Our Stay was Cut Short by Unforeseen Events

Much to our disappointment, we had to cut our trip short to a single night although we ultimately paid for the two nights we originally booked. The reason was our diabetic and blind dog developed complications and we had to get him back to the vet. The Pink House was otherwise a very nice property with great access to the beach. We did encounter some initial problems with the Wi-Fi and a technician had to come out to restore the system around 8pm that evening. Normally, this wouldn't have been a big deal except our daughter had been planning on finishing up some college course assignments that required on-line research and were due that evening. The only other thing is that it seemed a bit quirky that the only television was located in the bedroom rather than a common area but we weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't that big of a deal. All in all, an enjoyable property and a big shout-out to Linda, the property manager, for being responsive and understanding to our needs.

The property was very clean and spacious. We loved having the patio in front and in back. We have rented in Dillon Beach for 30 years and this home had the nicest amenities. The property manager, Linda, was very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely rent again!

This light-filled gem is gorgeous. A pink beach-themed cottage with just the right touches to enhance the gorgeous view. Yes, this cottage is in the village, but the view is spectacular. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic House in a Great Location!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house with an incredible view. Loved the swim spa in the back and really enjoyed exploring Tomales bay. The house is so cozy and thoughtfully curated. The perfect spot!
