This apartment for rent in Rome near Colosseum and Roman Forum is elegantly furnished and it is made up of 2 bedrooms with a King size bed, a 3rd bedroom with a king size bed or 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower (plenty of hot water), a living room/kitchen with sofa-bed, table and chairs. The apartment has been recently redone and can welcome up to 9 people. Other 20 people can be accommodated in 3 apartments in the same building. This apartment, quiet and comfortable, can suit your needs: relax, rest and fun.

LOCATION

The home's position is enviable; this holiday home is located in the heart of the Ancient Rome very close to the most important monument of the Eternal City, the Colosseum also known as the Flavian Amphitheater, and the Roman Forum. From here you can easily reach the other areas of the historical centre on foot or by bus and tram that conveniently stop very close to the building, or if you prefer, by Metro/Subway (line A and B) at the nearby stops of 'Manzoni' or 'Colosseo’. So, it very simple to get to the Vatican and St. Peter’s, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, etc. The neighborhood is full of local restaurants and pizzerias. A Supermarket open 24 hours and 7 days is just 5 minutes far from the apartment. A small convenient store open till midnight is located in the building.

The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the Colosseum. The rooms are large and comfortable, with all the amenities as described. There's a working elevator. The host was helpful. I would recommend this place!

Fantastic Experience!

Paolo was so attentive to our needs, book the transfers from train to apartment and to the airport. He was always available for questions and provided us with knowledge on restaurants and booking local excursions. The apartment was great, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. We would definitely recommend this apartment for visitors to Rome and have already given the information to friends who plan on visiting Rome. Thanks for a great stay in Rome!

Taking our Mothers to Rome

Paolo’s place was perfect for our trip to Rome with our Mothers. There was plenty of room for the four of us and each mom had their own room with a king bed, as did my husband and I. We appreciated two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen area to prepare meals and play cards. The elevator was an essential addition for our aging parents. Step out the door and look right at the colloseum. Location was fantastic! Paolo was so helpful with arranging transportation from to and from the airport and with assisting us to choose tours. Thank you so much Paolo for giving us all the perfect spot to make life long memories.

Great time at Paolo’s pad

6 family members stayed here after our Mediterranean cruise. All were in agreement that this VRBO was as advertised. Great location and easy walking distance to the sites. Paolo had great recommendations for restaurants too. He met us at the property and thoroughly explained what we needed to know. Would stay again

Wish we could stay longer!!

This apartment was perfect for the 7 of us, close/walking distance to most places or an easy scooter ride. So close to historic sites but with a feel of local living. Paolo was fabulous in his communication, assistance with transit and recommendations for everything we needed! We were only here for a couple days due to a family wedding, and we had a fabulous time. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

A Perfect Base During Our Visit to Rome

Our small group (4 over 60-year olds) just finished a truly wonderful stay in Paolo’s wonderful apartment. The location of the property couldn’t be more perfect-within easy (10 minutes) walking distance of the Colosseum but situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was exactly as advertised-perfectly clean with much appreciated air conditioning and elevator. Our communication with Paolo was flawless-he provided a list of recommended restaurants (Li Rioni Pizzeria was flat out amazing) and arranged affordable transport from the airport and to the train station. Our communication with Paolo was superb-he answered every message quickly to our complete satisfaction. I would unhesitatingly recommend Paolo’s apartment to anyone who is interested in visiting Rome.

This property is in an excellent location and we had an awesome experience. The property had everything we needed and was all set up and clean when we got there. We wanted a common room for my family of 6 and this kitchen area provided that! Smooth check in process and good communication with property owner. We lost our bags on the airline and he was amazing with communicating with us and helping us get our bags back. Thank you for a wonderful VRBO experience! Perfect for a family of 6 - must check it out.

Great location and apartment

We had a fabulous time in Rome and Paolo’s apartment was perfect for our group of 7. Location so great and easy to navigate. Paolo was very helpful, even when one of our bags was lost on the flight over, and he gave a very thorough list of nearby restaurants, groceries, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Gateway to the Sights of Rome

Our first time in Rome so we wanted to see it all and this was the ideal location. We did early breakfasts at the apartment to fuel full days of sightseeing. Good supermarket steps away and a short walk to the Colliseum. Close by subway stop gave us quick access to everything. Lots of good restaurants nearby with excellent suggestions from Paolo. Oh and we saw it all in Rome.

Great experience!

Paolo was a great host and the apartment was all that was advertised. It was quiet and close to most of the historical places we wanted to visit. Very handy! Basic pantry supplies and coffee were provided. Paolo was helpful multiple times in giving advise for local places.

Nice apartment near coliseum

Apartment was true to listing. Updated Apartment in old building. We were able to walk to the coliseum and restaurants near there, Coffee shops and markets were very close. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. I would stay there again.

If we could have given more stars we would have. Paolo made everything easy from getting to and from the property to getting around the area, and finding places to eat. Paolo answered all of our questions and gave some excellent recommendations. The apartment was in walking distance to some local attractions and near stops of tour buses. Everything match the listing.

Quiet easy to get to location

Wonderful, Clean, Quiet and close to Colosseum and bus/metro. This was a perfect location with 3 kings bedrooms so everyone had a bed. Hard to find an apartment with enough beds for my family but this was perfect ( they divided one of the beds into two singles). The small kitchen/living area was nice for a quick breakfast as we ate out every lunch and dinner enjoying the food! It was nice to have 2 bathrooms, esp when someone was in the shower. Even though we were not far from the colosseum it was super quiet at night. We slept with the windows open and couldn't believe how quiet it was. Not even road noise. It was easy to get to the metro or buses to site see and explore. Paolo was helpful to arrange airport shuttle for our family and was super kind to mail me a package when I forgot something at the apartment upon check out. Very convenient and would stay here again. Thank you for sharing with us. Highly recommend

Amazing Location

We had an amazing time at this property. We were in Rome for a few days ans stayed at this flat. It was a girls trip so the big bedrooms and two modern bathrooms really made the place feel large and comfortable. The location was amazing. Step out the front door, look right, bam the Colosseum is within view. We ended up getting the multi day double decker tour ticket and just used the Colosseum stop as our public transport around the city. The recommendations from the property manager were also amazing. We didn't cook but the kitchen was super cute, clean, and had a lot of tools. We loved being able to open the bedroom windows at night and enjoy the fall breeze. The place is historical but modern and we had a wonderful time there.

The area is the most ancient part of Rome and also the most dense of monuments, churches, museums and archaeological sites. The area is also served by metro/underground/bus/tram. If you decide to stay in my apartment you will be able to walk everywhere saving lot of time and energies!
